John DeMayo, lying hack POS blogger at Freedom Outpost tries to take on the big dogs
For a few days we’ve been sparring with this no talent assclown John DeMayo over at Freedom Outpost. I was going to do a long post today pointing out the various lies, inconsistencies, dishonesty and sheer hackery this guy commits on a daily basis. I was going to discuss how he does for writing what Jeffrey Dahmer did for grilling, but this morning I just don’t think it is worthy of the effort. (Although, on that last point, DUDE, could you please figure out the difference between “accept” and “except” and start using them properly.)
Instead, I am going to let our attorney, the great Jerry Galo Jerry Calo Vincent LaGuardia Gambini give you the overview.
DeMayo thinks he’s a law expert. I’m assuming he went to the Dallas Wittlessone School of Law or something based on his comments. Either that or he watches a pantsload of Law and Order from his Mom’s basement. For some completely inexplicable reason, he keeps Mirandizing people. I kid you not, a reporter keeps advising people of their right to remain silent. He did it to Eric Skinner, and then again to Lilyea. Presumably the latter was some sort of scary threat about Jonn being arrested.
What could he be arrested for? Nothing. DeMayo is such an imbecile he didn’t know the difference between a DD214 and a 2-1 file. He kept accusing Jonn and Scott Hughes of publishing a DD214, even though it was obvious they had not. He used this fiction to contact the lovely Mary at POW Network, and then my work, and made comments on his post, our post, his facebook page, and Lord knows hundreds of other places.
At long last, after making a complete ass of himself for 48 hours, he writes this:
Even there he’s being a dishonest hack, as it was sent to him. I know because I have the email sending it to him. And where’s this phantom apology? It exists only in his delusional mind. And what is a 201 file? Dude, he can’t even get his apology right. (See comments below. it is possible DeMayo did mean 201, but in context here I still kind of doubt it. Thanks to MSG Retired though.)
But like I said, I’m not going to do the full bore “E. Dale Buxton, II (Esq.)” treatment on this dude today, because I am so very, very afraid. DeMayo wrote this piece last night, posted it around 6 pm, and it is so much on fire it threatens to burn the internet (a series of tubes) right to the ground because of all the traffic it is getting. It already has two comments, and is priced to move from there into the middle single digits. DeMayo even shared it on 30 other Facebook pages he is so super, super cereal about it. So, I’m calling the entire TAH team in together today to come up with an appropriate PR, legal and ethical approach to answering this grave threat.
My initial thought is to go with name calling and mockery, since that has worked well for us in the past. But then again, maybe hit him with something new, like Haiku’s and limericks.
Dishonest jackass
Peddling shit on inter-tubes
Go home you are drunk
or
The dishonest hack DeMayo did say,
I’m going to be on you guys all night and all day,
Kept making up shit
Had an apoplectic fit
As James Earl Jones said, he’s cray cray.
(Jonn suggests But Jonn & Mark continued to play and Scotty says it should end with Exposing the phonies day to day. Please comment with your own poetry.)
BTW- Here is the last paragraph of his latest offal offering (that’s a bit of a pun for you):
My next article will explore the business of Stolen Valor organizations, its players, agenda and the honored and decorated veterans they have attacked. You will be enraged.
Anyone want to place bets on what “honored and decorated veterans” will be the centerpiece of that piece of brilliance? Wittless, Arthur South, Tony Meyers and Ray Hall are the first four that leap to mind.
And now I will get back to actually helping veterans instead of whatever the hell DeMayo is doing. That thing with the vets that got screwed by the guy in Oregon has me incensed, so I want to see what I can do to help.
UPDATE: This guy is comedy proof, I swear to Spongebob. He literally is defending that people in the VA are subject to the UCMJ, and citing to this link.
Completely without reason. Dude is NVTS.
Also, DeMayo apparently didn’t get the “cereal” reference.

Dear Lord, can we find a way to make that level of stupidity hurt the fucktard who wrote it, not the poor brain cells that must suffer from reading it?
Could I make de Mayonnaise a useless, incomprehensibly drivel-witted character in B&B#3? I thinnk could. He could be someone called in by a bunch of imbeciles to protect themselves from persecution – er, prosecution – prosecution, for invading a government facility like that silly nun did.
You hear that, de Mayonnaise? You’re going to be FAMOUS in my country club!!!! Absolutely bottom drawer!!
