James Rimlinger; phony damage control SEAL
Scotty sends his work on this James L. Rimlinger II who claims that he’s a SEAL (what else). Here’s a blurry photo of him but the Trident is visible. Also, what good is pretending to be a SEAL if you can’t wear it on your motorcycle club leather vest;
Well, the Navy disagrees with the fact that he’s a SEAL nor is he a Vietnam veteran.
He was a Damage Control dude with 10 months of active duty service with a National Defense Service Medal and that grueling defensive driving course, so, you know, that’s almost as tough as SEAL training. And, yes, that’s a mugshot at the top of the page, so he does have special training.

New Name:
Phony CPO/non-SEAL Rimlicker.
PS: Do we have a solid phone # on this POS?
Probably “initiated” by that Non-CPO/inept lawer in the PNW.
The top pic is his “prison/jail” face, as in “SHOW ME YOUR PRISON FACE, NUMBNUTS!” Needs some lessons on that from Dullass Whydidtheydorkmeupthebuttamous.
I am really enjoying the thought of this turd on the phone with a Master Chief. In person would be better. Be careful, you don’t want to have him electrocute himself with the phone cord when the urine runs down his leg. That and tears make good conductors!
I also love that, of course, being an ersatz Seal, he sports the leather vest and rides. These guys really do need to start policing themselves. The one or two real guys there are going to be completely deluged in phony finery and unable to move soon. Think this guy drank beer and swapped war stories with Monkress at bike week? You know, my phony team was better than your phony team?
Not a sniper? Pffffft.
I’m sorry, but this recurring comment makes me laugh out loud every time…nicely played…
Yes, Jonn, you’re right about how grueling that Defensive Driver’s Course can be.
I received the Army’s version of it in a little garden spot called McGregor Range, New Mexico in July 1972.
I was barely able to survive it. It was brutal. Had to sit for eight hours in the air conditioned theater and be shown that horrific wreck movie that we all had been treated to back in high school. But this time our names all were put down in writing on an attendance roster, we were issued the little certification cards later on, and we had completed another required step on the ladder to being issued a “legitimate” Army drivers license.
Yes,indeed,it was brutal/gruesome. I barely survived to be able to relate this story oh so many years later.
Oops, almost forgot. Sorry, GT, I got here first.
Rimlicker’s a TURD!!
More like cleans two-holes.
A two-hole warrior!
Would that movie possibly be “Room To Live”? I have seen that movie more times than Caddyshack. Upon attending, you were issued a Driver Improvement Card, frequently referred to a DIC. So, upon checking into a new command, the clerk would inevitably ask to see your DIC.
Hack, no idea now on what the name of the film was. All I remember for sure is that it was the same film we were shown in the mid 60’s when we went through driver’s training during high school. I think it was made by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
The most memorable part of the film was when the State Troooer was relating the story of an accident. The witness stated that the car that crashed went by so fast, he used the expression “Man, he was really shooting the mail”, or some expression close to that. It always made me think of “Up In Smoke”. “Shoot the moon!”
The California Highway Patrol’s official magazine use to have pics of accidents, some taken while the survivors and/or deceased were in the vehicle(s)…haven’t see a copy in years, but it was some pretty graphic stuff.
Also, when I was a young HM at NRMC Camp Pendleton we had a nurse there that was involved in an accident (BTW, she was smokin’ hot and one of my HM “A” school instructors!!!). Had her left leg injured so badly that she endured three surgeries to keep it. She did a video for the base about her ordeal and what happened to the driver of the car that hit her’s (he was under the influence of alcohol and died on the scene).
Hack Stone…In high school they had us watch several “this is how you’ll die behind the wheel” shorts. “Highway Safety Films” was big into making them. One I remember most was, “Signal 30”. Two memories, the guys all thought it was…cool. But after word got out about the gore, it was easy to offer a pretty girl “comfort” and sit next to her. Good times, good times. 😀 I watched it several times instead of study hall, by feigning a serious, determined interest in being the safest driver possible. Sat next to a few gals too. 😀
Also the Ohio State Patrol did, “Mechanized Death”. Another oldie but goodie.
