US and Allies Liberate Last ISIS Stronghold

Propaganda videos from ISIS propped that terrorist organization up as this unstoppable force consisting of unstoppable “warriors”. There was one video where the speaker bragged about their caliphate’s beginning, it’s expansion, and how they stacked up against their enemies.
The propagandist talked a big game about how they were going to defeat our allies and us. They portrayed themselves as the forces that would be aligned against a coalition of enemies that had previously been prophesied. The verdict?
It appears that the only real “victory” that they could claim now is what could be viewed in one of their fantasy videos. According to Fox News, their caliphate has crumbled.

Troops here are now bringing down the black flags of ISIS. The flags no longer fly over the town, instilling fear.
The last five days, Fox News has witnessed the last major offensive up close — with U.S.-backed SDF forces attacking ISIS from three sides, pushing the fighters back, house to house, then tent to tent, against the Euphrates River.
Inside Baghouz, it’s easy to see how they hid for so long — not just in tunnels but trenches and hundreds of cubby holes covered by tarpaulins, which blend in perfectly to the dirt.
In the end, the majority surrendered. In fact, since the start of the year about 60,000 have dripped into the desert, and most are now held in camps.
There is a major concern about what to do with the camps though. The SDF has asked for U.S. support in setting up a tribunal here to prosecute them.
It appears that some US troops will remain. Our allies in the region are happy about that, and are hoping that they would get help setting up tribunals to deal with the ISIS fighters that surrendered.
So much for that propaganda video insinuating how ISIS was going to defeat us. If they wanted their videos to have validity, they should’ve shown one with them getting defeated.

It wasn’t just ISIS propaganda making them out to be invincible, the prior administration and our MSM made the same claims. Remember how they made fun of Trump for saying he’d “bomb the shit out of them.”
They’ll never give Trump his due for this, just like they ignore all his other accomplishments.

Don’t kid yourselves that they’re gone. They’ll continue to be a threat as long as the Saudi’s Wahhabist madrassas keeping radicalizing them and the Iranian mullahs keep arming them. Now that we’re no longer dependent on Middle Eastern oil, we should strong-arm the Saudis into closing the madrassas and help the Iranian people overthrow the mullahs. That won’t totally end the problem but it would damned sure minimize it.
