Three of a kind, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes, and four in the wind. The numbers are starting to stack up a bit. Spring in the air?

“The peaceable part of mankind will be continually overrun by the vile and abandoned while they neglect the means of self-defence. The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms like laws discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property.” Thomas Paine

Not a bad hand at all for a Thursday. You know that the 4 fellows that left their fellow choir member behind the church were just looking to get enough to buy new choir robes, don’t you? Notice, too, that each linky had a blurb to the effect…”up to the Grand Jury to whether or not charges will be filled against the person defending themselves”?

That thar S&W Hand Cannon come with a carriage and a caisson? Possibly a crew served weapon. I “Like” it.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all crime is suspended until further notice. Criminals are to remain in their homes whenever possible, and out of other folks homes, and refrain from social interactions such a stealin or muggin or pimpin or dealin. Shooting at innocent people is also a prohibited interaction, regardless of distance or caliber. Shooting at fellow crooks is also out. Payback is suspended. And you fraudsters? Nope. Not now.

C’mon folks! -everyone- has to do their part!

Good one Bro. Saw a blip in a news feed on evening past, reputedly from Hizz Dishonor, the Mayor of Baltimore, where he was asking for crooks to quit shooting one another. Said they might need the bed space for Kung Flu victims.

Everyone is concerned about the financial burden the Coronavirus quarantine is having on the service industry, such as restaurant workers, parking lot attendants and dry cleaners, but will the federal Relief being enacted help those most negatively impacted by this, that being those who make their living breaking into cars at commuter lots. Has anyone thought of addressing their needs?

I had suggested “boobytraps” and “trapcars” but was turned down.

Maybe they can help tend the really sick? Under supervision of course.

I know its meager pickings, and not up to Claw’s usual standards, but the Whiz Wheel needs to stay exercised by spinning up Ezekial Triana (who needs triage).

Good haul for today. Miss my Model 25, like an idiot I sold my 6-inch 25 many years ago. Sold it to buy another gun.

Docduracoat

The six inch barrel on that pictured revolver looks too long.
One or two inches shorter would be just right.
I never thought I would be saying something like that!

David

think you will find that is an 8 3/8″ barrel, not a six.

25-5 in .45 Colt is a joy, possibly equalled only by a M24 or 1950 in .44 SPL. The 25-2 sadly was too much gun for too little cartridge. JMHO, of course.

FYI, that Palestine is pronounced Pales-teen, not Pales-tine. No idea why.

I have handled a custom 625-5 with the cylinder modified to accept .45 ACP in moon clips, yet still accept .45 Colt rounds. Nice gun.
