Poster subject to misinterpretation

| January 14, 2011

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) put this poster on the website of their California chapter the other day.

When the media got wind of it, they decided they’d take it down;

“I think it’s subject to misinterpretation,” spokesman Ibrahim Hooper told Fox News Radio when speaking about the poster. “We decided out of extreme caution to take it down.”

The poster was promoting a conference called “FBI Raids and Grand Jury Subpoenas: Know Your Rights and Defend Our Communities.” The keynote speaker is Hatem Abudayyeh, identified by CAIR as an activist and Palestinian community leader whose home was allegedly raided by federal agents in September.

Yeah, I don’t know how that poster can be misinterpreted. Clearly, CAIR is telling Muslims to not cooperate with the rest of us in the war against terror.

sure. Portraying the FBI like a neighborhood stalker instead of a legitimate law enforcement organization designed to keep people safe. . . its OBVIOUS that the viewers made the mistake.

So the question is when does this get kicked up from DOJ to counter Intel?

CAIR should be listed as a terrorist organization. That’s about all I have to say about that.

This simply pisses me off. My tolerance level for this type of behavior is getting pretty close to nil anymore.

#2 OT – CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator with terrorists. Their spokesman Hooper is a stranger to speaking the truth.

Similar to the “unofficial” program promoted by some “social activists” to “don’t be a snitch, bitch”. Hell, CAIR probably got the idea from some of those “converted” to Islam convicts.

I was listening to Alan Colmes’s radio program the other night. He was discussing Rep. King’s proposed congressional committee on radical Islam.

King asserted that many in the Muslim community would not snitch on a fellow Muslim, even if he had plans to commit gross acts of terrorism.

Colmes thought that this was the most ridiculous thing he’d ever heard. The idea that Muslims were not cooperating with law enforcement was just beyond the pale. I kept waiting for him to tell his audience how he knew that Muslims cooperated with law enforcement, and then he did. He explained that he’d had Muslim callers tell him so!

And because the Muslims who called into his show (purported to) cooperate with law enforcement, that means that all Muslims do.

Yes, there is a wall of silence among Muslims. Don’t snitch, even if your fundamentalist brother is stockpiling C4 in the backyard and mixing chemicals in the basement.
