“Good Grief!”
The actor who provided the voice of Peanuts’ character “Charlie Brown” in numerous “Peanuts” TV specials has been arrested on charges including stalking.
(Sigh.) Maybe the Mayans were right after all and we just didn’t get the memo yet.
I wonder if he was stalking Lucy, Peppermint Patty or the “Red-Headed Girl?”
I bet Linus gave him up. It’s always the guy you think is your best friend. That rat!
Here’s his bio on IMDB…he worked on a variety of shows, but left the entertainment biz at age 16 in 1972. Peanuts always reminded me of those Saturday specials on CBS in 1970s.

Stalkee: You said you were famous for your work with “Peanuts?”
I thought you said. . . nevermind.
Apparently he took this line from the show too seriously….
“CB: Real love is standing behind a tree so you can see her when she leaves her house. Of course it can sometimes be embarassing. Like when you discover you’ve been standing on the wrong side of the tree.”
That last part could explain the arrest…not sneaky enough by far you blockhead.
Thumb–he wasn’t stalking Peppermint Patty. She’s a lesbian.
@Sparky, now I am crushed! First I find out that Leslie Gore who I had a crush on as a 14 yr old is gay, and now Peppermint Patty? …Sigh.
C’mon, Marcy continuously calling Patty, “Sir?” Better at football, baseball, etc., than the boys?
You didn’t see that one coming?

Well, think how Mark David Chapman felt upon finding out that Jodie Foster was a rug muncher.
Meant John Hinkley at #9
I wonder if Charlie Brown ever wore his phony finery to pick up chicks?
OT: Apparently Panetta letting women serve on frontline combat units.

Good Grief!
Could be worse. The original Power Rangers red ranger was arrested for murder when he killed some people on a boat he was robbing to pay for his sex change.

That said, this news story is going to make the holidays awkward for anyone’s family that considers the Peanuts stuff to be a staple.
Snoopy was not available for comment at press time.

Ancient history…the voice acting was done in mid 60s by an obscure actor, don’t think people (especially kids) are really gonna make any connections. Peanuts creator Charles Schulz admitted to personal failings in his life…yeah I know a shocker – to be human.
The guy who was arrested for stalking paid for a boob job for his girlfriend.
When they broke up, he started stalking her because he wanted his money back.
Let this be a lesson to you about what you spend your money on.
And just in case you were wondering, Saint-Tropez Tan has determined that women look their oldest around 3:30PM on Wednesdays and on Thursdays, they’re most interested in sex.
And they did spend their own money on this research.
