Mark Allen Kelly; Rochester, NY creep in Navy uniform

According to the photo caption, that’s Kelly on the far right looking comfortable in the uniform

One of our friends on Facebook send us a link to an article from Rochester, NY about this creepy Mark Allen Kelly guy;

Investigators say Kelly regularly wore full dress uniforms at veterans’ events. We’re told this included a memorial for a Marine killed in Afghanistan where Kelly presented the flag to the Marine’s parents. When questioned, Gestring says Kelly produced an authentic-looking, fraudulently made, military ID card.

Kelly served in the United States Navy from October 12, 1978 until May 18, 1981 when he was discharged under other less than honorable conditions from the Navy. The criminal complaint says the reason listed on the official records is “misconduct – frequent involvement of a discredited nature with civil or military authorities.”

The article continues that Kelly was discharged from the Navy as an E-1.

It takes a special kind of phony to show up at a funeral in uniform, but that’s not all;

…the complaint states Kelly would often wear a United States Naval Officer’s uniform to work complete with rank insignia and service ribbons. According to the complaint, Kelly said he wore the uniforms because they were comfortable.

I’m sure we can all attest to how uniforms are the most comfortable clothes that you can buy. I’ve looked for pictures of him, but there are a ton of Mark Kellys on the internet.

From WHAM;

During the investigation, Kelly was interviewed by Naval Criminal Investigative Service Agents and allegedly made several false material statements. Investigators also recovered several false military ID cards in various stages of production from the defendant’s place of employment. Each charge is punishable by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Extra dirt bag.

ADDED from WHEC: Leaving the court room – that’s a real Navy body right there, no wonder everyone was fooled for so long;

Yup, military uniforms sure are comfortable, especially those with officer’s rank on them while you’re just a poser scumbag who got kicked out of the Navy as an E-1…

ChipNASA

At first I read that as a $250 fine and I started to get pissy……they i re-read it and smiled…..BIG…

WHAT A SUPER FUCKTARD…

Kelly presented the flag to the Marine’s parents.

Like Mark Allen Kelly, I love dressing up in military uniforms. The russian ones are cute because you can look like a sailor while being in Spetsnaz. You can see me here in a few photos:

The part I didn’t like was the large sweaty Russian commando men who called me “sweetie” and put their arms around me. I liked that they were always helpful and nice for the photos but, in the morning, their vodka tinged morning breath was always off putting. I wasn’t slutty or anything so I’d give those real Russian military guys three choices for the week that I was at Russian military adventure camp:

– Air Burst
– Hair Burst
– Rim Fire

The uniform also didn’t help to get them to call again or remove the strange aftertaste of pillow and cheese that would linger the next day. I had a heftier dry cleaning bill than Monica Lewinsky.

In summary, I’m rather neutral these days on the value of military uniforms.

sincerely

Dude, how do you come up with this stuff? Comedy, pure comedy.

What I don’t get is why so many people who get kicked out end up on here wearing that branch’s uniform. You’d think it’d bring back bad memories for them–or something.

It seems there are a few different classes of phony, and I understand this one the least. I have an easier time with ‘honorable time in, fish stories later’ or ‘never served, but Under Siege was cool.’

Actually, I do see a common thread about those that embellish their service when their actual service record was,,,,, well,,,,, a major embarrassment.

It is a way to overcome their sh!tty service and receiving all the attaboys and kudos from an unsuspecting population that are understandably clueless just helps to their ends to a means.

This fucktard actually had the balls to represent himself as a Naval Officer, and present a Burial Flag to the parents of a Marine KIA???
Someone needs to beat him senseless.

Mustang1LT

He’s already senseless, hence the epic stupidity and douchebaggery demonstrated by our friend here. He just needs to be beaten.

Ex-PH2

Pound him. These people annoy me. Pound him. Hard.

David

Isn’t he married to Gabbie Giffords? (Just kidding) but ‘teh stoopid’ must go with the name.

