Yeah I’m not an internet lawyer or LEO but my thinking is if someone reported this to LE or CPS (child services) that they *must* take action on a reported sexual assault.

it was 2 years after the fact when i found out, and he was no longer in the home. other than a complaint from a 3rd party with no direct contact to the victim, there is nothing that could/would be done about it

If all else fails, someone needs to explain to the sister that the statute of limitations begins when she reaches the age of majority – not from the date of the actual crime.

@ Smitty, yes it is your sister. He’s got serious issues. Since then, according to his facebook, he’s had 2 more engagements and other girlfriends, at the ripe age of 20. His aunts comments are my favorite “My nephew finally made it through high school” and “Big surprise, huh?” when your sister calls him out. Especially nice that his aunt is the one to introduce him to his own daughter right before she turned 1. Real class act. Glad your sister got away from him!

Funny story about his extensive service, when he first left for basic my father bet me 500 pushups that he wouldnt make it a month. I figured once he atarted basic it would take more than a month to chapter him so I took the bet. The punk lasted 29 days!