Control+f “As To”……”Phrase not found”…
/leaves thread disappointed.
Has John DeMayo ever terrorized a village while wielding a 12′ rubber phallus? Until he releases that information we might never know.
(You see how idiotic that line of thinking is? He accuses people of felonies without proof, then admits that the proof shows the opposite, but never even corrects the underlying statement.)
Reference to a 201 file is the Army’s name for your Personnel Jacket. Most Army folks understand the 201 File thing, but he should have been saying a 2-1 as and I believe FOIA Not FOIS or maybe he meant FIOS for his connection. I doubt they will ever send you someones complete 201 File.
This guy is a complete and utter TOOLBAG !
I’m a little lost as to the who-did/didn’t do what to whom’ here. Is DeMayo trying to jump on the SV bandwagon? Was Skinner outed as a phony? Or Hayden?
From what I can tell, DeMayo is trying to ‘glorify’ something of his own efforts it seems…
Egomania knows no limits on stupidity and drivel.
It’s so convoluted Mr Wolf that I didn’t even start at the beginning. I might in a future post, but I just wanted to make sure he knew we were reading his nonsense.
DeMayonnaise assaulted logic and reason by writing thusly:
“The Army issued a “no contact order” for Eric Skinner. To those who do not know, a non-contact order is similar to a civilian “protective order.” It prohibits the party implicated in alleged acts of violence, harassment, tormenting or stalking, from contacting the complaining party or their friends and family by mail, phone or in person. In military cases, it may also require the active duty subject of this order, to surrender their right to carry a firearm off base. In fairness, as a veteran receiving VA care, Hayden by extension, is required to abide by the Uniform code of Military Justice and avoid contact with Skinner as well.”
Ya, right. So by that logic, my 86-year-old father (Navy veteran at the tail end of WW2) is also required to abide by the UCMJ because for the last three years he’s been going to the VA to get hearing aids (after decades of not needing/using any VA medical or other services).
*snort*
DeMayo seems about as rational as a retarded one-eyed Rhesus Monkey on LSD and meth!
In response Hayden contacted Skinner’s CO and registered a complaint. The Army issued a “no contact order” for Eric Skinner. In fairness, as a veteran receiving VA care, Hayden by extension, is required to abide by the Uniform code of Military Justice and avoid contact with Skinner as well.
Calling bullshit. I’ve seen these, actually executed them. They are pretty much used in domestic cases to keep a spouse away and unless the other person is in the military and issued one THEY can’t be prosecuted. Where did this idiot get the idea that people receiving VA benefits are required to follow the UCMJ? The taking away of a firearm, another complete piece of bullshit.
@9, that’s why I never go to the VA, they always make me shave and won’t allow me to use an umbrella.
Well, he doesn’t understand the intricacies of a FOIA as compared to to a DD214 or a 2-1 (which he calls a 201), how can we expect him to understand a “no contact order” and how it relates to the VA? By the way, he banned me from commenting, but then continued to ask me questions I couldn’t answer. But that is the same blog which calls for the President to be hung for treason.
@13, I should point this out too:
From Freedom Outpost, last week:
More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the nine (9) years before. Thirty have died in August. During the last month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan.
The reality:
Actually, 384 service-members have lost their lives in the last 27 months, and the total of those lost previous to that was 1,626. August of this year saw 11 deaths, not 30. The number of so called “green-on-blue” deaths for the last year was been 29, roughly half of what is attributed to one month by their website.
there’s only one appropriate response to his threats…
(yawn)
@9/11/12: Yeah, that whole part about having to abide by the UCMJ, because you’re being treated at the VA is what caught my attention immediately. I have never signed anything stating that I will abide by the UCMJ in exchange for receiving VA treatment. This guy is dumb as a fucking stump.
I walked in to the VA with my hands in my pockets once…..ONCE
TSO–that’s because despite his claims of being a “true conservative” (read: Ron Paul nutbag) he seems to play the liberal (Dead Ted Kennedy, specifically) card of, “It’s not the nature of the evidence, but the seriousness of the charge” meme, meaning basically he thinks he can claim anything he wants without having to back his shit up.
Oh, and how the fuck does this clown and his sycophants “LIKE” their own FB posts? Dude, not cool. Oh, that’s right, because nobody else will.
One of the downsides of freedom of speech is that idiots are free to speak. And as Shakespeare noted, their speech is generally “full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.”
Gotta take the bad with the good, I guess.
