Tuesday morning feel good stories
Our first story this morning comes from Alabama;
According to Tarrant Police, an unidentified 26-year-old man broke into a home in the 200 block of Springdale Road in Tarrant on Saturday night around 8:20 p.m.
The man entered a bedroom of that house and was shot by a resident who was home at the time of the incident.
The suspect was transported to UAB Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Authorities say the man died from those injuries on Sunday morning around 10 a.m.

The next story comes from California;
“When we got there, we found a (burglary) victim who told deputies his car alarm went off. And, when he went downstairs he brought his gun with him.
“Inside his garage he found two Hispanic males burglarizing his car, so he pointed his gun and told them to freeze,” Bryski said.
“One of the suspects, who was also armed, started to lift up his arm when the victim fired three shots, hitting the suspects’ car,” he said. “They took off in their car but crashed it nearby.”
Bryski said whether the suspects were in the car or if they were standing beside it when the shots were fired has yet to be determined.
The suspects fled after the gunfire. Their car, which deputies identified as stolen, crashed on The Old Road.
Yeah, those foot controls on a car are tough to operate with crap running down your leg.
Thanks to Chief Tango for the links, once again.

Alabama: Now THERE’S a feel good story.
And the world is a more peaceful place, beginning now.
‘Yeah, those foot controls on a car are tough to operate with crap running down your leg.’
Yes, they are indeed difficult! Thank you for lifting my day!
Cheers for the California writer, who correctly identified the victim as the man getting robbed, NOT the punk who was robbing him.
