Congressmen Murphy & Rooney, make this happen

For the relief of “JASIM”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. WAIVER OF GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL OF, DENIAL OF ADMISSION TO, “JASIM”.
(a) In General- Notwithstanding sections 212(a) and 237(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, “JASIM” may not be removed from the United States, or denied admission to the United States, by reason of any act of his that is a ground for removal or denial of admission and is reflected in the records of the Department of Homeland Security, or the Visa Office of the Department of State, on the date of the enactment of this Act.
(b) Rescission of Outstanding Order of Removal- The Secretary of Homeland Security shall rescind any outstanding order of removal, or any finding of inadmissibility or deportability, that has been entered against “JASIM” by reason of any act described in subsection (a).
(c) Establishment of Good Moral Character- Notwithstanding section 101(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, any act described in subsection (a) may not be considered in determining whether JASIM is, or during any period has been, a person of good moral character for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

So we’ll let millions of illegals that bring nothing to the table come to our country…but a hero who worked for/with our troops is being denied admittance…
You also need to mention that the immigrant visa should be made available immediately to him and members of his family.
Even if this private bill is introduced in the Congress, you think you will have enough people to vote for it – helping somebody from the bad, bad Iraq war??
I am surprised that they separate these two acts, somebody in the Green Zone has a hidden agenda in this case (it is up to the visa officer at the Green Zone to decide wether or not to issue a visa)
Yet, we let 32 illegal aliens sue an American landowner, in an American court, because he stopped their illegal migration northward. And we let someone’s illegal “auntie” live in public housing, and give her an 8 month stay, after a deportation order was issued 5 years ago?
This country is seriously FUBAR!!!!
Don’t forget “Auntie Zituni”. She comes over here and stays illegally past her visa expiration, lives on public housing, leeches off the system, and gets to stay because you just don’t deport a member of the “One’s” family?!? This is complete and utter BS to the 73rd degree.
Slam a door on the nepotism, deport her illegal alien butt, and bring over a real hero who has EARNED a sopt in this great country.
