Milblog Conference scheduled
There’s at least one of you out there who gives me shit when I don’t personally tell them when the Milblog Conference happens. Well, we got an email from the good folks at Milblogging.com announcing this year’s event will be on May 11th and 12th, so get off me already. I guess April has been too cold the past few years for the outdoor portions of the conference (cigar smoking).

Crap. That is Mother’s Day weekend. And I can’t make it for other personal reasons as well. Who the hell decided to monkey with the timeframe? It’s not too cold for cigar smoking – you goofballs had no trouble last year.
Conveniently there is no one with whom to lodge a complaint regarding the timeframe change via the MilBlogging.com site. Lovely.
First year ever that I’ll miss.
Definitely a not so good choice with it being Mother’s Day. *sigh*
