Being a paid subscriber to Don & Diane’s site for the last 3 yrs has allowed me, and all the others, to have the unfortunate inside scoop on all the bs they’ve gone through at the hands of these DAB and the other clowns. To watch the video with the 2 of them after court yesterday almost brings tears of joy to your eyes for several reasons but in the 1st part, on their way to court, the look on Diane’s face is sheer terror…that poor woman. A genuine sweeter woman cannot be found, aside from my own mother of course, to see that pain makes you feel like you’re living it yourself. Thank the good Lord that the expression on her face after court is less stressed but you can still see the pain in her eyes, but like she said, they’ll at least be able to enjoy this weekend knowing he can’t do them any more harm for the time being. With all that being said, not enough goes into supporting those that out these phonies and the background hell they get put through from these psycho’s. John & Scotty are frequently mentioned in D&D’s videos and the respect they have for you guys, for what it’s worth, you have mine as well. Keep up the great work and may God Bless all of you, your families and may He keep you safe from retaliation from these asshats. I have no dog in this fight as I was not able to serve, but I have the utmost respect and admiration for everyone that has. My dad served in the Navy, but you never hear him talk about it…I respect that more than anything. Dealing with these loons can be stressful at times. I never get worked up over it much. The hardest part is not dealing with some vulture that feeds on the valor of others.
The hardest part is dealing with the victims of these clowns. The wife who had no idea, the children that were lied to, friends and other family members that try to defend them.

I woke up this morning after having a dream that Bernath is spending at least a few days cooling his heels in the cage.
Then I realized I did not sleep all night because I was giddy with joy.
I betcha he violates conditions of his detention, assaults an officer and or otherwise is less than compliant.
How odd. I’ve had that same feeling about what he’ll do for a few weeks now.
You know he will. He can’t help himself.
But he’s gonna learn he’s in a place where threatening lawsuits will only result in worse things happening to him than he’s inflicted upon himself.
And on the off chance Dan somehow gets Internet access and will read this eventually, a few words of advice:
–Don’t do that.
–Try not to give legal advice to your fellow prisoners. Normally, I’d say don’t give bad advice, but seeing as how you’re totally incapable of giving good legal advice, let alone taking it, I’ll just leave that alone.
–Harassing someone from a jail cell is a REAL bad idea.
Internet access? Mmm, don’t think so. I think that for once in his life, he may just STFU and embrace the suck for the weekend (and it is going to suck. all inmate man-love jokes aside, it really won’t be difficult for him, if he just keeps his head down and his mouth shut.) He won’t be eating well, he won’t be sleeping well, and nothing to do but sit there and ponder the consequences of his actions. I hope he reconsiders his choices and doesn’t plot revenge and go full Potato when released. Like Skidmark commented above, Mrs Hair didn’t deserve or ask for any of this. Really, no one did, but she certainly didn’t.

As I see it, the situation is not if he’ll fuck up but what he’ll do to who and when? He could likely get the wrong fellow inmate(s) pissed off at him and end up in a world of pain or solitary confinement…

I think you’re stretching things a bit
Putting all this together with my rather less than fully functional brain I THINK I got the gist of what’s going on. 1. Bernath in an earlier trail was found GUILTY of stalking/ harassing the Shipleys and violating a restraining order and was sentenced to 2 years in prison this past spring. 2. Bernath immediately appealed the sentence ans was released on bond until he could present evidence to try to get the sentence reduced. He hemmed and hawed and delayed the proceedings, all the while continuing to harass the Shipleys and others. 3. When he FINALLY was forced to appear in court Friday, before the judge could start hearing evidence on his appeal of the sentence Berdscum immediately requested that he be given a mental competency hearing. I’m sure what he hoped for was to be released back out on bond and be given a date where he could return for this mental competency hearing… a date he would push back. To his utter shock and horror the Judge revoked his bond and told the Balliff to take him into custody meaning he will be in holding until his exam on Monday. From what I understand the Mental hold unit of a correctional facility is really NOT a place you want to be. Even though I’m sure he will make a fuss about his disabilities he won’t enjoy the staff or any of the fellow inmates he rubs elbows with. If he isn’t separated there is a chance one of the really crazy inmates will fuck him up hard. Bernath is between a rock and a hard place. If he is declared mentally incompetent, he might have his sentence set aside, but he will have to still be institutionalized until he is deemed fit to be released and able to function in society. His release will have conditions attached as far as further medication and counseling and he will have restrictions placed on his activities. Bernath has been bullying and conning people for years for one reason.
He has never went after somebody that had the ability to meet him in the court, and he never went after someone who had a lot of backing from others.
When he started going after a group of united veterans he really fucked himself.