NHSparky

Fuck. That. Guy.

With a rabid badger with aids and the guy mean enough to give the badger aids.

May the day he was born be erased from the calendar. Presenting a Burial Flag to the Parents of a US Marine that was KIA? He has a place in hell awaiting his arrival right next to the spot with a sign that says “RESERVED FOR JANE FONDA”!

Grimmy

That bit about wearing the Navy dress uniform because it’s comfortable should have been a big alarm bell.

That uniform aint about comfort, it’s about letting everyone know you’re in the Navy. And, being in the Navy causes all sorts of discomfort when sitting down.

PS. The One Team One Fight nonsense is over! It’s back to war to the knife and knife to the hilt in branch on branch budget warfare! Tradition is finally being honored again.

Mustang1LT

Yeah, I just unloaded on a retired Marine I know in a little interservice verbal sparring. That’ll learn him!

cyb

Just remember; you can’t spell “Lost” without the LT.

*spew*

I found a photo of him when he was rallying the troops during a historical operation.

Sweet!

Green Thumb

I could see him being an All-Points Logistics Protocol Officer.

Commander Phil Monkress only hires the best!

Only on second thought if this turd sucker works for cheap.

Phildo may be having some financial issues after losing that $350 million contract.

Oh how the less-than-mighty Phildo has fallen.

Turd.

Haven’t got to transmit this message in a while:

Splash. Out.

The only comfortable uniforms are the old gray PTs. Super comfy. I wear mine around the house on the weekends whilst enjoying a beverage.

Twist

I wish I could but the wife claimed them.

Andy11M

and this is a problem because?

Doc Savage

Twist,

Lipstick 6 got mine too…..and I think my daughter snagged a few of the shirts to sleep in.

I’m Army. Don’t have a CIB or CAB. If I bought one & put it on, it would just feel weird. Because it wouldn’t be earned. I do have a combat patch, though, and proudly rocked it at a time not everybody had one(DS/DS). That I earned. I owned it. Any question could be answered quickly & truthfully.
These dick-munches missed that emotional development. And the Big Sarge up there is right. Grey pt shirts were made from a magical material.

Gravel

I have to say, after I got out I cut all my BDU pants into cargo shorts. Always loved them and a pair of flip-flops for loafing around in.

Andy11M

“because they were comfortable”. Yea, and I wear steel toed boots, ear plugs, and eye-pro at my job because they are comfortable too.

At our City Council meeting the other night in my small burg, there was a presentation of a declaration recognizing November 11 as “Veterans Day and A National Day of Service and Remembrance.”

The head of the local VFW was there (all 6′ 6″ of him) and as he slowly walked his 80+ year old body up to receive the proclamation, I couldn’t help thinking “is he allowed to wear those medals and awards?”

The thought flashed across my mind for but a moment, but I have to say that it really sucked to even question the man.

It’s like looking at the money in your pocket and wondering if it is counterfeit. You hope it isn’t. You pray it isn’t.

But it could be.

This really sucks.

I checked out the links in the story and was pleasantly surprised to so who was prosecuting the case – AUSA Craig Gestring. I know Craig from several years ago. He and I were I the same Reserve JAG unit in the early 2000’s. He did a tour in Iraq, it may have been Afghanistan, but back in the cobwebs, I’m remembering Iraq. Knowing Craig, I’m optimistic that the subject of the story will get is just rewards.

Sparks

A first for me. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a uniform, “scream in pain”. But the one he’s wearing, is both screaming and weeping bitterly to be set free. “The horror…the…horror”, as it weeps.

historygeek5

I live in Rochester and god my history prof who is a veteran wanted to kick this tub o lard’s ass. Sack of shit.

historygeek5

Chubbys lying mcgee i mean.

PeteOldABH

You know what will happen to him?…Nothing. I would be willing to bet that he will get a 200.00 fine, 30 rs comm. service and no lying for 6 months. That will be it.
