We’ve made it to the end of 2024! Tonight is a big night. If you’re going to drink your way to the countdown, and even after, use the water back method. Drink an equal or greater volume of water for every volume of alcoholic beverage that you drink. You’ll thank yourself when you wake up in the New Year with little to no hangover.