Yea, Signal 30. That’s the one we watched in high school and then again for the DDC training.
I remember the kids doing push-ups and working the monkey bars, and then the 58 Impala being pulled over for a roadside spot check.
Good catch, Sparks.
The uncut version of “Room to Live” is still shown at many police academies.
I regret to inform the people here at TAH that I provided some misinformation. It was actually on 22 August 1972 that I received my NDDC training, not in July 1972. I dug out my five page DA Form 348 from my briefcase just to make sure. The serial number on the NDDC card was 1239035. Again, I apologize for my mistake, I was working with insufficiently caffinated brain cells when I first commented.
I see that Rimlicker is boasting a Vietnam Service Medal ribbon pin on his SEAL hat. How did that come to be,Rimlicker? What did you do, walk to the end of the Santa Monica Pier, brush the smoke and haze away from your last jumbo doobie, squint real hard into the setting sun and say to yourself “I can see Saigon!!!” and therefore am authorized a VSM?
Answer up, we are all waiting for your reply.
Uh-Oh, probably shouldn’t have given out my NDDC card serial number. Now the DRG will have a surefire lead in exposing my true identity.
Red Asphalt is the one I remember seeing.
I wonder how long this clown has been employed at All-Points Logistics?
How do you make E-4 in under a year and still get kicked out? Medical? …and another phony Chief.
I was wondering about that also. Pretty sure back then that the Nuclear Power (ET/EM/MM rates) and Advanced Electronics (ET rate) programs had accelerated advancement for participants, but that neither of them had DC (Damage Controlman) as a qualified rating in their respective programs.
Am I the only one who thinks he looks kind of like Steve Buscemi, if Buscemi was a homeless crackhead? No offense to the real Steve Buscemi, BTW.
T.O. Whitey, my first thought! “He’s a funny lookin’ guy.” “In what way?” “Well, in a funny kind of way.”
Are you implying that he is not circumcised?
He does look like a homeless crackhead! 😀
Six whole comments and no dickweeds have gone off on “Rim Linger” yet?
Must be that sensitivity training happening.
I think MCPO took care of that in the first comment, GDcontractor – with a variant getting the point across quite well. (smile)
Ten months? That and he was thrown out in the early seventies, so was he medically messed up, a heavy duty dickstepper, or both?
I don’t think he walked on his crank repeatedly, PI. He was discharged as an E4.
Just a thought, he looks like he’d fit right in with The Dutch Rudder Gang!
Possible options:
1. Medical issue
2. Bedwetter/sleepwalker
3. Homosexual
4. Problems adapting to military/umbilical cord didn’t stretch long enough from home.
5. Fractured ‘taint
Well, shit.
Another asshole pretending to be a blowhole.
Give it up, dumbass. bernutsless has you beat by a nautical mile.
One look into his sunken eyes makes me think he’s peobably as much a Sommelier of extra-cheap bottom shelf wines as Paul Wickre!
Paul-mer (of the Ballsack) Wickre works balls.
Wrong place to post.
Sorry. But if it is any consolation, this dude looks like he knows his away around a ballsack as well.
He has that “meat-gazer’s stare” like many a Sommelier of nutsacks and “nut jam” does.
Yeah.
Definitely keep your pants up around this turd.
Has Don Shipley seen this? Whoever knows how to contact him should forward it.
Someone please explain Navy Rank to me, Ex-PH2 was in photography right? So, a PH in the rank, this guy was damage control so a DC, do all Navy Ranks get written with the job then when it is an E4 hes a petty officer third class and an E6 is a petty officer first class but it is written down as what his job is? I do not understand.
What on earth is an “Independent Military Professional”? He is listed as such on LinkedIn, so you know he made that up too.
