Two men allegedly impersonating FBI agents attempted to force their way into an Española, N.M., apartment around 4 a.m. One intruder was armed with what was later discovered to be a pellet gun with a laser pointer taped to the top of it. The homeowner announced several times that he was armed. After the intruder with the gun entered the apartment living room, the homeowner fired, fatally striking him. The intruder, a 31-year-old man, was later transported to the hospital where he died. The other suspect fled the scene and has yet to be identified. The armed citizen was not charged.

Police: ‘Domestic situation’ leads to man’s deadly shooting in east side home
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A man was shot to death Monday following what police call a violent domestic disturbance.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), officers were dispatched to a home in the 2600 block of Kay Ellen Drive just before 7 a.m. The neighborhood is just east of 25th and Post on Indy’s east side.
When police arrived they found a man was shot to death inside the home. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Friends and witnesses who live in the home say an ex-boyfriend broke into the house and tried to kill his ex-girlfriend. That’s when the intruder was shot and killed.
Police would only confirm the case appears to involve a domestic relationship.

Wow, good start and only 433 homicides in Chicago this year.
Mom went all Sarah Connor on those home invaders. They won’t be back.
Like I commented yesterday, the AR-15 Mom took care of business last week but nothing about it was heard until this week. This incident didn’t meet the Lame street medias narrative.
Because a Restraining Order is only a piece of paper!
Good update on the Lithia story, last week’s post was sketchy on the details. Baby Girl gets her mail in thru Lithia PO. She was not sure where this home defence action happened in relationship to their home. She does want me to go shopping with her at the local gunsmith when I come down for the Thanksgiving Feast.
I can see where having a laser pointer taped to your pellet gun may come in handy…if you’re hunting cats.
One sure way to put closure to a failed relationship. Shoot the SOB.
Nice hand cannon you gots there Mister. Don’t suppose it’s for sale, is it?
You mean a pregnant woman can use an AR 15 to save her husband who was being savagely beaten?
We can’t have weapons of war in our homes!
I do like that revolver.
