Hasan in the gun debate without a beard

You might not recognize this turd without his beard, but Laughing Wolf sent this to us on Facebook from the Rachel Maddow Fan Page. It was obviously made by some idiot who doesn’t know that most of the weapons on Fort Hood that day were locked up in arms rooms. It’s not like we all get to walk around on post with our loaded service weapons. If we were, Beard Boy, the born again jihadist, might have had second thoughts about doing his dastardly deed, since he’s currently fighting for his worthless life in court.

But I hope this ignorant twatwaffle feels good about him or herself standing on the bodies of 14 people, 13 soldiers and an unborn baby, to make their worthless point. And it proves my point that most of these jackwagons have no business in this discussion because they don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Oh, yeah, 1700 idiots “Liked” the photo and 1200 more “shared” it.

If that was true, there would be no weekly Hasan’s Beard Updates. Because there would have been no Ft. Hood shooting, just one jihadist turned into swiss cheese….

This picture shows me that liberals are evolving….in stupidity.

NHSparky

There’s no way they could be serious about this.

Then again, given the guest lineup on the typical MSNBC show, nobody will ever challenge any of those leftards.

UpNorth

Joey, you can take it down, this is as factually challenged as anything else you post.

Ex-PH2

That was on Maddow’s show? That makes me feel rather relieved.

I watched her show one time, and one time only, and in those 8 minutes, she kept referring to Governor Vaginal Probe, which to me meant that she was just DYING to have sex with the Governor of Virginia.

She couldn’t let it go. She seemed completely obsessed with it. At the same time, it was so utterly vulgar, I wondered why her producer didn’t go to a commercial and tell her to shut up.

With that, I realized that her brain was switched to the ‘off’ position and couldn’t switch back on, which is why she’s so creepy.

This poster is interesting because it completely neglects the fact that Hassan was shot down and permanently injured by the very people he was trying to kill.

But I assume the neglect is due to the facts’ conflicting with the agenda of the poster’s designer.

A friend on FB I’ve known since high school who is liberal posted this earlier since we are friends with totally opposing views we don’t comment too much on what we each post out of mutual respect…..Buuuuut I couldn’t help myself on this one, no response back as of yet. Maddow and company need to shut the fuck up about shit they know nothing about. But then again it’s fun to sit back and laugh at their stupidity. Over educated and dumber than a box of rocks when it comes to rea life.

melle1228

There is a twit on the thread that said she had a conceal and carry on Fort Hood. People don’t realize that we KNOW they are fricking lying liars who lie..

melle1228

Then there is this gem:

“The reason why our men and women do not guns on bases too many of them go nuts during war time! War makes ppl go nuts! Like you! So as a blue dog dem…..i believe in all the amendments for all Americans who are capable of good behavior and yes I am a gun owner and dam good shot so lets limit the number of rounds a gun can hold and limit some types of gun. Oh Mr Smart Man who got us into this mess? Bush and the tea party types!

ohio

Rachel Mancow read its fan page and he was so upset his penis fell off.

ANCCPT

I’ve had the news switched off since it happened. I’ve seen enough terrible shit to last me the rest of my life, I don’t need any more rocks in my ruck by watching it and I don’t know why anyone would want to.

That said, The amount of sheer stupid flying around about firearms has been astounding. Too bad we can’t harness it and use it as an energy source….There’s your renewable green energy right there, a machine that runs on stupidity and reckless emotion.

The little placard is carefully written to suggest a falsehood but not to state one. “ON A MILITARY BASE” is in all caps and a larger font. “[S]urrounded by guns” means they were around. They just omitted the part about them being locked up. And then, of course, there’s the “and people who were trained to use them.” Again, that’s true but they omitted that the trained people were unarmed. The smallest print is reserved for “Killed thirteen people…” This effort of Madcow, or one of her ignorant fans, is beneath contempt. It is flat-out disgusting.

2-17 Air Cav

Can you imagine if one of us said that “so and so killed” BEFORE his trial even convened? Ms Plug Oogly would be frothing at the mouth more than usual, reminding us that he is facing allegations and has been convicted of nothing. But, what the hell, they have a point to make so I guess it’s okay. Boneheads.

2-17 Air Cav

@9. With rare exception, I have not watched TV news since about 1985 or so. I have yet to view a single TV report on the school massacre. I get to pick and choose the stories and news to read c/o the internet nowadays. I find it much better for my blood pressure and mental health.

nobunny

Hey. I’ve been quiet for a while, but this is a battle we must all fight. We must keep our Second Ammendment right.

