He managed to climb all the way to the top on a family camping trip and when his mom yelled, “lunch is ready…we’re having cheese blocks!” He took the shortest and quickest way to the ground. Didn’t want to miss his cheese and any leftovers.

OK,OK,OK. You guys are missing a couple of small, but important, items that every real pilot should have. And even military pilots have to have them.
They are as follows:
A – FAA pilot’s license.
B – Log book, which holds the records of flights made, distance, date, etc., and the TYPE OF AIRCRAFT FLOWN, PLUS ITS TAIL NUMBER.
Those hold more weight than hearsay or ‘no shit, I was there’ stories. And they’re kind of hard to fake.
Also, a real pilot (which chevy chevette here and birdbrain bernitwits are not) would tell you in an instant the meaning of the $100 hamburger.

Seriously, you get a judgment and even if he’s broker than broke, he may one day hold a job (garnishment), own realty (lien), or have a bank account (levy.) He may hit the lottery or inherit funds, or not be at fault in an accident and get damages. For the lawyer types here. If you saw this, “Dismissal – By Plaintiff” on a court document, what would it tell you?
Well, ArmyATC, I’m not a lawyer (or for you, Chevalier, a “lawer”). But a quick review of Wikipedia and other sources concerning the phrase “dismissal by plaintiff” seems to indicate that phrase means “the suit was voluntarily withdrawn by the person who filed it”.
Hopefully some of our regular readers who are practicing lawyers can confirm or correct me here.

That’s all that can be said about it. His speculation and conjecture as to the merits of the case (e.g., “instead of losing his ass in court”) are just that: speculation and conjecture.
