My goodness all of you have been busy while I was at work. Took mw an hour of reading to get caught up! I know only a little bit about CAP but I think it is analogous to the Coast Guard Auxiliary, of which I was a member, whilst also being an active duty Army O5. I saw folks creating the illusion of being active CG. They crossed the boundary too often. Thus why I quit. “Doc” seems to be one of these types for CAP. I also have associated with several real PhD’s, including my Bro. None ever flaunted their REAL creds (Rutgers, UNC, etc) and never expected to be called “Doc”. Chevy is a flaming ass hole.
I can tell you that the I have a friend who is CAP here in MA. And he talked about how half of the guys are wannabes. They went to Barnes ANGB and pretended that they were actually on missions. They usually go do SAR missions, even bring 17 year olds with them according to what he told me. Alot would walk in with ribbons they never earned pretending to be big time.
Him along with a few others use to hang out with reservist acting if they were real deal guys using AF terminology, etc. Even told daring tales of their SAR missions. Usually when you ask them why they never joined the military, they say they could have but didn’t.
I met a few CAP guys Cali that were living in fantasy. Almost like seeing fantasy land guys at JROTC in high school.
I agree 100% with 2/17 Air Cav’s post above about not using the “reply” button after the first 15 or 20 comments. I have lost the ability to follow the time lines on many of the entries. I have been a long time reader of this blog and only recently started making comments, and I was able to follow the old format time lines a lot easier.
I know several firearms instructors, many also do concealed carry. They all know who the good instructors are and who the bad ones are. I suspect that Dickweeds class aint so hot.
I had a good friend that was an instructor, he died not so long ago. I have seen him multiple times refuse to certify someone because in his opinion they needed more training. He would give that training at no additional cost.
He took the time to work with people so that they would be safe and if need be effective. I cant count the number of times he called me and asked if I would bring one or more weapons from my collection so a member of his class could find the right fit for them.
I was asked to attend a class given by a new instructor, His idea was to get the cash and get done. He had his students sit thru videos, then take a written test, that he would point to the correct answers for.
He provided little to no instruction on the range, one of his female students actually shot another instructor while trying to shake a piece of hot brass out of her halter top.

I suspect that you are not on the last page of comments, but somewhere in the middle. I seriously am unaware of him holding down a job for any length of time. Like I said he was working for ctu as an adjunct professor, and a PI firm. They would not recontract him when a student called him out on his BS. He thought he had a valid case, I don’t even know what the dispute was about. But the school didn’t need his services, after the dispute. He was also a student at ctu and I’m pretty sure he bullied a couple of the teachers, because I remember him pissed off that the teacher gave him a failing grade then recanted and he got an “A” The 2 PI firms he lasted maybe 3 months total. He got fired from one and the other just stopped sending him work. So, he decides to start building his business and has this young lady go out and drum up business for him. Contingent of course, and his part of the story… So take it for what its worth.. He said her boyfriend was a PI and so she was stealing his business, so he fired her. He did work for an attorney, and wanted him to put together a time line for a case….. Guess who did the work? I DID! .. He would get an odd job here and there but it was so few and far between. But to actually be a man and contribute and bring home the bacon.. NO, the previous wife worked and supported him. He sat at home and pretended he was working. I would get so freaking mad, Its my payday.. And he wants to pay the bills because he had the time and I didn’t. But, it’s 4:30 or 5 am, I’m not even out of bed and he is wanting me to transfer everything I have into our joint account so he can pay bills… Let me wake the hell up, my damn alarm is not even going off yet. I was the good wife, every time he was in the hospital, I was by his side, I took FMLA while he was in ICU and took care of him. He was to weak to drive back and forth to Dallas so I was taking him to Dallas. I was out on FMLA for 4 months, and I was basically his nurse. The man seriously was that ill that the doctor told me if he makes it the next 24 hours it will be a miracle. So, I’m calling everyone on his phone, Dennis might not make it and get up here. You know the rest of the story he made it.. Our second year of marriage, I was at work and I bent over to put my camera bag in the car and couldn’t get up. The pain was so horrid they had to call the ambulance to come get me. By the time I finally spoke with Dennis was about 7pm.. I’ve already have been admitted into my room and it’s about 7pm. He was wondering were I was.. In the hospital..he said your in good hands, I don’t need to come see you because you sound all drugged up and you won’t remember if I’m there or not. He showed up 2 days later when he found out his ex wife and son were coming to see me. They stayed about an hour and left and so did Dennis. He showed up again to pick me up. I was to call him when the doctor released me than he will come get me. I’m now using a walker to get around. We get home, I’m doing good to make it to the bathroom and he wants to know if I’m up to cooking dinner. No you stupid fuck! I was at the doctor every 2 weeks doing spinal injections and I’m on hydrocodine. He is doling them out to me so I won’t get hooked on them because according to him they are highly addictive. Probably the biggest dickhead move I pulled along those lines were when I was working as a D.I.
We had just picked up a herd of new recruits and I was working lights to lights (0515 to 2145 or at the earliest 1900 ) and standing overnight duty every 4 nights.
I had a small room and rack in a DI barracks I could stay in, and in most circumstances I would have stayed there if I was really tired, but My wife was Pregnant so I made it a point to get home every night I could. Anyway during the day my wife called and said she went to the doc because she had bad stomach pains and he gave her anti acid meds and sent her home,,, she felt better. So I get home and I take her out for a bite and when we get home we turn in about 2100 cause I have to get up at 0400 to go to work.
Anyway about 2300 she has stomach pains again,,, I’m thinking the same thing is going to happen,, she will go to urgent care, get more anti-acid stuff and send her home. I tell her to call her niece, who lives in the same complex to take her, since we had a 2 year old daughter at the time,,,, I could see me spending until 2 in the morning and having to work the next day on 2 hours sleep. I curl up with our daughter and she goes with her niece.
0200 I get a call, she was adnitted for apendecitus and is going to get surgery. I grab our daughter, drop her off at sis in laws, call in to the company and let them know whats up. I get there just before she goes into surgery. Luckily it went good and there were no complications with the pregnancy.
She never let me live down I didnt take her in myself that night.

