Anywho. Has anyone heard of this show called “Dude, you’re screwed!”? It’s 3 former special forces guys with a royal Air Force guy and a wilderness survivor trainer, they take turns kidnapping each other from their everyday life and dropping them off somewhere remote. They all know this can happen at any moment so they keep a bag packed, but their “friends” go through the bag and only let you have a few things. I laughed my ass off at the first 10 mins.
My husband said I wasn’t allowed to tell y’all about in case FOIA’s were run and ruined the show for him. Wow! He’s kinda jaded now, huh?
Also saw a commercial that “implied” our friend Titty might be getting kicked off the show he’s on. Maybe Santa did read my list. Thanks Santa (E4U, wink)

Kinda reminds me of something similar my friends and I use to do. But ours involved more Bud Light and lots less special forces’. It was kidnapping and survival all the same though. Hehe!

I ran and woke up everyone in the house and made them listen, under threat of no more food or clean clothes unless they got up. But I didn’t hear the infamous email read, and I very much wanted to. So, if you missed the show yesterday, it’s on I-Tunes now. MCPO and I are on at about 16 minutes and Daniel Bernath’s email is at about 35 minutes where he tells Lars we’re “Valor Terrorists” whatever that is. He talks about the lawsuit, Hyatt v. Bernath which Bernath hasn’t filed yet.

Danny-boi’s been on Lars’ website, spouting off his “mad lawer skillz” again (you know threatening to destroy individuals). Denial really runs deep in that man… and I ain’t talking about the river.

I went there and left a couple of snide remarks for dandan the bernastypantsman, just for gits and shiggles.
He has now declined to cut-and-paste, the usual empty threats, and several references to women’s derrieres.
And he’s boring as hell, too.
He posted some legal document to the Lars site that claims he has lived in Florida since November 2013. I guess that means he filed a false police report when his bushes were shaking.
I am very curious to know if he actually sent and/or served this. It would be very good evidence as to (yes, I used the royal as to) his state of mind.
He’s still at it, and I left a few comments assuring him he’s WRONG about who and where I am!! But hey, we all KNOW that teh stoopid® is very, very strong in him, I wonder if he has ever not been the laughing stock of every courthouse he’s ever walked into?

I noticed that. I myself seem to have schizophrenia, or at least severe multi-personality disorder, because I’m on all sides of this issue. One minute I’m rambling on in favor of Bernath, the next I’m cooly and eloquently dismantling his case. That, or he’s doing the worst sockpuppeting job on me that I’ve ever seen.
It’s okay. We all went through that in high school at one point or another. Just ride with it.
When this is all said and done, the one who has to worry about what happens next is Dallas. Look at danny-boi’s history of goig after people, especiall when he has been called out in court (Judge Hyatt) or in the second Yelp! case (Randy Rosenblatt).
Dallas – it’s in your best interest to back away from Bernath. regardless of what happens, he’ll come after you next.
If Dallas W. truly believes his own side of the issue as a “real deal,” he has destroyed any credibility he could ever muster by siding with the likes of Wickre and Bernath. Wickre backed Monkress, who was absolutely not a SEAL like he claimed. Bernath is obviously not an honorary CPO. The Photoshop speaks for itself, among everything else. The fact that Dallas is being taken in by anyone who gives him the time of day in his solitary personal vendetta against TAH, regardless of these “allies'” clear malfeasence, demonstrates a lack of conviction in his own circumstance. At the end of the day, though, I personally suspect based on his ramblings that Dallas is just not completely all there and is being taken advantage of by more nefarious, calculating individuals. Bernath will absolutely cut bait on Dallas at the first convenient opportunity when it serves him.
In my view, it’s like a stolen valor violator being victimized by stolen valor thieves. Yikes.
I’m a college dropout, but my minor was Psychology. I still see Daniel A.Bernath as being paranoid schizophrenic, but with your input, JAGC, I tend to see him being sociopathic as well. Dallas W. has alienated himself from many groups, and he’ll cling like a remora to anyone that will give him the time of day, thus making him a useful pawn in Bernath’s view. I have to admit I didn’t even think until now that Bernath will just throw him away like yesterday’s trash once he’s done with the Witlessone, I almost kinda pity him.
Without the benefit of a degree in psychology I must revert to my life experience for a diagnosis of Birdbath.

Actually, you have hit the nail on the head. I took four years of psych before I changed to Religion/Philosophy.
When someone protects themselves by creating a fantasy, they often react negatively toward anyone who disagrees with their fantasy. The grander the fantasy or longer it has lasted, the more outgoing the reaction.
With Bernath’s legal background, his reaction is litigation toward anyone who disagrees with him. I am just waiting for this to actually end up in a court of law, so the judge can see the reaction and hopefully get the poor man the help he needs.

I went flying last weekend with a buddy. We did not have trouble on taxi ways, we did not get lost looking for the runway, we did not run out of gas, we did not hazardous anyone in the air or on the ground, we did not violate flight standards, we did not think about landing on a marked and closed runway, we did not have inappropriate communications with a female tower controller and we did not have the NTSB and FAA all over us after the flight. We had a perfectly safe and enjoyable flight in the Hudson Valley.
