Donald Trump to sign order removing transgendered individuals from the military
Truth or fiction? Donald Trump reportedly plans to sign an executive order requiring transgendered servicemembers to be removed from the military. Trump had a similar policy in place during his last term, but Joe Biden overturned it immediately after he began his current term. This new order will be more restrictive, no group would be “grandfathered” as was the case during Trump’s previous order.

Reports indicated that approximately 15,000 transgender individuals are actively serving in the US military. When President Joe Biden overturned Trump’s earlier ban on transgender service members, it was documented that around 2,200 military personnel were diagnosed with ‘gender dysphoria’, while several others identified with a gender different from their assigned birth gender.
Trump has frequently criticised transgender inclusion as part of what he calls “wokeness” and “left-wing indoctrination.” He has also expressed his intention to eliminate funding for schools that teach topics such as critical race theory, gender identity, and what he terms “transgender insanity.” Additionally, Trump has advocated for policies barring transgender athletes from participating in women’s sports and restricting classroom discussions on gender identity.
Trump’s defence secretary nominee shares same views
Pete Hegseth, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defence, reportedly shares similar views. According to The Washington Post, Hegseth has argued that efforts to integrate women and transgender personnel into the military are weakening US national security.
Meanwhile, vice-president-elect JD Vance has drawn criticism for remarks regarding transgender and nonbinary individuals. During a podcast with Joe Rogan, Vance suggested that some white children are incentivised to identify as transgender to improve their chances of gaining admission to Ivy League universities. He reportedly stated that middle- and upper-middle-class white parents might view being transgender as a pathway into diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) systems in the US.
Trump’s anticipated order reflects his broader political agenda and continues his contentious approach to issues surrounding gender and inclusion.

Could this issue be solved by a simple addition to the Military TO&E? I propose all transgender Military personnel be transferred to a specific and “prestigious” infantry shock Brigade. They can specialize in frontal attacks and mine clearing with a secondary job of route clearance. I would think that with that as the primary and ONLY MOS available to them that would solve any transgender service issues.
Well that and a total ban on “gender surgery” through the DOD and VA. On your own dime or with civilian insurance only.

President Trump realizes that the ONLY job of the military is to destroy our enemies and break their sh*t. It is NOT a social experiment and you do not treat mental illness by whacking off someone’s pee pee…at taxpayer’s expense.

Anyone identifying as another gender has one chance to come correct and renounce, or they’re packing their shit for home too. I don’t believe the 15K trans which is about 1.2% of all AD personnel. The new pride in America that Trump’s second term term will inspire will more than offset any losses.

To rebuild our military, we need a few consecutive Republican terms like we did from 1980-1992 with Reagan & Bush 41. Vietnam & Carter didn’t do us any favors, but Ronnie got things pointed in the right direction.

Indeed the difference in training materials when we went from Carter to Reagan’s presidency was immediate….

I think they tried after the SCOTUS decision, but a large number of those troops have already moved on from a fickle employer…something that didn’t help already weak recruiting numbers for sure.
