From St. Louis, Missouri;
A teen attempting to rob a business in north St. Louis was shot Thursday morning, police said.
Police said a 16-year-old male was attempting to rob a business in the 4300 block of West Florissant around 11:00 a.m. Thursday when he was shot. It is not known who fired the weapon.
The teen was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Homicide detectives were called to investigate the shooting.
At another link, it seems that the teen was attempting to rob the store with a “fake” gun.
From Orlando, Florida;
The victim…said he heard someone going through his things and stepped out “to a gun in his face,” an arrest report states.
The men were wearing all black and the victim said he recognized one as an acquaintance nicknamed “Gun.” The other man, later identified as 31-year-old Jamar Lashad Davis, was holding the pistol, according to the report. He then tried to fire it, police said.
These details and others, were revealed in Davis’ arrest report this week from the Orlando Police Department.
The victim later showed investigators a minor cut on his hand and said he got it after grabbing the gun’s slide, stopping it from firing. He started struggling with Davis to get control of the weapon and at some point it went off, hitting Davis in the lower back, the report states.
Orlando police officers responded about 5:30 p.m. on March 15 to the complex on Hiawassee Road to find that both men had fled.
A witness told investigators he heard four gunshots and then saw a man with a pistol walk out of the victim’s front door. The witness said “blood was pouring out of his upper right butt,” according to the report.
From Chesapeake, Virginia;
Police say 18-year-old Lashorn Evans, 23-year-old Deonte Harris, and 23-year-old Ahkey Riddick tried robbering [sic] several people at the residence. Evans and a person inside the home were both armed, and shots were fired between them.
Evans and one of the people inside the home were shot, with Evans dying at the scene.
