Well, It Didn’t Take Long
Seems that many of the Leftist tools fine Progressives in Hollywood are in mourning today. And two of them in particular seem to be grief-stricken.
Oliver Stone is mourning the loss of “a great hero”. Sean Penn says that he “lost a friend”.
Yeah, they’re both talking about Hugo Chavez.
Hey dipsticks: if you two love leftist dictatorships so much, why don’t both of you emigrate to Cuba? Or maybe North Korea?
Freaking idiots.
Category: Politics
And don’t forget Jimmy Carter, the idiot who helped Chavez get in office in the first place.
Hondo…
In basic training, I had a comrade who escaped from Venezuela. Chachi. I hope and prayed for 30 years that the rest of her family got out. She was a great leader. I realized how small the world was when After 8 months in the Army, I heard her scream my name across Kleber Kaserne and break into a run to say hello…
Why the fuck any American can sympathize with this is beyond me. They need to get on the next goddamn plane and renounce their citizenship for the tools they are. And we need to make it like South Africa. You can’t take your wealth with you.
Chachi’s story was told over and over when we would clean our weapons…It seemed a far stretch for me at the time to even fathom…until I went to the DDR. Boom. I got it and I will never forget it.
As previously stated, my eulogy for Chavez:
Hope it hurt like hell, fucker. Enjoy getting ass-raped with a pineapple by Saddam and dick punched by Adolf.
I suspect Joe Kennedy will have to charter a plane for the massachusetts legislative delegation that will attend…..
Another dead commie pr1ck, if only we could get a few more to drop off the face of the earth….Hugo was such a great manager he was able to reduce the productivity and profits of his oil operations by 20% in just 12 short years…and by reducing the capabilities of the oil operations his country doesn’t even have the tools to get at most of the heavy oil reserves they posses which are rumored to be among the world’s largest reserves.
Defend, I agree with you 110%.
If they think it’s so great, help them out the door. They can go live there. Just make them leave their money behind.
Like the chorus in the Merle Haggard song goes, “If you don’t love it, leave it…….”
I assume that saying “AMERICA, LOVE IT OR LEAVE!!” is now considered racist? Then I need to say it more often to as many leftist pukes as I can!
I hope Hugo enjoys his dirt nap. As for the leftist tools who think they’ll miss him, if you feel that way, why not join him?
Again … Hollywood is validating how they intend to tear down the American principles of freedom and democracy. Oliver Stone to release a blockbuster movie about the great leader … I’m sure!
And Joe Kennedy is now out of free heating oil for the American people from the generous people of Venezfu*kyoula.
I thought Joe Kennedy was dead.
Only when Socialism in the United States kills millions will America finally loose it’s love affair with Socialists.
Joseph Patrick Kennedy the 2nd…..he and Mr. Chavez set up a very nice propaganda machine to distribute oil to the poor in Massachusetts…Chavez and Citgo “donated” the oil in a program called JOE 4 OIL….
He was criticized heavily for his involvement with Venezuelan oil, he was pretty adamant in his response that it was a bit hypocritical to criticize a non-profit for taking free oil from Venezuela while US companies were doing business and making money from that business with Venezuela….getting oil for heat into poor families homes was not a bad thing.
I don’t agree that Venezuela was his only choice for donations. I don’t know what pressure was applied to American based companies, if any, to respond as Citgo did.
I do not mourn Chavez, and I think Joe’s trust misplaced…Chavez clearly used Citgo to embarrass the powers that be here in the states by donating the oil so he could say he was helping the poor in the US when the US government was cutting assistance to these poor folks. But, if no one steps in to fill that vacuum it allows this to happen.
Oh and in case I forget later f$ck Sean Penn and Olly Stone, 2 4ssholes who have benefited tremendously from American capitalism, and their hypocritical promotion of a despot.
Jonn: hadn’t seen Carter’s statement. But I also try to make some allowances for those in their later years who appear to be suffering from senila dementia and aren’t completely in control of their own words/acts. (smile)
Ex-PH2: lord knows I’ve tried, but it doesn’t do any good. Leftists touting how “great” socialist countries are clam up when you call their bluff and offer to help them actually move from the US to another country (see my past exchanges with our own “Joe the Rockclimber” on the subject). On that score they’re all talk and no action.