Hoookay! Today Mexican word lesson is “DeMayo”! Today, we will sink demayo and celebrate with cerveza.
In the words of Bugs Bunny, what a maroon. He is probably Mirandizing people because he is one of those ass hat sovereign citizens. This guy doe not deserve a full Buxton. What he deserves is to be ignored. Try not to let him get your blood pressure up.
So, like do we get free reign with this DeMayonase critter or are we ‘posed to behave and act like we care whether or not we hurt his wittle feelers?
hookay! Susan answered the question!
@22, he’s a national treasure, and deserves to be treated like one.
So yeah, sarcasm and mockery would be best.
Yeah, Susan is right, this dude gets off on the attention, so just starve him of it.
@4.
Only his CO, Commander Monkress, would know the answer to that question.
Is there a term for someone who has gone beyond the full goose looney, surpassed the full-blown batshit crazy, and even passed the screeching meltdown status along the way?
DeMayonnaise can’t pull a wickre. Doesn’t have the understanding of properly prepared internet threates of BH.
DeMayonnaise can’t pull a bernastypants. Bernastypants is a half-degree above wickre.
So, taking into account his loose as a goose use of the much-battered English language, can we concoct a new, and useful, term for someone with walking dead brain cells like De Mayonnaise?
DeMayo already tried to get TSO fired from his paying job, ala Wittgenfeld. It didn’t work this time either. Mary sent him her FOIA results from the NPRC, but somehow we’ve closed ranks. He wanted me to send him my copy of the FOIA and I told him to pound sand. So I guess that’s how we “closed ranks”.
Hondo – one of the upsides of the freedom of speech is that it makes spotting the morons a lot easier.
He’s nuttier than a bucket of squirrel shit!!
He just went full-retard.
I’m still Goggling what a 201 file & a FOIS are. No results, Perhaps I should try Bing instead .
Bobo: true. That’s some of the good we get along with the bad.
Unfortunately, it’s been my experience that often the idiots speak more freely – and loudly – than do those with something worthwhile to say. It does get annoying, but the alternative simply isn’t worth it.
Scotty: a “201 file” is a somewhat Army-specific reference to one’s old-style paper Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). In the Army the OMPF was the contents of a file folder that was also a pre-printed, numbered form. The form was DA Form 201, titled “Military Personnel Record Jacket” or MPRJ (another common term used to refer to the OMPF, though it technically only referred to the outer folder). This gave rise to the common term “201 file” for the OMPF.
Although the paper DA Form 201 is now an anachronism, the term is still occasionally used.
Unless the tool meant “FOIA”, I have no idea what he’s referring to by “FOIS”.
Good comment Hondo. I had actually known it as a “201 jacket”. But that may have just been specific to the vocab of my unit or something. Hell, I might even be wrong on that. But what I do know is that no FOIA in history was filed for a 201 file absent the SF form.
This guy even has me confused at times now. I do think he meant the 2-1 not the 201, but I try not to stare into the abyss more than I absolutely have to.
@35: How the hell could he make a case to get you fired? I’m still scratching my head over that one. Did he call up and say “and you need to fire him, cuz he’s like a big poopy head and stuff”?
TSO: “201 jacket” would also make sense, though I’d not previously heard that term. The ones I’ve heard over the years are OMPF, MPRJ, and 201 file. They were all used to refer to the “record” copy of one’s official personnel records, as well as (back in the day) the local “field copy” kept at the installation personnel office.
Today, in the Army the official copy is now kept in digital form at HRC in Fort Knox, and is accessible on-line with one’s CAC (true for both AC and USAR; not positive about ARNG). I believe that’s also the case (different location, obviously) for the other services as well, but I could be wrong.
So if you use the VA you fall under UCMJ? I guess the SMA won’t allow me to go to the VA since I have tatoos.
Advice for this “man”:
Lead paint should be on the walls
And not ingested
Listen, DeMayo
Crack babies have an excuse
You do not have one
This has been another presentation of Combat Haiku Theater.
@28–amazing how people don’t understand the concept of PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION, but that the NPRC isn’t exactly tossing it out in the street unless someone asks for it first.
That’s the whole point, Mayonaise–someone asked for it, properly, otherwise it wouldn’t have been supplied. Funny how that works, ain’t it?
Oh, and this douchetard is the big reason I don’t move down to Texas. Okay, not really, but it’s as good a reason as any.
