Rodlando Cruz Guzman; propositions OSI agent

| November 2, 2017

Jon The Mechanic sends us a link to the Watertown Times in regards to Sergeant Rodlando Cruz Guzman, who was attending the Army’s Advanced Leadership Course at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston and found the time to send sexually-themed messages to an undercover Air Force Office of Special Investigations agent posing as a 14-year-old girl.

The interactions began after an agent from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations posted the message “I wish there was one person to show me not all military guys are the same” to the Whisper mobile application on Oct. 10.

The same day, Sgt. Guzman contacted the undercover agent, at which point the agent told him she was a 14-year-old named Bri. According to court documents, the sergeant moved the conversation to the Kik messaging app, where the conversation became sexual.

In more than 150 messages between the two in the next few days, Sgt. Guzman told the girl he wanted to teach her about sexual activity and described sexual acts he wanted to perform with her. The messages also included an image of Sgt. Guzman’s genitals, another with his shirt off, and a third in his military uniform.

Sgt. Guzman was caught on Oct. 14 when he showed up to the purported teen’s residence, where they allegedly had agreed to meet to “do our dirty stuff.”

Guzman is a Fort Drum soldier according to Stars & Stripes.

Guzman was released Friday with a $50,000 unsecured bond, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Texas. No court dates have been set.

News4SanAntonio reports that Guzman had told investigators that he was an instructor at the Advanced Leadership Course, but that he was actually a student. He’s since been discharged from the course while he’s waiting for court dates.

And yet people still forget the oldest truism of the AlGoreNet:

–Men are men.
–Women are men.
–Children are cops.

And no, you should have to know this to know chasing after kiddies is freaking wronger than wrong.

Hope it was worth it, “Sergeant.” I hear Kansas sucks this time of year.

Shouldn’t have to. Fucking thumbs not connected to brain.

So, I’ve been out since 2006, a search for the advanced leadership course makes me think it’s just a rebranded common core phase one part of BNCOC?

It’s Phase II, the residence portion of the course. What used to be BNCOC is now ALC.

I did an online version, now known as Structured Development Course 2, but was called “Advanced Leader Course Common Core” when I took it. That was Phase I. I did Phase II, residency, at Fort Knox.

This course has now been backlogged for many an MOS, didn’t have to read the part about him being dis-enrolled from the course to know that he got removed. He got a DA 1059 that wasn’t flattering either, which means that even if he were to “get this brushed aside”, his career is pretty much in jeopardy. The fact that he’s going to be going through the judicial process isn’t going to help him either.

Ok, so new name, still equally as worthless. So, have they changed the name of PLDC again? I did Phase I for BNCOC at the distance learning center at Rose Barracks in Germany the month before I went TDY to Benning for Phase II. Made me think the SgtMaj Academy wanted way too much hands on control of NCOPD because we had some instructor teaching us some blocks of instruction by remote video from Ft Bliss that I know our class instructor was more than capable of teaching. My two months at Benning in ’05 for Phase II were a massive waste of time. Spent too much time chasing tail at “Misery” Lane. All I remember from the course is our 1SG junked the PT scheduled, and tried to run us into the ground every day, and the NCO academy CSM didn’t show for our in-brief, our mid cycle brief or our graduation. Guess he was a SSG hater.
Only thing I liked about my BNCOC experience is they did kind of treat us like adults. No junk on the bunk inspection at the end of cycle, and graduation was in BDUs.
Not to show my age, but anyone else remember when Phase II was often taught at home station NCO academy’s? I remember having to help support at least 2 11M (mech Infantry) BNCOC classes with vehicles and weapons.

The sad thing is that, when I saw this on a friend’s timeline, I was immediately reminded of an incident back in 2015 where a 15 year old girl had run away from her home in Solvay NY and was found on post.
Solvay is about an hour south of Ft Drum.

Naw, they are just going to order more “Death By Powerpoint” be done before COB today, because that will fix it.

Docduracoat

Everyone offering to commit crimes on the internet is an undercover police officer
If you want a hit man or underage girl you will just have to do it the old fashioned way… by word of mouth
