Donald Trump to sign order removing transgendered individuals from the military
Truth or fiction? Donald Trump reportedly plans to sign an executive order requiring transgendered servicemembers to be removed from the military. Trump had a similar policy in place during his last term, but Joe Biden overturned it immediately after he began his current term. This new order will be more restrictive, no group would be “grandfathered” as was the case during Trump’s previous order.

Reports indicated that approximately 15,000 transgender individuals are actively serving in the US military. When President Joe Biden overturned Trump’s earlier ban on transgender service members, it was documented that around 2,200 military personnel were diagnosed with ‘gender dysphoria’, while several others identified with a gender different from their assigned birth gender.
Trump has frequently criticised transgender inclusion as part of what he calls “wokeness” and “left-wing indoctrination.” He has also expressed his intention to eliminate funding for schools that teach topics such as critical race theory, gender identity, and what he terms “transgender insanity.” Additionally, Trump has advocated for policies barring transgender athletes from participating in women’s sports and restricting classroom discussions on gender identity.
Trump’s defence secretary nominee shares same views
Pete Hegseth, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defence, reportedly shares similar views. According to The Washington Post, Hegseth has argued that efforts to integrate women and transgender personnel into the military are weakening US national security.
Meanwhile, vice-president-elect JD Vance has drawn criticism for remarks regarding transgender and nonbinary individuals. During a podcast with Joe Rogan, Vance suggested that some white children are incentivised to identify as transgender to improve their chances of gaining admission to Ivy League universities. He reportedly stated that middle- and upper-middle-class white parents might view being transgender as a pathway into diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) systems in the US.
Trump’s anticipated order reflects his broader political agenda and continues his contentious approach to issues surrounding gender and inclusion.

Could this issue be solved by a simple addition to the Military TO&E? I propose all transgender Military personnel be transferred to a specific and “prestigious” infantry shock Brigade. They can specialize in frontal attacks and mine clearing with a secondary job of route clearance. I would think that with that as the primary and ONLY MOS available to them that would solve any transgender service issues.
Well that and a total ban on “gender surgery” through the DOD and VA. On your own dime or with civilian insurance only.

Plenty of precedent for this. The psychiatric handbook specifically identifies “gender dysphoria” as a mental disorder. I believe the logically stated argument is that first of all, no one has a right to serve, second that crazy people should not be allowed to serve, and finally that it does not benefit readiness when you allow sexual mutilation on the Government dime, where that person will never again be deployable due to a basically permanent medical condition that prevents their properly doing what the military requires of them.

Let’s bring logic into the discussion. How much time is a transgender troop “off the clock” attending pre-surgery psychological screening and hormone treatment? That individual is on the Battalion’s Table of Organization, and some other GI is going to have to pick up the slack when this person is not fulfilling their primary MOS, whether it is being a Comm Puke like Hack, someone driving a 5 ton to run supplies to troops in the field, or turning wrenches on aircraft. And it is not like once the “hardware” is removed and sent to DRMO that it stops there. They need to continue with follow up appointments and hormone therapy, so they would never deploy to a combat zone. And a GI who cannot deploy to a combat zone should not be in the US Armed Forces. There is zero return on investment for enlisting a transgender person, training them in a critical MOS, and they spend all of their time getting a nip and tuck.

Folk in my unit assure me #4- 6 shot provides sufficient lethality with a nice spread versus quadcopter-type crap (as a minimum) in this area. 12 ga. definitely gets it, though you might have to shoot twice.
Not enough pellets in buckshot. #5 or 6 shot would probably be good. smaller 7-8 would do it for little ones (i use on rabbits), maybe go up to #4 for bigger stuff (works good on coyotes)
No. 3 buck shot. You get great range and 27 projectiles instead of the only 9 in 00 buckshot.
I would lean towards a BB turkey load, with a full choke, or any of the house/duck loads. If it takes down a Canada honker, it wouldn’t be any good to a drone.
I’d go with #4 buck in 12 or 20 gauge.
Based on experience with 00 and 000 buck I found that copper or nickel plated don’t deform running down the barrel so maintain a better/more uniform pattern. If #4 is available plated I’d go with that.
For waterfowl hunters don’t use steel shot for drones go with bismuth and you can use it for drones or waterfowl.

I managed to go 35 years and two months in the army without seeing any of these freaks. I can only conclude they are all in the USAF and USN.