@ EX-PH2 … The man to be President … Joe Kennedy was killed in WWII. An extremely well respected US Army Air Corps pilot, he volunteered for a dangerous mission … plane exploded in ascent enroute mission area.
JFK (although a great leader and Navy man) was second choice of his father.
Joe (free fuel) Kennedy is Bobbies son!
Uh, MCPO . . . . I’m pretty sure Joeseph P. Kennedy Jr was a Naval Aviator vice Army Air Corps.
Kennedy bought it when the flying bomb loaded with 21,000+ lbs of high explosive he was flying exploded unexpectedly in flight during Operation Aprhodite. The plan was for Kennedy and his co-pilot to bail out; the plane was to continue to the target area by remote control. Approx 2 min 10 seconds before bailout time, Kennedy’s plane blew up in mid-air. Jamming or a spurious signal is thought to be the reason.
Both Kennedy and his co-pilot, LT Wilford J. Willy, were posthumously awarded the Navy Cross.
Chavez was an avowed hater of the USA. Under his rule, criticism of HIM alone meant imprisonment for up to 40 months. He controlled the judiciary as a practical matter and imprisoned those robes who did not toe the line he drew. He banned private gun ownership, ostensibly to address the rate of violent crime. He banned unions except the state-approved one. So why are prominent leftists mourning his passing? Because he did much of what they would like to do: control the citizenry in the name of socialist good. For him and them, the ends justify the means. He increased oil production (hello CITGO) and used some of the revenues to reduce illiteracy and feed poor people. Thus, he was a personal savior to many Venezuelans and to the likes of Jimmy Carter and the Hollywood pukes. It should be fun to watch what happens now in V Town. That oil does some funny things to people.
Oh, THAT Joe Kenney.
Master Chief, I thought you were talking about Papa Joe Kennedy, who made a good deal of money running bootleg whiskey during Prohibition and parlayed it into a family fortune by shorting stocks on insider tips.
I will be SO GLAD when the Kennedy dynasty has disappeared into the mists of history and we can get on with things.
Some dingbat in Blahllywood complained to the Royals (Kate and William) when they were visiting a while back that we don’t have any real royalty, just celebrities. We don’t have royalty for a reason — they too easily become despots and ruin everything for the rest of us. I see no difference between Hugo Chavez and the royal families of Europe, who were so inbred they were almost crazy, or the upper level members of the Communist party during the run of the USSR. They’re all exactly alike. And what do we have now? Polticians in DC and state legislatures who think they’re above us all, because they get a whiff of the scent of power and like any addict, can’t break the habit. So that makes them better than the rest of us. And Russia has Putin, who has become so obnoxious that people want him to drop dead in his tracks.
I’m trying to remember the title of a short sci-fi story I read a long time ago, in which a village would elect its officials and once they too the oath of office, the people would stone them to death and get on with things.
Eeek! That should be ‘took the oath of office.’
I can’t follow the Kennedy line any longer. It’s a nightmare of a soap opera trying to piece together which was was the heroin user, which one was the cocaine user, which one broke a woman’s neck in a car accident in which he was cited for negligent driving, which one(s) were in rehab, which one was charged with rape. It is dizzying.
Follow-up to cmt 18. And that’s just the later generation! I can’t begin to map out the sins of the fathers.
While the Hollywierd libtards are at the Chavez funeral, revoke their citizenship, passports and visas. Let’em live in the world they want for the rest of us.
Stop picking on the Irish – it is almost St. Patrick’s Day!
Well, you know this might just be the year when all the leader commies like Fidel bite the dust.
One can only hope.
Hondo … I stand corrected … thanks you Sir!
From Wiki:
Lt. Joseph Patrick “Joe” Kennedy, Jr. (July 25, 1915 – August 12, 1944) was a junior officer in the United States Navy, a Naval Aviator, and a land-based bomber pilot during World War II. He was the eldest of nine children born to Joseph Patrick Kennedy, Sr., and Rose Elizabeth (née Fitzgerald) Kennedy.
The elder brother of future U.S. President, John F. Kennedy, he had been expected to become the family’s political standard-bearer,[1] especially after his father’s political exile for supporting the appeasement policy of Neville Chamberlain in the advent of World War II.[2] However, he was killed in action, and the task fell to his brother John.
One of his nephews, politician Joseph P. Kennedy II, was named after him.
Screw Hollywood.
There’s a Kennedy still alive who hasn’t been killed in some fashion? That’s surprising.
