Wednesday morning feel good stories

In Visalia, California, Ricky Bishop tried his hand at burglary, but the homeowner shot him in the upper torso putting an end to that career path. The police took Ricky to the hospital to recover before he starts his new journey.

Four fellows in Denver, Colorado tried to rob a liquor store, but a fire fight broke out between the thieves and the clerk. The four un-assed the AO at a high rate of speed, dropping off one of the thugs at the hospital with a leg wound. Police aren’t sure if the gun shot wound resulted from the clerk or if the thief had shot himself in all of the excitement.

Blake Elliot Herman broke into a home in Macon, Georgia where an ex-girlfriend lived. The homeowner heard a noise and went to check on it. He found Herman in his home and an altercation ensued. Herman un-assed the AO with the homeowner in hot pursuit. The homeowner thought that Herman was reaching in his pocket for a gun and put a round into Herman’s leg, so he was still there when the police arrived to take him to his new digs at the county hoosegow.

In Canyon Country, California, David Perez was DRT (dead right there) when a resident asked him to leave countless times, but he broke into the apartment through a window anyway.

In Cleveland, Ohio, a cell phone store employee chased three armed thieves from the store with a gun they kept behind the counter. Unfortunately, the thieves fired their gun outside the store and injured a bystander.

There was a fellow, Jaime Antonio Rodriguez, arrested for three convenience store robberies with a machete and wearing a green wig disguise in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The best part of the story was a clerk who said that she couldn’t open the cash register to get his loot unless Rodriguez bought something. Rodriguez left the store frustrated and empty-handed. That just struck me as funny.
