Thursday morning feel good story

| February 13, 2014

So grab your your cup of coffee and sit down here for the stories that make you feel good with best possible outcome of a bad situation. This one comes from my birth place, Escambia County, Florida where 34-year-old Ricky DeWayne Taylor was helping himself to stuff that didn’t belong to him when the actual owner came home;

[35-year-old Teresa Sunday], who was acquainted with the victim, had called him earlier that day to lure him away from the home to meet her at a local pool hall.

The victim held them at gunpoint with a .38 caliber revolver and contacted the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. As the victim was speaking with dispatchers, Taylor lunged toward him. The homeowner fired a .38 caliber revolver, striking Taylor in the leg and grazing Sunday on the left cheek. Taylor was alert and conscious when he was transferred to LifeFlight to be airlifted to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. He was charged with burglary, larceny, criminal mischief property damage and battery.

See, the best possible outcome – the bad guy leaves the scene feet first, the good guy is safe and has all of his stuff. Given that the bad guy set the stage, it’s the best possible outcome. You hafta feel good about that.

Jacobite

And the deceitful, double-dealing, treacherous, traitorous, two-faced, lying split tail gets marked for life, on the face no less. Epic!

Good times, good times. 🙂

Sparks

Good story. Two words though…RANGE TIME! At that distance he should of had one in the melon. That’s just my opinion.

Old Trooper

That’s why I carry a .45; there would have been no LifeFlight, just a ride in the coroners van.

Flagwaver

Depending on the laws, I would prefer a debilitating wound (kneecap or rotator cuff) over a fatal would. It would make their stay in prison more fun.

Just An Old Dog

Them ho’s be treacherous. There was a fairly recent murder in Fla where some old guy would take in people down on there luck,,, this chick was texting a list all the valuable stuff he had in his place to her accomplice.
