What Is Sean Penn Up To in Haiti?

| August 31, 2010

Far-left actor Sean Penn has been attacking rapper Wyclef Jean in recent weeks over the latter’s desire to run for President in Haiti (he has been disqualified however). Sean Penn made this self-righteous blog post on HuffPo attacking Jean, in which Penn spends just as much time pumping himself up as he does explaining why Jean isn’t qualified. Penn also made these comments in an interview with Larry King:

“This is somebody who’s going to receive an enormous amount of support from the United States, and I have to say I’m very suspicious of it,” Penn, 49, who has been running a 55,000-person tent camp through his J/P Haitian Relief Organization,

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think a guy who has spent most of his life as a rapper and who ran a corrupt charity is qualified to run a country, much less a Burger King. But at the same time I have to wonder why Penn is really attacking Jean. Its no secret that Sean Penn has a hard-on for Hugo Chavez and considers him a friend.  Chavez has been trying to expand his influence throughout South America and the Caribbean by supporting politicians that would be sympathetic to his socialist ideology.  I would not consider it a stretch that Penn would be working to support a candidate that would be more friendly towards Venezuela and the Chavez regime. Discrediting Jean would no doubt strengthen any candidate that Penn and Chavez find acceptable.

Tell me… am I full of shit and Sean Penn really cares about the people of Haiti or is Sean Penn helping to install a Chavez-friendly regime in Haiti?

Naw, you ain’t full of it; Penn, a poster child for the Soros School of Hired Commie Bastards, obviously has big stakes in peddling the communist agenda via the political system there, hence his corrupt ‘charity’. We know that NO Hollywood narcissist EVER helps anyone unless he or she greatly profits by it, essentially using their wealth to buy slaves.

O Dan,
I’ll take door #2.
What business is it of Sean’s WHO runs the country, as long as he’s allowed to run his charity tent circus (I mean camp).
Unless he has a vested interest in something else. Which I think you may have spotted and nailed.
Several years ago I added Sean’s name to my list of Hollywierd actors who I would not listen to (which is most of them anyway) or whose movies I would not watch (which includes such luminary names as Stallone).

OD; you are right on the money. Penn is full of shit and the ACORN doesn’t fall far from the tree, since his daddy was a full blown commie (yes, I can say that with a straight face since his dad was an admitted and devout follower and lackey of the Kremlin), so it makes sense that he will try to find an angle to get the socialist/communist dictatorial regime cookin’ in Haiti. As for his tent city, it’s funny, but he isn’t there much, since he travels all over to be interviewed about living in the tent city, but I’m sure he doesn’t stay in a tent, to show solidarity, while out of Haiti.

There is only one movie that I will watch with Sean Penn in it, and it is because he HATES it…Fast Times at Ridgemont High. I always think STFU Spicolli everytime I see him.