The family curse must be wearing thin.
Master Sergeant–oh, not for lack of trying, that’s for sure. Don’t forget their women…if they’re not being beaten, raped, drowned, or lombotomized, they just kill themselves, like RFK Jr.’s estranged wife did about a year ago.
Kennedys. The finest schools. More money than one can spend in 100 lifetimes of flamboyant living. A presidency, multiple senators and congressmen, an AG, among other lesser offices. A need for nothing because others will give it to you or sell it to you. And for this, we have? Death, manslaughter, felony arrests, adultery, drug and alcohol use and addiction, broken families. You couldn’t make this stuff up.
More money than one can spend in 100 lifetimes of flamboyant living.
Yup–the Prohibition years sure were good to old Joe. Afterwards? Not so much.
I’ve never seen a family who was so wrong about just about EVERYTHING politically since Joe Sr. stepped on his dick and praised Hitler when he was the ambassador to Britain.
See, guys, now you know why women watch soap operas on TV.
I bet Sean and Oliver have no idea about all these lovely things Hugo left behind:

Good article!
OFF TOPIC:SNOW DAY.
So there I was, staring at a bag of Betty Crocker chocolate chunk cookie mix. Wife out. How difficult can it be? Says right there it makes 3 dozen. That’ll work. Vegetable oil, an egg, some water, mix, bake, and done in less than 15 minutes. I ended up with 4 Frisbees that I have yet to taste. I will, just as soon as I can scrape ‘em off the pizza pans.
AirCav, you should cut them while they’re still hot if you’re making bar cookies. Otherwise, ASK ME!!!
And put some waxed paper in the pan before you spread the cookie mixture in it. And set the timer on the oven.
Yeah, I actually thought of you but I thought you’d frown on the mix. You’re a real cook. Next time. Well, I don’t think there will be a next time.
Men and ovens. God. It’s like handing a grenade to a four year old.
PintoNag: ovens? I can find my way around one of those reasonably well within my known limits. But don’t hand me an iron and expect the clothing to be useable afterwards. (smile)
I knew a guy who didn’t trust his oven’s thermostat and also stuck a meat thermometer into everything. He cooked a pork roast. His meat thermometer was broken and didn’t register anything higher than 120 degrees. He cooked that pork roast for eight hours. You could smell it and tell it was done.
It was pork jerky. It was a doorstop. It will never die or turn moldy.
PintoNag, I happen to be a good cook. Cooking and shooting are like therapy to me. Now if I only could figure out how to do both at the same time without having to use my renters insurance afterwards.
@35 LOL! And yet, turn a guy loose with one of those multi-burner, gas fueled, jet burner, flame-throwing giant steel barbeque grills out in the backyard, and dinner will be PERFECT.
Never have figured that out.
#38: because it is Fire.
Chavez amassed a fortune from socializing, then looting his country. Chavez was worth between $1 billion and $2 billion. Don’t believe Stone, Penn, Glover or Belafonte inherited any of it. No wonder they’re crushed.
Men and ovens. God. It’s like handing a grenade to a four year old.
Considering I ran a hot rock for a living and still work on one, careful there or I’ll make a comment on women and their driving skills (or lack thereof.)
If the link does not work, it is an image of the US Flag being flown at half Staff at a Citgo refinery in the US for that bastard chavez.

@41, another reason I’d push my truck by myself before I’d put a drop of their gas in it. Screw Hugo and screw Citgo.
@38 I like grilling so much my neighbors are laughing when I pull the grill into the driveway in January in the snow….they stop laughing when they smell the marinated chicken and beef though….
RE: Old Joe Kennedy. FDR sent Joe to England as the US Ambassador to the Court of Saint James to keep him from a presidential run. Joe was an admitted anti-semite and thought National Socialism was the wave of the future. FDR said “I thought a daffodil was yellow until I met Joe Kennedy”.
@43 You’d end up calling the cops on me, VOV, if you did that in my neighborhood. I’d be hanging around, drooling and generally being a pain and getting underfoot! 😉
Sean Penn? Danny Glover? Harry Belafonte?
Jesse Jackson went to Chavez’s funeral and made a speech.

Also, Dear Leader Hugo is going to be embalmed and preserved in a crystal casket on display in perpetuity, just like Lenin…or until someone drops it down a hole and covers it. 😉
Sorry, that’s the wrong link. This is the correct link:
