Friday morning feel good stories
From Cleveland, Ohio;
The three women, all relatives, broke into the home and fired shots at the couple inside. At least one of the two residents fired back, police said. Investigators are still trying to determine exactly who fired shots during the shootout.
Police arrived and found all three women still at the house. One of the woman was in the front yard with a gunshot wound to the stomach, according to police. The other two women were inside the home.
The 32-year-old woman who was shot is the ex-girlfriend of the 32-year-old resident of the home, police said.
From Baton Rouge, Louisiana;
Travion D. Springer, 18, walked up behind a man in his yard, held a gun to his head and forced him inside his house to get money just after 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report.
During the struggle over the gun inside the house, Springer shot the man in the finger, but the man was able to get the weapon from him. The man then lead Springer outside, forced him to lie down and held him at gunpoint until officers arrived, police said.
From Middletown, Maryland;
Kristina King, 34, was found suffering from severe lacerations to her face, according to the police report.
King told officers that two women she did not know attempted to force entry into her residence. As she attempted to hold the door shut, one of the women slashed her face.
King said she fled to the back her house with an armed woman following.
Once inside, the suspect, holding the weapon, began walking toward King’s 10-year-old child.
King told police she retrieved her gun and fired at the woman.
The suspect fled the residence and area, possibly in a newer dark colored Cadillac STS-type vehicle with tinted windows.

Should have “leaded” him inside first.
It should have read, “The men then led Springer outside”
Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!
Baton Rouge, Louisiana:
Travion D. Springer
Middletown, Maryland:
Brindia Dominque Renee Thompson
— sigh —
Has anyone computed a total score from the Official TAH Name Scrabble (Home Version) game?
Travion D. Springer (Non WRT/WOT/DRT/DOT) = 23
Brindia Dominque Renee Thompson (WRT/WOT) 49×2= 98
Definitely a collection of odd stories today.
Justice for Travion.
Too soon?
I wonder who is going to spring springer out of jail. Maybe he will be in until the spring. Not bad after eating a bowl of oatmeal instead of an egg YOLK.
Well, finally, the girls are catching up to being Bad People. First we have Toscha (may she become the model for what not to do with your life) and now we have two more stories about Bad Girls doing Bad Things.
And there’s those scores in Name Scrabble. What was the score for Toscha?
Even Steven. ‘Bout time.
Toscha Fay Sponsler rates a basic 30 points.
But if you were to quadruple the score for slipping the cuffs and burning rubber in the stolen cop car, she scores a big old whopping 120 points as this weeks winner in TAH Name Scrabble(Home Version).
Interesting you mentioned Bad Girls. This past Sunday found us dancing to DooWop Vinnie down here at Avantis in Lantana, Fl. when two over dressed women showed up and my friend said they reminded her of the High School Bad girls back in the mid fifties when she was in High School. I just hope the place is still there after Irma rolls through. Am looking for oak Damage Control plugs and oakum to plug up any breaches in my condo, as my Sister and I am going to ride it out. 4 story can take the hit.
Ooof – that’s gonna be something. Please keep us updated on how things go with the storm, as long as you’re able…
Thanks SSG, Looks like it’s tracking a little to the west pushing the main body over to the west coast of Florida. I’m on the east coast,in west Delray Beach so we could wind up with cat.1 winds.
Never leave the location with the man with a gun!
Run, fight, for all you know his gun doesn’t work
We’ve lost power here in Boynton Beach
Getting gusts to 70 mph
Peak winds expected from 1600 to 2300
Lots of tree limbs down
We are running lights and fans off golf cart batteries as you can’t run a portable generator inside the house (poisonous exhaust fumes)
Oiled up all the guns with clp collector oil as the humidity is high
We have plenty of food and water and ammo!
