A Few More “Private” Email Facts Come to Light

| September 27, 2016

Over the past week, we’ve seen a few new items of interest come to light concerning the Clintoon “Private Email” story.  Here they are.

•  The day after the House Select Committee on Benghazi and the Department of State reached an agreement wherein State would provide the Committee copies of Clintoon’s email, the administrator of her private, unauthorized and poorly secured email server apparently asked for technical help on Reddit.  What kind of technical help?  Well, in the guy’s own words, “I need to strip out a VIP’s (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email . . . .”

•  Afterwards, Clintoon ordered a change in her email retention policy on that private email server, shortening it dramatically.  That change was requested in December 2014 – but wasn’t implemented until March 2015.  The same guy also apparently asked Reddit for advice on how to do that, too.  (See link in previous “bullet” for source.)

•  At least one employee of Platte River Networks – who hosted Clintoon’s unauthorized and unsecured email system used to conduct official government business – referred in writing to the requested change in retention policy (to “automatically delete after 60 days”) as the “Hilary [sic] coverup [sic] operation”.  The individual later claimed to the FBI that they’d been “joking” in that email.   (Personally, I’m not buying that for a minute.  I might buy “prophetic” or “being brutally honest”.)

•  The POTUS was apparently a regular communicant with Clintoon at her “private” email address while she was SECSTATE.  (Citing “Presidential communications privilege”, the Federal government has refused to make these emails public.)  This is in spite of the fact that the POTUS in March 2015 publicly denied any knowledge her use of such a server (and email address) prior to the media revealing its existence.

One of Clintoon’s longtime aides reputedly possessed a thumbdrive containing an archive of Clintoon’s emails, which she said was “something she happened to have laying around the house.”  When the FBI requested she produce it, she was “unable to find it” – purportedly after searching “several times”. (See first link in previous “bullet” for source.

•  Multiple officials at the Department of State knew of Clintoon’s use of a private email server to conduct official government business in 2009 and 2010 – and had serious concerns about whether mandatory records retention policies were in use for emails originating on or received by that server.  These officials requested that Bryan Pagliano, the former Clintoon campaign aid who set up and maintained this server, to pass along their concern to Clintoon’s “inner circle”.  Pagliano in turn advised the FBI of these concerns by multiple Department of State officials when he himself was later investigated.

•  In fact, there are so many irregularities in the FBI’s investigation of Clintoon’s email that some are now claiming that the entire investigation was nothing but a sham from day one.  (The case made in the linked article is a persuasive, though circumstantial, one.)

Yep.  Just another week’s worth of . . . “unusual” revelations concerning Clintoon email, with a bit of stuff about possible politically-motivated FBI malfeasance thrown in.  Nothing to see here, people; move along.

Sheesh.  You or I would be in jail by now.

” You or I would be in jail by now.”
^^^ That, to me, is the sickest, saddest part of this whole sham investigation into the improper securing of e-mail correspondence by this wench.

You’re right Frankie… anyone of us that did the same shit that Cankles and her assclowns did with all that info/intel, we’d be the long term love slaves to Julio, Thor, Bubba and Mr. “Tiny” in the poundusintheass prison.

Hypothetical question – if Trump were to win, would the FBI reopen the investigation?

Poetrooper

Trump would most likely force her to sign an agreement to never seek to serve in public office again and in return for that drop any further prosecution.

To continue prosecution could set a very ugly precedent of election winners prosecuting their defeated opponents for political crimes. This is something the Democrat party would love to be able to do so it is best not to ever begin a trend. It is the socialist/communist way, after all, not just to defeat your political opponents but to imprison them as well.

Any agreement with Cankles is only in effect as long as she either sees it as to her advantage or as long as she HAS to live by it. For instance, the only way to get her to agree to stop lying would be to cut her tongue and writing hand off. I’s still keep an eye on her other hand.

No, what it would do is most likely make the typical crooked treacherous democrat think twice before committing multiple federal felonies in office. If Obama, Clinton, Jarrett, various attorneys general and anyone else who committed various federal crimes got to go to prison for it, the next group might well be a bit more circumspect in their behavior.

OWB

In fact, more than a couple of folks are currently in jail or have been in jail for much less. And they, typically, were acting alone.

When you involve others in your conspiracy, a whole ‘nother level of criminal behavior is reached. Can anyone spell RICO? Some folks having been skating so many years that they apparently really believe they are Teflon. The evidence would seem to support that view.

Welp! Nuttin’ to see here, peeps. You or I would most certainly be doing push-ups with Petraeus, Saucier or getting sex changes with Chel-er, Bradley Manning and we’d be told to like it. I am so sick and tired of the CCF being held above the law, along with the Shitcago thug who pretends to run the country, it’s palpable. While the left screams that she’s innocent and ‘not rich’ the rest of us just keep getting screwed.

Silentium Est Aureum

And yet my liberal friends and family think the FBI not recommending she be indicted means she was cleared.

Uh, no. Not even close.

Ex-PH2

Seriously, Nixon was never this bad. He was awful. But this…. words fail me.

Just how much worse is it going to become? Never mind the amoral crap. That’s the entire history of the Clinton pair. What’s next coming out of that pisshole they live in?

Skippy

Hillary for Mafia boss 2016…
What I saw last night made me sick talk about two idiots on stage with
Lester the molester Giving Hillary a pass on everything. We are screwed

Ex-PH2

Missing thumb drive, huh? Did she look on her keychain?

I have two thumb drives. Got them at Staples at the checkout stand. $7 and $5. Is that what she’s looking for?

I could clean out my hard drive with a thumb drive, carry my entire life around on my keychain, for a very modest price. I might do that.

ex-OS2

I despise that woman.

This is a game to far too many people. We were once a nation of laws but, somehow, when it comes to certain people, the laws just don’t apply to them. We will always have corrupt people but what do we do when they are enabled by our nation’s chief law enforcers and prosecutors? Well, for one thing, in this instance, you do all ypou can do to ensure that Clinton does not get placed in a position of authority where she can work greater corruption.

That’s why the a.h.’s are shaking in their boots at the thought of Trump being president!

MSG Eric

This is why I’m thinking the charges went “nowhere”.

Obama knew (The first “blackberry” POTUS) her emails weren’t gov emails. He was even the one who signed more stringent directives using official email for official business in the beginning of his presidency.

This came down to “Hey Barry, if the FBI indicts me, I’m going full retard on your ass because you knew about it and let me keep doing it. I’ll get immunity for causing you to get impeached. Think about it…..”

“(Citing “Presidential communications privilege”, the Federal government has refused to make these emails public.)”

Isn’t that right up there with what happened during Fast and Furious? “Executive privilege, you can’t ask….”

“All animals are equal, but dirtbags in DC are more equal than anyone else in the universe.”

Perry Gaskill

That’s an interesting theory. It also fits with the fact that reportedly Obama was using an alias sender address when communicating with Hillary at State. When Combetta was asking Reddit for advice on how to purge a “Very VIP” e-mail address, it was likely the alias used by the President.

It seems to me important to remember that the dog not barking in a lot of this is the prospect that the Clinton server was set up specifically to circumvent FOIA requests.

Another aspect is that of Hillary’s IT people involved in the e-mail probe being granted a virtual get-out-of-jail free card. Under normal circumstances, a suspect in a crime can either avoid testimony by choosing the 5th Amendment, but face prosecution, or that person can cut a deal for immunity in return for testimony. Something strange going on now is that you have IT people who were involved with Clinton’s e-mail server who are have been granted immunity, but claim the 5th when it comes time to spill the beans.

Poetrooper

Perry, what would you want to bet that some slick Washington law firm, paid by the Clinton’s, has advised those potential witnesses and the Obama justice department that their immunity does not extend to congressional testimony and that they are therefore free to invoke the Fifth Amendment before that body?

A novel concept, for sure; since their immunity came from the federal government, it would seem reasonable to assume that the grant of such immunity extends throughout that all branches of that government.

I wish the House would pursue this to the Supreme Court as it would make an excellent test case for the question at hand.