Last week he tried to tell the court that he was recovering from the damage to his house from Irma…windows broken, roof smashed by falling trees, tipped over trash bins, coconut IEDs on his lawn, etc…. The Shipley’s attorney showed the judge pictures of Bernath’s house proving he was lying. Bernath immediately filed a restraining order against Shipley and his attorney.
Which will hopefully be laughed out of court.
If anything, if Dan had STFU and never bothered the Shipleys, he might well be breathing free air today.

In Michigan, if you have a PPO “Personal Protection Order” against you, you’re supposed to surrender and/or remove all firearms from your home and you’re red flagged in the Federal Database where you cannot purchase a firearm while PPO in in effect…I’d imagine other states are similar?

As in where he will be held if he is found mentally competent or incompetent?
Pretty sure if they say he is nuts ( which I seriously doubt) He is going to have to be cleared for release and have to go to treatment and agree to stay on medication. Also it’s not that easy to get out of the mental health system ( looney bin).
In many ways its just as bad or worse than prison. He will be supervised 24/7 and wont be able to use the phone or internet to harass people like he has been doing.
He will have to attend therapy sessions, take his meds and also do whatever work assignments they think he can do.
He also isn’t going to be handed a bag of pills and be out he door in a few days. He may end up doing a few months at minimum.
I believe there are 4 state run Mental health institutions in Va.
If he is cleared he will be handed back over to the Chesapeake County Jail until his hearing is back on the docket.
Not sure what the sentence limit is on County Jails. Usually if a sentence is longer than a set time they are sent to a state penitentiary.
Berdturd will probably be put in a geriatric ward if he is as fucked up as he says he is. Or they may examine him and find out he has been bullshitting all along. He still will be put in a less violent wing or facility, as he wouldn’t last a week with the real tough guys.

On Friday afternoon the Circuit Court had shown that BrokeBackBernath was scheduled for a preliminary competency hearing on Monday morning, Oct. 2nd. Subsequently that information was changed to show next scheduled court appearance on Oct. 10th.
The extra time in lockup might give him an opportunity to experience any “normalization” that may occur from clean living… so to speak.
It’s likely he has NO internet access while in lockup, so there’s another plus! He’s also NOT in control of his surroundings and they don’t play games in Mental Health lockups.
If only there were some way to lock up the DrUnKen LurCHer, too.
Well, it’s like I said, he’s really not that good an actor if he thinks he can fool a prison shrink about his mental state.
Saying something like “I hear voices” isn’t going to work because the shrink can review the tapes of his appearances. Someone said he “slumped” when his bond was revoked. That kind of thing is a giveaway that he’s not mentally incapacitated. It doesn’t mean he won’t blame every stupid thing he’s done on us, but….
He may get his shrink time on 10/2/17, but his next appearance is 10/10/17.
Just remember, in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”, Nicholson’s character tried to fake being a bull goose looney because he thought hospital time was easier than jail time. But he couldn’t behave and in the end, he got a frontal lobotomy for his efforts. That was a common practice back then. Now, I think they just get heavily medicated.

So I take it he will be in the Loony bin until the 10th. Then the Judge will hear the Shrinks recommendation.
At that time he will either decide if the hearing should go forth or remand Berdfart to the loony bin for more treatment.
Or he may be told Berdscum is fine and decide on the sentence.
Just think, while he’s there until the 10th he WILL NOT be allowed ANY internet access and his telephone communications will be heavily monitored.
Mess with the bull often enough and you WILL get the horns, I wonder where else he has jail time pending?
