Louisiana Judge Accused of Stolen Valor

| May 5, 2025 | 46 Comments

District Judge Tiffany Foxworth-Roberts of Louisiana faces potential removal from office following a damning report by the state’s Office of Special Counsel. The OSC has recommended her immediate removal for “egregious unethical conduct” after investigating multiple serious allegations. The judge, who campaigned as a Democrat while highlighting “conservative family values,” allegedly fabricated her military background during her 2020 campaign, claiming to be an Army Captain who served in three wars when records indicate she never rose above First Lieutenant and would have been too young to serve in Desert Storm.

Additionally, Foxworth-Roberts is accused of misleading police and insurance investigators regarding a reported car burglary involving a $19,000 diamond ring. Investigators claim she provided conflicting accounts about the theft’s location and failed to disclose her insurance claim. The judge allegedly obstructed the investigation by ignoring subpoenas, providing false information, and lying under oath. A hearing is scheduled for May 23 to determine her judicial future, with the OSC recommending both removal and financial penalties.

Louisiana Judge Stands Accused In Saga Involving Alleged Stolen Valor, Diamond Rings, Auto Theft and Insurance Fraud – Investigation Finds She Misrepresented Her Military Career

May 4, 2025  |  By Samuel Lopez – USA Herald

[Louisiana] – It sounds like the plot of a courtroom thriller: a high-ranking judge with conservative credentials, a stolen diamond ring, suspicious car theft, and a web of lies about military valor. But this is no fictional drama. It’s playing out in real life, in real courtrooms, with real consequences.

District Judge Tiffany Foxworth-Roberts of Louisiana is now facing the legal and ethical reckoning of her career after an explosive report by the state’s Office of Special Counsel (OSC) concluded that she should be immediately removed from the bench for a pattern of “egregious unethical conduct.”

Then…

Foxworth-Roberts, who ran as a Democrat but branded herself as the embodiment of “conservative family values,” is accused of fabricating key elements of her military background during her 2020 judicial campaign.

Her ads claimed she was a U.S. Army Captain who served in Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In reality? Investigators say she never rose above First Lieutenant, and being born in 1974, she would have only been 16 years old during Desert Storm.

It is not hard to imagine a young lady of 16 runnin’ and gunnin’ in the sandbox, with camo paint for makeup, a signal mirror for its application, a knife clenched in her teeth, etc. The imagination is a powerful thing.

Nothing to see here folks, keep moving. It’s OK when the Demonrats do it.

A Proud Infidel®™

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Has she thrown her ACME® Race Victim Card™ yet?

Odie

You know she’s rummaging through her purse right now. One would think it would be right on
top of her drivers license or credit cards, available in an instant.

Hack Stone

Right next to her bottle of hot sauce.

FuzeVT

Probably not hard to find. . . sitting there on her shoulder and all.

RCAF-CHAIRBORNE

Maybe her weave is on too tight?

akpual

It sure is more popular to be a veteran these days. Much more so than when I got out. I guess I’m an old man yelling at clouds.

It’s that 10% discount at Home Depot that does it.

Thunderstixx

And 5% on ammo at Cabela’s !!!
It remains the best decision of my life.
It was an honor and a privilege to serve America.
An adventure beyond my wildest dreams.

Home Depot also gives it to Vets with substandard discharges.

Fuck them.

Judge Tiffany Foxworth-Roberts is currently reviewing employee records for anyone on her staff with a history of DUI’s, bankruptcies and no doors on their mailboxes to assign them a “special task” to address these allegations online.

Someone shoud call up Lori Benton.

Being born in 1974 its possible for her to have received a SWASM for SOUTHERN WATCH or PROVIDE COMFORT, thats the same as DESERT STORM isn’t it.

Promotion to Captain is four years undocumented misconduct, so what did she do to get passed over twice?

5JC

She definitely got passed over twice for captain and separated. I’m curious too since the promotion rate for nurses is near 100% unless…. they fail their boards. They will keep you until you pass or time is expired.

She claims she served twice, first as enlisted and later as a nurse. Since she didn’t graduate from nursing school until 2001 She would have gotten dropped around 2004 so whatever it was had to have been pretty significant.