As I see it, there’s two things against us, both related to technology:

1) Perception. Since the 24 hour news and interwebs can report everything that happens, as it happens, people think this is “the worst ever” and “these things are getting worse/increasing.” The bed-wetting hand-wringers have limitless fuel to “do something.” The are active idiots who must be stopped.

Look up “Bath School Disaster.”

2)Safety in numbers. These people find kindred spirits on the internet. The minority rules by internet with one voice as loud as 1,000,000. In the past these opinions would have been silenced by society’s common sense. The minority now has an over-ride to common sense. 50 years ago their local society would have said “Shut the fuck up, you’re wrong.” and it would have ended.

One small group bands to another. They may disagree for different reasons, but they are bound together in the counter-culture. They mass into one big, noisy, stupid, panicky herd.

Just my analysis.

Ex-PH2

AirCav — is that allegations meant as ‘in spite of eye witnesses’?

Fred

Am I the only one who sees Communist subversion behind a lot of the gun control talk?

After all, gun control would embolden criminals and disarm the populace, making any invasion of America easier.

Hondo

What most people don’t realize is that getting authority to carry a concealed weapon on a military installation outside a combat zone is just about as hard as getting authority to carry one in NYC or DC, if not harder. In general it falls under the heading “Ain’t Gonna Happen”.

Outside a combat zone, military installations are fairly similar to gun free zones. Tons of guns, yes – but with virtually all except those in use by the MPs on duty locked up in unit Arms Rooms, in locked racks, and protected by intrusion detection systems.

Ex-PH2

Fred, you have to understand that during the era of the USSR, there was a LOT of violent/gun crime, despite guns being completely illegal for the civilian populace to have. There was a thriving black market that allowed anyone to get whatever he wanted, and much of it was driven on simple bartering, not money.

pete

madcow diesese.

Green Thumb

Cooks and admin folks are armed and deadly.

Roger that.

NHSparky

I can’t remember the last time I was channel surfing and was cursed to come across her smug little condescending snarky ass when she wasn’t twisting the facts worse than a Gordian knot.

She wouldn’t know the truth if it sat on her face and wiggled.

Fred

#17

I agree. The only people that seem to go places in Communist society are criminals.

John11B

can’t reason with ’em. the ignorance is astounding. to fact check that poster all someone would have to do is ask anyone who spent more than 3 minutes in the military to learn that militray bases are, in fact, some of the tightest gun-control areas. joe can’t have them in the barracks, so they are locked up in the arms room. have to have them registered with the post to keep them in on-post housing. as for our issue weapons? those are only signed out under supervision of leadership and no one gets any ammo until arrival at the range, which is a place far far away from main post. so of course hasan had success despite entering a building filled with soldiers who were trained on firearms. because the only people on base with loaded weapons were mp’s and police and they were out pulling people over for going 26 in a 25mph zone or something.

NHSparky

But that’s just it, John. She only draws an audience of tens to begin with, and considering the last thing any of them would do is dain to touch us lowly common folk and (gasp!) SERVE (after all, the military is for poor loser criminal types–just ask them) she can pretty much throw any bullshit out there she wants and they’ll eat it with a spoon.

Sporkmaster

Looks like she deleted the post since I cannot see it and it is not showing up on my wall.

idaho2run

Idiots who know nothing about the military at PMSMSN whatever. I work at a Military Installation, and you do not want to get caught with a personal weapon on post.
The military weapons are very tightly controlled and accounted for. There are police for the base, but they can’t be everywhere quickly.
Maddow needs to shut his/her/its obnoxious mouth and try looking objectively at things for a change.
That Hassan piece of trash was able to commit his crimes because DoD is too politically correct to take action against a ticking time bomb, because he is muslim. The signs were there, they were ignored and passed along, hoping nothing would happen.
DoD still thinks that if we “understand” and “accomodate” the seventh century savages that they will love us and invite us over for tea and crumpets.
PC has caused more harm to DoD and this country than the Taliban.

