Nothing new. Where are the Americans who were there? Why does this man have to use a fake name? And then…THE BOOK PLUG. This report sucked.
Did not see it last night, nor have time right now to watch…but the blood boils every time Benghazi is mentioned.
And another thing. Screw CBS and this lame report. Anyone want to guess what network Rice appeared on to repewat the lie that the terrorist attack was spontaneous and a response to a video short that no one had seen? Right you are: CBS. Yeah, my blood is boiling but it’s not due to anything said in this report with a guy whose face is plastered all over the screen, who wrote a book that needs a boost in sales, but who is using an alias. Hell, what would it take to finf him, 2 hours?
Well I learned something-that two soldiers have been decorated for the events of that day. I guess that that is a story we won’t hear for a great while, which is a shame. It’s obvious the administration wishes that Benghazi would just go away and anything that reminds people of that day is counterproductive in their eyes.
OH, this didn’t make my blood boil. That happened last year when the blatant lies were broadcast everywhere.
This makes me cold with even more disgust, just added to the pile I already feel.
Everything about this idiotstick administration and bodaprez is a lie, through and through.

May the Lord render unto those in State according to their responsibility and lack of action, the consequences of the blood on their hands, and may the Lord remember who it was, in the White House who said, “Stand down,” when he/she should have sent all we had, and hold that to their account in the Day of Judgement.
If Hillary Clinton has the gall to run in 2016, and those spineless curs in the Republican Party don’t beat her black-and-blue with this, the TEA Party should, and show no mercy whatsoever.

Like Ex-PH2 says; my blood was boiling last year when this happened. I, and everyone else here, knew the cover story was pure bullshit. We, also, knew that AQ was all over the place in Libya openly operating and flying their flag (the same thing is happening in Syria right now and this dumbass President, along with a couple Rinos, want to fund them there).
The thing that makes my blood boil the most is the arrogance of every talking head fuck this administration sent out in front of the cameras, especially Madame Cankles aka Hillary Clinton with her high and mighty attitude in front of congress with her “what difference does it make” statement. She now has the arrogance to run for President or even go on the campaign stump for other scumbags. That bitch should be in jail right now.
We all know that this administration is incompetent, but no one wants to admit that it is criminally so, because they had every warning you could think of and still did nothing, before the attack, then denied assistance when the SHTF.
Someone really should put together a detailed timeline of movements and actions during this fiasco. Seemed to be some “magic moves” of people between cia annex and embassy compound, I got confused. Course it could be my fault.
TAH threw the BS flag on this on DAY ONE. A week later, Rice was still repeating the mantra. John Bonehead is in on this, repeatedly refusing to establish the right committeee with the right power to thoroughly investigate this. Instead, we got H. Wide Load Clinton who was NOT placed under oath when she gave ‘testimony’ in Congress and a State Dept sponsored (!) report that was to have been the be all and end all, and American witnesses that were DENIED to Congress. Yeah, my blood boils.

If the Democrats think Kerry got “swift-boated”, then they should see what’s in store for Clinton if she has the audacity to throw her hat into the ring. “Benghazi’d”
This has been just another example of wrongdoing by the administration that has been down played in the media and has been basically ignored. To see the level of hypocrisy in this coverage you only have to imagine if GW Bush had managed to lose a consulate and 4 Americans on the anniversary of September 11th….
I hope Clinton gets drilled for this during her candidacy, but I still believe it will be portrayed as an example of a strong woman standing up to a bunch of rude, crotchety old white guy as a testament to her ability to be strong and independent.
The same numbnuts who believed Obama was an experienced legislative and executive politician will gladly bite the Clinton apple and put on the yoke…
You need to remember that those images of Clinton waving her arms and squawking ‘What difference does it make’ are priceless, not to be forgotten any time soon, and can be replayed as a video bite endlessly during anyone who campaigns against her.
However, if the GOP doesn’t get its act together and find a candidate who doesn’t have mush for brains and can keep his lip zipped, there’s little likelihood of winning next time around.
And yes, the byproduct of this entire debacle from Day One, right through the most current crap about NSA spying on other countries, is that the USofA becomes viewed as a backwater, unimportant wannabe-hasbeen of a country with a debt load that would frighten any reasoning human being.
You get what you vote for, and I did not vote for that clown and his butt buddies.

This is a pretty big deal. Especially with the cover stories and the dismissive answers to questions. Looking back on when people knew what they knew after the fact, and the warning signs before–this is seriously fucked up. There’s no nicer way to put it.
To quote Uncle Joe Biteme: “This is a big fucking deal.”
I, for one, am impressed with the work Lara Logan has done and am a bit surprised that CBS allowed it to be aired. Of course, Ms. Logan has looked into the eyes of the evils of Islamism and stood in the shadow of protection of Our Troops. She knows the enemy and who the good guys are.
Her report put on the record that there were numerous warnings of not only a threat, but of a plan to attack that Consulate, as well as demonstrated proof that the Admin not only ignored the warnings but denied requests for re-inforcements and ordered those on the ground to not respond.
To put some perspective to the importance of this: while partisan hardliners can and do say that Fox is biased and that Republican Congressmen are partisan, this CBS report will reach those in the middle, independents, that have previously accepted the critiques of bias.
While some here decry the time it took to air this, it puts the issue back at the forefront, for a short time period, and provides the time period to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s, on a left leaning media outlet.
I don’t know what the final straw was for CBS, but I am glad they finally aired this. And if a Brit with a pseudonym is publishing a book as a result, so be it. That’s one more piece of evidence entered into the permanent record. If the 60 minutes story helped him sell those books, that’s that many more people who have more of the story.
Yes, it was obvious to those who have served, immediately, that this was no protest gone wrong, but civilians who have less awareness of the world were caught in the web of propaganda, lies, and necessity to sort out the truth from the partisanship. Now they have a reason to know which side of that debate was lying.

A lot of us looney conspiracy theorist believe the rash of GOFO firings shortly after Benghazi were commanders who were going to rescue those people and got pulled back…
I am just at a loss for words as to the disgust I view this entire demonrat party with after following them in the news for the last 50 years or so. The depths they sink to get incredibly lower and lower and lower.
I cannot say anything that has not already been said and much more fluently than I could at this time as all I can do now is to sit here and pound out expletives which would only serve to bring down my public persona lower than it might already be.

I just hope that as I feel for the people that did so much to destroy my life when I was a kid I do also hope that all of these people have to face St. Peter and explain their actions to him. God knows this happened and was watching. The judge may not be here on this planet, but there is a judge and he will even this score.

This alone proves that Hillary Clinton is not fit to make any foreign policy decisions, much less be POTUS. Unfortunately she will still get blind support from all liberals, Democrats and Feminazis if she does run in 2016.

I mention Booker because when campaign season rolls around, his resume will be as complete as Barrycade’s was in ’08. Actually, more so, he actually ran something, even if it was only Newark, NJ.
