What should be done with This Scumbag?

| March 7, 2009

First, I apologize for not posting lately. I have been extremely busy with my plans for world domination and yes, they are coming along just fine.

Snowman sent me this article from Fox News:

PORTLAND, Ore. — An Army captain from Oregon charged with stealing nearly $700,000 from the government while in Iraq pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges including theft of government property and money laundering.

A federal grand jury indictment alleges that between April 2007 and February 24. 2009, Capt. Michael Dung Nguyen, 28, stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash., stole more than $690,000 entrusted to him as the battalion civil affairs officer in Muqdadiyah, Iraq.

Prosecutors say the funds were designated for local commanders in Iraq and Afghanistan for urgent humanitarian relief and reconstruction needs.

The indictment alleges Nguyen used some of the money to buy a new BMW M3 and a Hummer H3T, along with computers, electronics and furniture.

This is the kind of thing that pisses me off on a grand scale. Not only did this POS decide to blatantly steal from his betters, he did so at the expense of the lives of his fellow soldiers.

The local agreements made between US forces and the local Sheiks is what made the surge work. How many people did this ass wipe endanger by making promises to get the money and then not delivering?

U.S. Attorney Karin Immergut said an investigation began after Internal Revenue Service agents spotted a suspicious pattern with the deposits.

She said the charges indicate a “flagrant and reprehensible disregard” for military honor.

Ya think? Honor is something that we in the military take very seriously. This is particularly true for officers that are entrusted with the lives of so many people. This ass clown is an embarrassment to anyone who ever wore the uniform with a sense of anything more important than himself.

Nguyen, a 2004 West Point graduate, is assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division.

So your tax dollars gave this POS a quality six-figure education is an institution that was built on Duty, Honor and Country.

A dear old friend and member of that long gray line sent the following quotes in an email detailing his disgust for such a man.

“I cannot trust with higher command, with command of others, a man who cannot command himself. Discipline of self, as well as others, is the soul of an Army.” –R.E. Lee

“The long gray line has never failed us. Were you to do so, a million ghosts in olive drab… would rise from their white crosses, thundering those magic words: Duty, Honor, Country.” –D. MacArthur

“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” Luke 12:48

I’ll let all of you offer suggestions for what fate should meet this man.

As for me, two words: Eddie Slovik!

Damn,Just when you think you’ve seen it all or heard it all…skinning his ass alive comes to mind (you know,an old family tradition!)but since he walked all over us,I’m inclined to eviscerate him (alive of course!),tie the end of his large intestine around a tree or post, then make his ass start walking in circles, pulling his guts out, and making him walk all over his own yellow guts…Just a suggestion!!!

Since we know which political party is running the country, the end result will probably come down to parole and community service. Since every criminal can be ‘rehabilitated’, I would suggest that the Captain perform 690,000 dollars worth of community service. In the same province in Iraq he stole from.

At an average O-3 pay of four grand per month, that’s 14 or so years to pay back what he stole.

COB6 Wrote: Do you think he would last 14 years in a place that he went out of his way to screw?

Frankly Opinionated

Good One Injun:
How many good, deserving American Citizens- How many good, deserving OCS officers- How many good deserving enlisted personnel, would’ve given their left nut for a shot at West Point, and promised not to screw up the future opportunities that such a break would instill. This shithead, to me, is worse than an E-3 taking the money. He got his railroad track as well as his appointment and future graduation by having something between his ears. He was not dumb. But he is as stupid as a box of rocks, and has no honor, no sense of duty, and a bearing of “F#$% the country”. One of Jon Carry’s soldiers who couldn’t make it on the block may have done that, but even they are as few as heroes in the IVAW, (Who, by the way, are probably trying to recruit him as I type this.)
And there is an element in this country, who will use this as a measure of what our soldiers are about. Surely, whatever he gets for punishment will not be adequate.

PS: Glad to see ya back COB6.

World domination, huh? Well, then, you’ll be able to order the SLOVIK SQUAD for this POS.

Welcome back, COB. And we thought you’d be all mellowed out…

Smorgasbord

He’ll probably wind up as head of fund raising for the democrats.

Sporkmaster

Nice, if it is bad enough aid goes through sticky fingers in the Iraqi goverment it goes through another before Iraq even gets it. No words on this guy.

So. i’m guessing he has will not have served his obligation, which means this buddy fukker needs to pay back the money spent on him for West Point. Then, he can work his ass off for the rest of what he spent. And, since that will be impossible, we can hope he dies and inconvenient death.

My thoughts are: rope and tree. Glad to see you back COB

Wow, it’s not often that a middle name is that appropriate.

And I’m sure that we can come up with something to do with his Hummer…

A court-martial, forfiture of ALL pay & allowances, reduction to E1, a BCD & AT LEAST 20 years without parole at Leavenworth. . . In the open cell block, to mingle with fellow prisoners. Said fellow prisoners to have access to whips, chains, ropes & etc to beat his sorry ass to a pulp . . . every day. While the guards look the other way.

How long do you think he would last?

OR . .

Have him run a double-line gauntlet of soldiers from his unit. Said soldiers allowed to use whatever they can pick up to beat him as he runs by in the gauntlet. IF he makes it to the end of the gauntlet alive, then he can stand court-martial.
