I give that guy credit. Even when I am in great shape, I still am way too insecure to take my shirt off in public, let alone take my shirt off and wear speedos. Hell, I once turned down an offer to go in a jacuzzi with an attractive girl at my old apartment complex fitness center, because I was not comfortable with the way I looked. As much as I do not want to *ever* get that badly out of shape and overweight, I give the guy credit for being secure enough with himself to do that.
That said, whenever I see people this overweight, it gives me added motivation to hit the weights and cardio that much harder that day to make sure I *never* have my body get even close to that.
