There are many days when I am on that site reading that I am completely amazed I share a nation with these fucking morons and their idiotically naive views on world affairs, economics, and just about anything they discuss.
Some really hateful shit bags there to be certain.
I wish that I had archived the threads I used to post from the Bush era. If you want to see hate, that was the real deal, complete with all of the clever little nicknames for the various people in the administration. I think “Chimpy McChimperson” was actually kinda funny…and eventually even the Vice President embraced the whole “Darth Cheney” thing. The one that always made me laugh, the BFEE® thing…the Bush Family Evil Empire, complete with the “reserved” trademark symbol. LOL
I saw the Bush as a Nazi posters…it’s more than a bit ironic that those idiots think that was acceptable but calling the current president Obummer is considered beyond the pale….idiocy appears to be quite capable of straddling all segments of the DU crowd.
The level of stupidity inherent to be a part of any liberal organization is absolutely amazing.
