For many voters, Snake Eyes’ loss is a painful disappointment. While I don’t share your pain, I do understand it. But look at it this way: Snake Eyes is a retardate who likes to play dress up. Who but a moron or a reporter (sorry for the redundancy) could believe him to be anything but a section 8? Contrast that with Gunny Lauve, a pretender who pulled the wool over the eyes of many trusting folks. He claimed numerous awards and honors not his and, although he is long in the tooth now, he wasn’t when he started his charade. As the years passed his genuineness became more solidified, his medals, ribbons, and commendations heralded and unquestioned. Then it all imploded. The esteemed Gunny proved to be a fraud. This is the essence of Stolen Valor. The way I see it, Snake Eyes Jordan can return to his comic-book reality while Gunny reaps what he truly earned: membership in the dishonored Non-Elite Eight.
It’s looking like a final showdown between Soup Sandwich and Ballduster McSoulpatch. Reminds me of a transvestite slap fight I saw on Hay Street one night.

The non-elite 8 look to be in two groupings: just plain A-holes and true thieves of valor. The problem is that there is some cross over. This is going to be tough.

I hate the fact that Ballduster and the Lesbian Gay Pirate are meetinig so early. I really wanted to see both of them in the finals. Oh well such is life.

Wow, I hadn’t thought of Hay Street in years. AirCav’s opening was spot on. As stunned as I was by Jordan’s loss, #1 comment put it all in perspective. Most of these asshats I can laugh off. It is the Vets against the war posers that have me seeing red. Soupy versus Soulpatch? A nail-biter to be sure.

Deep down I knew that Snake eyes in all his vinyl siding glory just could not compare to Gunny Lauve’s war face. The lesbian pirate was a category on her own. Maybe her psychosis will put some struggling grad ste map. Maybe even an article in ‘Psychology Today’. Her ‘Photoshop’ed picture was more like an 8 year old playing with MS Paint.
God Dammit! I was SURE it was going to be Snake vs Soup.

Kidding, of course. I knew it was going to come down to a battle of Soup Sandwich versus Ballduster, but I’m guessing the people who made up the brackets kinda knew that all along (wink, wink.)
As for the “Dishonored Four”? Three #1 seeds and Mattis is my prediction.
