Add two more Fakes to the Wall of Shame.

| July 18, 2010

We have two more examples to show off on how low people are going for attention. I would like to introduce to you MCCUNE, ROBERT CHARLES.

He is claiming two purple hearts, Vietnam service with the 82nd Airborne Division, and A Warrant Officer. But his DD-214 says that the highest rank he got was a SFC with no combat deployments.

But the next person make him look like a saint. Let me introduce to you Worden, Christopher James.

Claims that he finished as Platoon Sergeant, but his DD-214 says otherwise. Also he was using laws that are meant to help Vets in succeed in the workforce.

The said part is that this is just from last month and I have not covered all of the POW site for June.

McCune looks familiar. 214 shows he was in the 240th Signal here in California…that’s in my Brigade.

Rotten son of a bitch.

Just looking at James’ picture tells me he’s full of it. First off, he’s a slick-sleeve (Private, E-1) in that photo; his coat is too big; his mustache and hair are way out of regs; and don’t get me started on a Marine wearing a boutonniere on his uniform….

Or Worden, Christopher James… Whatever his name is, he’s a bag of S***.

There was only one brigade, the third, of the 82nd. in Nam.
Deployed as a unit after Tet in 68. Most were vets and redeployed back to the states before a year. I do not recall seeing this person at the 40th. reunion in Dallas.

Actually other small elements of the 82nd were deployed to Nam in 1972 with the jeep mounted TOW missile. One of those deployments was named ‘Task Force Salvo’ where the 82nd TOW crews were deployed with personnel from D 1/12th Cav & D 2/8th Cav acting as security, etc. The 82nd personnel had removed their patches. A small group (4ea TOW jeeps, crews and security) was deployed to Kontum during the Easter Offensive to fight enemy armor. T-54 tanks were killed by the crew. I can personaly attest to this as a participant.

And funny, I don’t even see a NDSM on the douchebag.

NHSparky

Nevermind–I just reread the NDSM criteria.

Old Tanker

What the hell is that thing on that Marines lip? He saw combat alright….with caterpillars…and lost…

topgoz: You called it right on that shitbird’s photo. He never would have made it out of the company area with hair and a moustache like that.

Sporker, 240th Signal has been redesignated a few times since he was in. Anyone that I may know from the early 90’s is long gone from any contact.
