Both Derek Church and Dennis Howard Chevalier stole valor. Dennis uses it to lure women in, then subjects them to hell. I had to lay out what defamation and libel was to him and how if I handed or posted flyers stating that he claims a purple heart and Bronze Star (truth) and that his official military records reflect that he DOES NOT have a PH and BS (also true) than I am covered by law as the truth no matter how negative can NEVER be construed as defamation or libel.
I made him a deal though, that if he mails John an email apologizing for claiming a PH and BS without having the support of his actual military record and promises NEVER to bring it up again in any public forum than I will personally let it go and not pay a visit to his hometown this month. We’ll see what he does, but I’m not holding my breath.
