The folks at Military Phonies send us their work on this fellow, Kevin Prohaska, who claims to be a Canadian who joined Navy SEALSs for the war against communism in Vietnam;
So some real SEALs invited him to a reunion. At first he claimed that he was in class 116, then switched up and picked up 162 which happened to be the class his tormentor had attended;
Well, the Navy disagrees, they’ve never heard of him;

If they are and tolerate his working for them, their entire business lacks integrity. Prohaska is indeed a high ranking manager for that company. Navy Seal and Navy captain, what a pile of BS!!
Dahell is this, another Walmart cart collector? He says in two consecutive posts dated 27 Mav 2013 that he served in the Navy for four years, 1965-69, and that he retired after serving in the Navy from 1981 to 2006. How can one not keep the story straight for a single day, probably hours, if not minutes? The FOIA response letter refutes his second claim because it covers 1998 forward. How about the claim that he served 1965-1969? Or did I miss evidence that dispels that claim too? Either way, he lied.

In addition to the Dept of Navy FOIA results posted above, there was a DoD Manpower search as well as NPRC FOIA request to account for earlier service.
The NPRC results came back as ‘No Record’ and pointed to Dept of Navy, and DoD Manpower showed no active duty time from Sept 84 forward.
They get easier and easier to spot. Is there a need for a guidebook for fakers and posers? If not, It’s really no harder that writing a ripping good short story. You just have to keep your numbers, dates and locations straight.