MIRanger

It’s probably something simple like…she meant to take the exam, but things just kept coming up. Then the Army got all mean and angry and kicked her out for no good reason!

Peter the Bubblehead

They stopped giving out the SWASM before Southern Watch. My crew expected to be awarded that as part of the JCS Battle Group participating in OSW in 1998 but we got the AFEM instead.
Also, I was given the NDSM for joining in 1995, still considered a part of Desert Storm. They stopped giving it out about a year later until 9/11 occurred.
But I have never considered myself a Veteran of Desert Storm.

Typical lying demcrat. Saying I’m a veteran, conservative and have family values only to get elected. Then revert back to being a typical dem. Someone better check all the cases she had, my guess is favoritism with bribes. And sticking it to any real conservatives in her judgements, and sentencing. A real a-hole!

5JC

Impossible, Democrats don’t lie. Read it in the media today.

Never made it past 1LT? How in the hell do you do that? I saw the biggest idiots still get to make CPT. Hell, my BDE HHC commander was relieved as a platoon leader when he was in the 82nd, then, when he was our CO he scored three letters of reprimand while we were in Kosovo. I may or may not have got the ball rolling on one of those for a physical security violation involving the company armsroom.

A Proud Infidel®™

Among the Officers i knew during my Military Career, their consensus was that promotion to 1LT was just for showing up when told, and making CPT was almost a given, those I saw thrown out as 1LT’s were 24K “Ash and Trash”!

USAFRetired

Promotion to !LT was a perfect attendance award and Capt was 4 years undocumented mis conduct.

Over the years I encountered several who were passed over to Capt once even twice but usually that was because they had a DUI or similar buffoonery in their records.

I only knew of one who failed promotion based purely on his own incompetence.

Yikes! They’re attaching the sacred cow of the Democratic Party: the educated black woman. However, her memory id fuzzing when comes to doing math 1990-1974=16 and the whereabout to a diamond ring. I’m sure she’ll be screaming ray-is-em and a defense,

Nice weave or is that be a wig-hat on she haid.

She has a perm imitating a white woman, so can we say cultural misappropriation? Asking for nobody in particular, just wondering outloud.

She can be their corporate attorney and/or nurse.

Should have been a huge red flag from the gitgo. “Hi, I’m a Democrat and I’m conservative. Red lights flashing, loud PA announcements, sirens all should have started.

Odie

I wouldn’t say there are no conservative democrats, but I have yet to meet any.

Claw

This whole foo-fer-aw has to do with her Gulf War NDSM and its eligibility period. The eligibility for Reserve Component Soldiers was granted on 8 Oct 91 and the entire NDSM period was 02 Aug 90 to 30 Nov 95.

Since she received a NDSM somewhere during that period for her first enlistment, doesn’t that mean she is a Gulf War Combat Veteran? /s/s/s/s/s

Jimbojszz

NDSM. only need to be in the service during the period of issuance. Location is not a requirement. No combat required.

This goes back to October 2024.

(paste)
As Foxworth-Roberts campaigned for a state judgeship in 2020,
advertisements billed her as a veteran who rose to the rank of captain in the U.S. Army and served in three wars: Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Judiciary Commission says, though, that Foxworth-Roberts actively fought its efforts to obtain her military records, which showed that she never attained the rank of captain and that she was just 16 years old during Desert Storm.

So is Florida GOP Congressman Cory Mills.
Yes. (Now) Accused of Stolen Valor.

He was awarded the Bronze Star in 2021, for actions in 2003.
Now..
NO ONE REMEMBERS HIM, including those he allegedly “saved”.

Who TF wrote up that Bronze Star recommendation 18 years later?

Who TF? Here’s who TF.

Jimbojszz

Nice story by this general, lot of BS. I can see why he signed off on Mills claim. He’s not competent.

Jimbojszz

I had an acquaintance who received a bronze star for his service in Korea, by a congressman. Later it was determined he was the cook and guarded prisoners too. Didn’t earn the bronze star as it turned out. He unfortunately died before explaining how and why he was entitled to receive it. The congressman was using documents provided by the individual. He was very vocal about his service and was very involved in different veteran groups. He had to tarnish his record. Why do people do this?

MarineDad61

Jimbojszz,
When being a veteran cook, a really good and respected cook,
just isn’t enough for some cooks.
