Sunday morning feel good stories
Two men tried to rob a man using an ATM Machine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The intended victim pulled out his own legal and licensed handgun and shot one of the thieves in the leg and the other in the stomach. They are both in the hospital in stable condition. Their victim was unharmed.
William Kyle Smith approached a store clerk in Orange Park, Florida brandishing his firearm. The clerk, who had a concealed gun permit, then retrieved his own gun and shot Smith DRT (dead right there).
A home intruder was shot in Cecil, Pennsylvania by a resident. The criminal was DRT (dead right there) when the police arrived.

Final score: 3 citizens unharmed, all goods intact, 2 bad guys in the hospital, nursing wounds and under arrest and 2 bad guys dead.

Truly a fine “day at the plate” for armed citizens. Four perps; 2 perps DRT and the other 2 hospitalized with new bodily orifices; zero successful crimes.
In baseball parlance, that’s a 4-for-4 day with 2 HRs and 2 other extra-base hits – BA, 1.000; SLG, 3.000+; OPS, 4.000+. Hella good.

Finally, along comes a family that accepts the fact that their drug addicted son was not an innocent victim just trying to get money to feed their starving children.