2-17 Air Cav

I will point out that Jonn’s write up did not say Madcow was responsible for the sign, only that it appeared on her FB page and was posted by some idiot. It’s down now.

geetwillickers

Let me tell you a story about a soldier (me…) who got his one and only Article 15 for having an inoperable, incomplete and unfinished black powder revolver in his wall locker. (Yes I knew it shouldn’t be there, and yes, I was planning to get rid of it ASAP. Unfortunately, that surprise health and welfare inspection came sooner than I expected…) Lucky for me, I had a 1SG who looked out for me and hurried me through a summarized proceeding while the Battalion commander was on leave. Because the BC wanted to “Make an example” of me and give me the max penalty possible – which could have included time at Ft Leavenworth…
Yeah… LOTS of guns floating around Army posts…

Veritas Omnia Vincit

Well the truth has never stood in Ms Maddow’s way in the past and I am certain it will be routinely avoided in her comments moving forward.

Al Gore’s term inconvenient truth is true in regards to liberal posturing over gun control, they will ignore the truths regarding the low crime rates in areas where most folks have access to firearms while touting the high crime rates in the areas where the most oppressive fun control exists. Their logic will be that even though it’s near impossible to get a gun in these high crime areas it’s due to non-local guns thus, it’s those low crime areas responsibility to disarm as well….

The total gun ban is what they want, and lying and misrepresentation will be tools they intend to use. It’s what they have done consistently to get their way on other issues, I expect nothing less on this issue as well.

Ex-PH2

@28 – areas where the most oppressive FUN control?

VOV, was that a Freudian slip?

Hondo

Well, there is that old Army rhyme: “This is my weapon, this is my gun. This one’s for . . . . ” (smile)

USMCE8Ret

What people outside military circles fail to understand that existence and living on a military base is damn near close like any other community. The only people who carry firearms are MP’s, federal law enforcement officers (like on Quantico), and civilian law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties – and of course those in transit to training ranges (rifle/pistol) and those on duty or guard.

NEVER, in my 25+ years of service, did I see anyone on base/post carry a weapon, (willy-nilly/concealed or not) into the exchange/PX, commissary, branch clinic, work, and library, who didn’t meet the criteria I mentioned above.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

PH-2, oppressive legislation often leads to a loss of “fun” perhaps a Freudian misstep on my part indeed…more likely my slow moving large fingers hit the key next to g on my old school raised qwerty keyboard…my high school business typing teacher would no doubt be dissappointed.

Hondo–some lessons are hard to unlearn!!

USMCE8Ret

You’re an idiot, Joe.

UpNorth

Aww, look, Joey has been reduced to being a spambot. Oops, that should read, Joey has been elevated to being a spambot.
Joey, go climb a rock.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

@33 Joe, while that link is clearly satirical and juvenile in its weak attempt to engage a discussion regarding gun control as desired by its author. The writer does manage to stumble over a few correct assessments. Children are indeed the future of the nation, and an investment in their protection is appropriate.

Instead of assuming that we can magically make every gun disappear, which you know won’t happen, perhaps a discussion on creating a safer (nothing will ever be totally safe) environment for our school children is in order. Your contention is clear, no guns any where, ever. I don’t believe you can remove every gun in the nation, nor do I believe it’s appropriate to ignore the second amendment and begin dismantling the fundamental rights granted us by our nations founders. But I do believe we can make schools safer by having a stronger presence of Law Enforcement on site. We determined that making planes safer from terrorists didn’t require massive gun control, but that a well trained air marshal could protect the aircraft and the people on board. Where is the proposal from the left that would place a well trained marshal in the school similar to the airline industry? If you are serious about protecting those children, a trained LEO on site offers protection from attackers without firearms, but still intent on harming children with a different weapon. An attacker with an explosive device, or blunt/bladed weapons could still kill many people if there were no LEO on site…armed with a bat/axe/machete killing a bunch of 6 years olds is not all that difficult, you only need to look at recent events in Rwanda to see the effectiveness of bladed violence on unarmed opponents.

The best the left can come up with is a canard about protecting the children through a veiled attempt to repeal the 2nd amendment while doing nothing to address the larger picture of actual in school safety. Poorly written attempts to satirize the position of those who disagree with them does little to advance the argument.

Reaperman

Sure enough, bad things sometimes happen even in locations with tight gun regulations. It doesn’t get much more authoritarian than a military base, you’d think they’d hold it up as a shining example.

Joe

Veritas Omnia Vincit,

It may have been poorly written satire, but it really takes your guys position to its logical conclusion.

NHSparky

Joe and logic in the same sentence.