@36, it follows the same format. They send an email to work asking: I would like to know who I should contact (and the contact information)to obtain commentary for an follow up story involving the American Legion Media Director Mark Seavey and his relationship to Jonn Lilyea and Lilyea’s stolen valor activities. Never mind that isn’t my title etc. This was my response: Mr. DeMayo is a blogger for the website Freedom Outpost which among other things lately has called for the hanging of President Obama, with the Editor of that site saying that: Back in October, I laid out simply facts that clearly demonstrate the Barack Hussein Obama is a traitor, as defined in the US Constitution. With treason comes a traitor’s death. Further, they are the source of that discredited story I discussed last week about Afghan casualty rates wherein they state that: More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the nine (9) years before. Thirty have died in August. During the last month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan. The reality: Actually, 384 service-members have lost their lives in the last 27 months, and the total of those lost previous to that was 1,626. August of this year saw 11 deaths, not 30. The number of so called “green-on-blue” deaths for the last year was been 29, roughly half of what is attributed to one month by their website. The genesis of his complaint here is allegations by Mr. DeMayo that Jonn Lilyea and Scotty Hughes violated federal law by posting a DD214. As I have told Mr DeMayo on innumerable occasions, they posted a 2-1 file which was sent by the National Personnel Records Commission pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request. It deals with a claim of Stolen Valor by a gentleman named Wayne Hayden. This individual has allegedly claimed to have been a helicopter pilot and an… Read more »
TSO–I feel your pain. Several years ago, a Ron Paul nutter called my HR at work and tried to get me fired, claiming that I was harassing her and stalking her using company resources during working hours.
It was bullshit, but having to sit in front of the head of HR and my union steward, explaining that no such thing had occurred, the posts I made were off company time/resources, and that she was totally off base was still a monumental waste of everyone’s time. Even the HR rep said they saw nothing from me that would even remotely be considered stalking or threatening, but that they had to say they’d investigated and taken appropriate action.
Still annoys me to this day.
@41: Geebus cripes, man!! That’s a lot of frails and dressings to have to put up just to drill down to the bedrock of it; that the dude is a douchetool and they should ignore his yammerings.
I wish I could say I was surprised by this posting. I know this guy. We used to frequent the same watering hole. He also makes claims of being ex NYPD. The only job I’ve ever known him to have is window washer (wish I was kidding). He also scammed the children of a friend we lost a couple years ago. This guy is a grade A douchebag piece of shit!
PS, changed my usual posting name to protect my identity should he come trolling.
DeMayo has already read the post and he’s pleased that we mentioned him. But he has to get back to work. Ding! Fries are done.
Wow, what a box of Fruity Loops!!!!!!!
More made up shit…..DeMayo doesn’t know the difference between a combat veteran and a “combat era veteran” Fucking Turd.
Unlike his brother, the draft was kind to Wayne Hayden. Yet, on the day his brother left for induction, he joined him and voluntarily enlisted in the US Army. Forty years later, his service to our country as a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Weapons Specialist is slowly claiming his health. Like so many other US combat Veterans, his government has turned their back on Wayne in his time of need.

Were I to get some sort of demand from this clown, my response would be something on the order of:
At such time that you can articulate a specific, clear, and manageable demand requiring my attention, or other appropriate response, I might consider giving you the time of day, or performing whatever lunacy your widdle pea bwain desires. Probably not, though.
This is how I see Mr. DeMayo after my own dealings with him. He is a wannabe Pulitzer writer, who thinks people are sheep to every word he types. He writes for a low end web site, (Freedom Outpost) and a couple of others no one has ever heard of. He bases his articles off of hear say, and barely any fact finding, because anyone who says anything to this most important writer MUST be telling the truth! No one would dare lie to him. He has never served a day in his life, but trys to paint himself as a military expert, again based on the tales of others. I would suggest to Mr. DeMayo that he live by the old military saying when it comes to military records, “If it ain’t in the records, it didn’t happen”.
I’ve had no luck getting them to even acknowledge the very obvious fact that Hayden lied about his basic training length and his claims of being a helicopter pilot. Those are two very obvious lies that no one over there will even address.
Of course they won’t address them, Mike–because nobody likes to admit they’re wrong. Especially when they’ve made such an asshole of themselves trying to claim they’re right.
Personally, I’d love to see the “documentation” that was given to mayonnaise-boy. Jesse MacBeth might be giving him pointers before long.