That MCP is really hard to get man… What was it? 2 Exams to pass? Trying to remember it was so long ago.
One exam. If you pass ANY MS exam, you earn MCP. However, (and I could be wrong… but I don’t think so.) MS does not have any certs for “Computer and Network Security” – their certs are for MS products. For example, I earned my first MCP for Windows 2000.
But most of those “vendor-neutral” certs would come from COMPTIA and not MS.
If I was so inclined, I could go browse the catalog of MS certs to see if there are any generic ones for computer and network security. But I ate too much cheese last night, and I need to spend some quality time with the toilet this morning… 😉
I’ll save you the effort-I just looked at current and retired MS certifications, and no generic certs for “computer and network security”
Geetwillickers you are correct. I received MS Certs only from MS exams for MS products. I received my A+, Network+ and Securty+ Certs from proctored exams for COMPIA. The Certicification cards sent are all COMPTIA not MS.

Speaking of timelines, his just don’t add up. He’s trying to blame all the embellishments on the guy he “sued”, but that “suit” was filed (and dismissed) in Sept. of 2003. The challenge coin letter does not surface until 2004.
He has blamed us for creating the embellishments (via time travel?) and getting the dates wrong, etc.
And, he has blamed the cancer meds, although he wasn’t diagnosed with cancer until 2004.
Not one of the above excuses can account for all of his bullshit claims that we have evidence of that spanned a timeframe from 2001 to less than one year ago.
So the Occam’s razor choice is: is Dennis CheveLIAR simply a lying sack of shit serial unemployed embellisher with a penchant for fake credentials (and buggery) OR is Doctor Chevalier the unfortunate victim of a perfect trifecta of selective hacking by different time traveling parties (including us), another “enemy to him”, and/or that demon chemo cocktail that made him embellish himself and his deeds all over the internet?
One thing I am certain of…all the internet scrubbing that has taken place over the past month was not done by the defendant in CheveLIAR’s bullshit lawsuit. I wonder why not? (not really)

Being not a member of MENSA (mainly because I see no benefit currently to having to retake an IQ test for admission), I cannot comment on whether or not he actually is one. I doubt VERY much that he is, however. And even IF he got a test to say that his IQ was 133+, it’s very important to MENSA A) which test it was and B) how it was administered. A test administered by a public school counselor does NOT hold the validity that a test administered by, say, a psychologist would hold.
