Gun Grabbing Fascists
Thursday gun notes
Coupla minor things today. First off – People say the Trump administration is pro-gun. Well, maybe by comparison with Biden’s, but that’s like saying you’ll stay dryer outdoors in a tropical storm than you will by jumping in a pond. A few degrees of separation, maybe. AG Bondi supported red-flag laws and assault weapons laws […]
Gun News
Remember the lawsuit Mexico filed against American gun manufacturers> They got blown out of the water at the Supreme Court on a unanimous decision – one would think given the expense of taking a case all the way to the Supreme Court, that particular bloody nose would have talked them they were backing the wrong […]
Mexico Gun suit largely tossed – bueno!
Might recall that Mexico, that bastion of strict law obedience and low crime, was suing ten U.S. gun manufacturers. The U.S. companies are alleged to be the source of Mexico’s “gun crime” problem. The Center Square […]

Don Plett in September, Public […]
Air National Guard Lieutenant Colonel arrested for burglary
Nicole Mitchell, 49, is a lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard. She is also a state level senator for Minnesota. Mitchell was arrested on suspicion of burglary in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This is the same woman who advocated for safer communities via “common sense gun reform.” From NBC News: Democratic Sen. Nicole Mitchell, 49, […]
The bad old Clinton days are back
Those who don’t follow gun issues may have missed the BATFE quietly redefined the meaning of a gun dealer, and their new policy has already claimed a victim. Everyone knows there are gun DEALERS, who make their living from selling guns, and hobbyists who sell and buy guns for various non-commercial reasons: liquidating collections, updating, […]
Pols and guns – update
Couple of states hitting the news, Virginia and Colorado. Little background – in the most recent major gun case before the Supremes (Diana Ross not included) the Court ruled that gun cases should be decided using historical precedent rather than Democrat feewings or what someone thought the law ought to be in light of schools […]
