Joe Biden plans to address Trump verdict from the White House

| May 26, 2024 | 36 Comments

Closing arguments on Donald Trump’s “hush money” case will resume after the Holiday weekend. After the verdict is given, Joe Biden will make a speech from the White House grounds regarding the trial. He will call for people to respect the results of the trial and that the American legal system worked. If Donald Trump is found guilty, then the Biden campaign could potentially refer to him as “Convicted Felon Donald Trump.”

From New York Post:

The 81-year-old president’s message will be tailored to the outcome of the trial, according to Politico, but in any scenario, he intends to stress that the US legal system worked and Americans should respect the process.

Biden will deliver remarks whether the 77-year-old former president is convicted, acquitted or the jury cannot agree on a verdict.

Closing arguments in Trump’s trial over alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels are set to commence on Tuesday.

It is believed that the jury could reach a verdict as early as next week.

The exact timing and setting of Biden’s speech have not been definitively determined, but it won’t be done on the campaign trail, multiple sources told the outlet.

In an effort to have his remarks not perceived as being political, Biden will deliver them from the White House grounds.

Fuck Joe Biden and his whole crooked regime.

“He will call for people to respect the results of the trial and that the American legal system worked”

Unless of course it’s a hung jury by just one member then he
will call that one member a threat to democracy or some shit.

5JC

Not only that but he’ll be doxed within 10 minutes of the trial being over. He will be harassed mercilessly by the left wing media, wondering just how he could have got it so wrong….

26Limabeans

Not a lawer so I don’t know if that one member would be
identified or not.
If identified they will become famous if not dead or both.

Odie

Merchan has already said he doesn’t need a unanimous jury to convict.

There will be no hung jury.

Hack Stone

This is a criminal, not civil trial, isn’t it? Last time Hack Stone checked, a guilty verdict in a criminal trial in America has to be unanimous. At least it used to be that way.

Odie

That’s the old amerika, comrade. This is the new, improved version. Once we lock up Trump, we’re coming for you.

Is “racist” now, comrade!

KoB

The US legal system is working for joe as well as the dominion voting system worked for him.

If you only knew how true that was. But it’s the little details that trip people up.

Many people might not be happy.

A Proud Infidel®™

BUT IT WAS OKAY for “Blowjob Bill” Clinton to do the same.

Skippy

It sounds like he already knows the verdict

rgr769

This corrupt judge is building a Sixth Amendment violation which will compel a reversal of any guilty verdict from this kangaroo court.

Odie

Will it result in at least a smack down at the least if not a disbarment if over turned?

Anonymous

After the election, of course.

I read somewhere that the jury being instructed that they don’t have to agree on the predicate crime can introduce a “reversible error.” That idiot judge knows this but doesn’t care; he just wants to tag Trump as a “convicted felon”, future consequences be damned. He’s going to look pretty stupid when this causes Trumps polling to go UP. If this leads to Trump’s election, his democrat compadres will happily throw him under the bus.

Odie

They will put the bus in motion, forward, backwards, repeat until no bump is felt anymore.

5JC

Here is the problem they really have. They’re trying to treat the predicate crime as motive. Motive doesn’t always need to be established in order to convict somebody of a crime.

Let’s for example say Bob hits George with a bat. What motive Bob may have had is not essential to proving that he hit him. However, if you want to prove that he “assaulted” George then It is really helpful to have a motive. A jury might still convict Bob of assault. However, Bob may have a dozen defenses such as stopping a robbery or self defense that can be brought up in trial.

In this case However, because Bragg went this way as a felony, it becomes an element of the crime as well. The burden is on the prosecutor to show all elements of the crime. Not only did he fail to do that but he introduced loads of reasonable doubt. His Star witness previously claimed under oath to have done the entire thing by himself and even gave a motive.

The judge essentially told the jury that they don’t need to have all the elements of the crime. They can just dream it up themselves. So yes, we are seeing a kangaroo court in action.

rgr769

Bragg had to plead the crimes as felonies because the misdemeanor violations of this New Yawk statute are barred by the applicable statute of limitations, as these bogus crimes occurred over six years ago.

5JC

The lengths they were willing to go to.

And the pro-Hamas/Antifa leftist crowd won’t be any happier at the Democrat National Convention… like ’68 in Chicago:

Yeah, but this time around, there won’t be any hickory shampoo. Fuck Chicago.

“He will call for people to respect the results of the trial and that the American legal system worked”.

Bullshit. If the American legal system had worked, this courtroom circus would never have occurred.

Fuck Joe Biden and his minions.

rgr769

Ditto. Wonder if we will ever get to see where the strings on this meat puppet lead.

Odie

This stuff won’t be hidden forever.

Trump went on the offense after the mar a lago raid info was unredacted, and Garland went into damage control. Sorry merrick, but that genie has left the bottle. It’s all on paper, in black and white.

Can’t wait to hear it. Should go something like this:

I ensured that Joe Trump, even though he was a lying dog-faced pony soldier, was held a legal trial for his benefit. Before it was done I talked to Justice William Rehnquist and Janet Reno about the legality of prosecuting a former president and they agreed that it was all above board. In a sense, I don’t know why we’re surprised by Trump. How many times does he have to prove we can’t be trusted? Pause.

Remember, I said it standing here, if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re going to have a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. This is not a big fucking deal. Even so, If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there’s still a 30% chance we’re going to get it wrong and Trump would walk free. Pause.

Joe Trump is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be Vice President of the United States of America. Let’s get that straight. He is qualified to be President of the United States of America. He’s easily qualified to be Vice President of the United States of America. Quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me. But he’s first rate. But I was lawyer for many years and I know the law bud. Trump has to go to jail or I will never get reelected. Once he is a convicted felon he is out so you can’t vote for him. Pause.

Some people may not like this true, true, true thing but it is true. Very true in fact. If you protest it we will put you in jail until 2028, maybe even longer.

God Save the Queen, man”

NHSparky

If he’s reelected, we’re officially fucked as a nation.

Not because of him, but who put him there.

Deckie

I don’t have a good feeling about this country post-2024. I personally think we’re done for.

I’m hopeful, but buy ammo, gold and canned food– you never know these days.
