DC IVAW House seeking roomie for criminal enterprise

| February 26, 2010

It seems that Geoffrey “Stolen Valor” Millard and Stevie “Flake off to Canada” Yoczik have a new plan to act like dorks. Apparently, they think they can convince enough Joes in the DC National Guard to shirk their responsibilities like they did (Millard and Yoczik both went AWOL – Millard went to mommy’s house and Yoczik went to Canada).

Is there a lawyer out there who can explain to me how plotting to make the DC National Guard non-deployable isn’t treason? Of course, two pansy-assed punks who absconded and deserted would be anxious to drag a bunch of people down to their sub-whale shit level, but isn’t there some kind of law that covers this kind of criminal association to subvert our national security?

And $600/month for a room in DC is cheap? I lived a few blocks from the DC IVAW house and had a pretty nice and modern two-bedroom apartment for $1200 – you just need a room mate to share half the rent and you wouldn’t have to store your egg salad sandwich next to Adam Kokesh’s urine.

Why don’t they just put out an ad for a roommate; preferrably a dirty, hairy, hippy chick that will work cheap and help pay the bills?

I’m not a lawyer, but have heard this mentioned pervious times before and wonder if it might be applicable to what IVAW is doing:

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/718/usc_sec_18_00002387—-000-.html

(a) Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States:
(1) advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or
(2) distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which advises, counsels, or urges insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

Fuckers are treasonable c suckers, little difference between this and Lord Haw Haw, or Tokyo Rose

MinM: I have thought about that involving several instances, but to get it done would require a prosecutor wit balls. I haven’t seen that out of any of them.

Guys, this is a golden opportunity. I say we pass the hat, collect $500 bucks and get James O-Keefe and Hannah Giles to take their hidden camera in the IVAW house for a month.

It would take a strong stomach to watch the video, granted, but it would shut up these two goofballs and make sure neither one of them is ever able to run for Congress a few years from know.

Matt

I might consider paying to watch Hannah in a video. Just not sure I could stand to watch the nasty pogues.

Sedition, at the least. That is, if they ever get up the courage to go through with it. If not sedition, then certainly treason. Especially in time of war.

Line ’em up against the wall & shoot ’em. I volunteer to be on the firing squad.

OldTrooper

Woodman, I have some 5.56×45 rounds laying around here somewhere, so I will provide the ammo. If need be, I think I can scrounge up some 7.62×54, too.

UpNorth

Like OT said, a prosecution would require a prosecutor with balls. With Eric, we defend terrorists, Holder at DoJ, you’ll never find one who’d take this on.

Frankly Opinionated

To make a unit of American Defense “undeployable”,,,,,,,, H’mmmm seems very typically IVAW. If anyone suggests that this is IVAW, they immediately whip out a few small “help the wounded troops” incidences to make it all good and nice.
These two are not a bit different from my perception of all that is the yellow IVAW.

These fuckers are always asking for money. GET A REAL J-O-B. This is proof positive that IVAW is more about pushing their resistance that destroys Soldiers futures agenda instead of advocating for healthcare and other benefits for Service Members. When all these Guardsmen are broke and can’t get a job is IVAW going to provide them with a real job that might turn into a career? What about when they get sick? Is there an IVAW healthcare plan? I am all for speaking out against the war, but this shit is just plain stupid.

……Shall be fined shot under this title or imprisoned castrated not more than ten years times, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five hundred years next following his conviction…..

That’s more like it……

I’m not going to rip on Selena, but I’d love to hear her thoughts on this.

Casey read this—
Since its inception, the Ruckus Society has trained thousands of activists in the use of “agitation and disruption techniques.” The training sessions contain “cerebral elements as well as physical, classroom-style instruction for action planning, communicating with the media, building leadership and political analysis, and nonviolent philosophy and practice.” Among the topics taught are “street blockades,” “police confrontation strategies,” and “using the media to your advantage.” Trainees learn ways to goad police into overreaction and to cause problems for those they target. Dozens of leftist groups send their elite protestors to Ruckus Society trainings
The Ruckus Society is a member organization of the United for Peace and Justice anti-war coalition . The Ruckus Society also endorsed a May 1, 2003 document titled “10 Reasons Environmentalists Oppose an Attack on Iraq,” which was published by Environmentalists Against War.

Financial backers of the Ruckus Society include the Turner Foundation, the Tides Foundation, the Foundation for Deep Ecology, the Ben & Jerry’s Foundation, the Compton Foundation, and others.

Casey; the reason I like you, even though we disagree on a few things, is that you and I are of the same mindset about helping the Vets/Warriors. That is why I get so pissed off when I read about the under the hood gang and that tea cup place outside Ft. Lewis. They aren’t interested in helping the troops, but are more interested in their anti-war screeds and using the troops to accomplish that agenda. They don’t pay the price for their bullshit, just the unfortunate troop that gets suckered in. I hate to see soldiers go to the jug because they bought into the crapola being spewed by the likes of these morons.

Casey J Porter

Yeah OldTrooper, these idiots at the DC House are thinking cause first, Guardsmen, or any other service member last. They talk about they are doing things for Vets, but it never seems to be anything they can prove. It never makes the front page of their site or even in a posting like this one lower down on the main page. IVAW doesn’t give a shit about the Vet in any way. I dare someone to prove it to me showing me action they’ve taken to get better healthcare and benefits. I want real, tangible proof.

fm2176

Just think, if these guys were active duty military stationed in or around DC, they’d be getting at least $1356 tax-free each month for housing, unless they were living in barracks that cost them nothing. My BAH when I left was $2058 and my rent was only $1140.

Anyone stupid enough to leave a cushy place in the DC Guard for a group like IVAW deserves what they get.

Sporkmater

Why has Millard not been hit with a stolen valor arrest yet? Seems with the high number of people we have gotten before he should have behind bars for a while now.

Mike Bradley

I wonder if we could set them up but you would have some ass hole lawyer come back on us like they did in the acorn deal where they where tricked into being corrupt. If we got someone to wear a wire we could bust them but—- the poor things would cry we entrapped them.

I can say one in DC learned that they left a chapter out of the Ruckus book. When it comes to pushing this old Nam Vet– I shared his shirt with a fine group of guys from Vietnam Vets MC from NC. Part of his shirt still hangs on my Harley’s handlebar. I am old school– I learned from ruckus on friday, saturday nights.

Don’t be hater and try and squash my cash cow. IVAW and being a snotty radical is my paycheck, I don’t speak at an event unless I get a a paycheck! If I don’t get paid, I don’t speak a word for anybody, this is how I make my money!!!! And that CIB and medals pulls in a few extra bucks!!!
