Stealing from “Toys for Tots” in Aurora
Daniel sends us a link from CBSDenver which proves why we need a Stolen Valor Act. Stealing toys from needy kids is pretty low;
Local spokesman Gunnary [sic] Sgt. David Bull told CBS4 the suspect may be a man who calls himself Gunnary [sic] Sgt. Mix. He was described as being a black male who is between 40 and 50 years old.
Officials believe the man may have gone to multiple stores, including dropoff locations in Denver and in the Southlands area in Aurora, and pretended he is an official Toys for Tots pickup person.
Bull said the toy drive’s real pickup personnel come to the stores in Toys for Tots shirts and have credentials that they show.
Apparently, this dude has no ID and depends on folks’ goodwill for his dastardly scheme. He not only steals the toys, he takes the collection box, too.

Wow, I hope they find not only this guy and string him but perhaps find a way to beat in the need for SVA into the morons at the 9th Circus.
I just teamed up with the local Toys for Tots in the Salem area and saw how much was brought in. This is Oregon, so I can only guess there is more in the larger cities. This is the most despicable act ever. They need to find this guy and throw him in with the General Population, letting all the inmates know what he did.
That’s too bad. The Marines there in Aurora really work their asses off for the program- so much so that they regularly drive as far south as Pueblo and as far north as Cheyenne, WY to coordinate and collect these toys. On top of that, they routinely perform funeral details- all the while they do their regularly assigned jobs. Makes for some very long days and some weekends. Frustrating for sure.
Now, we just need to find this “GySgt Mix” fella and fix this.

One of my guilty pleasures is watching Tosh.0, and on said show a couple of weeks ago I noted a video in which a drunk fucktard shot his OWN nut off with a 9mm.
Sadly, this video appears to have been taken down, but I’d suggest a similar punishment for this THIEF, sans benefit of any alcohol, painkillers, or other form of analgesic relief.
NHSparky: ’tis the season where there are traditionally performances of “The Nutcracker Suite”. To me that suggest a workable alternative that doesn’t involve wasting a round.
Checked the link and the original article seems to have been updated. It now says that the guy actually is affiliated with Toys for Tots.
At least that’s what I think the article says. The pertinent part seems almost as badly written as the rantings of “victim” and “extremely disgusted” on this thread:

Now, it seems, this fellow was trying to do the right but going about it the wrong way. I hope that’s true and that it is not a case of the local TV station compounding its initial wrong report with a second one. I will say that it struck me as odd that a person would subject himself to face-to-face contact and, most likely, video of his coming and going if he were not legit.
While I’m relieved that the guy is legit, sadly, we have fat fucks like Frisoli (you still out there, you drugged-out whale lookin sumbitch?) who play the phony card and scam the system to their own ends.
