Man fatally shot while allegedly trying to break into a car near UTSA, SAPD says
It happened at an apartment complex less than two minutes from the UTSA campus.

SAN ANTONIO — A man was shot and killed while allegedly trying to break into a car near the UTSA campus, police say.
San Antonio Police were dispatched to the 13900 block of Babcock Road near UTSA Boulevard around 2:23 a.m. Monday for reports of a shooting.
Officers arrived at The Reserve San Antonio, which is less than two minutes from the UTSA campus, and found a gunshot victim mortally wounded. Online it says this is student housing but they do lease to the public, so it’s unclear who may have been involved.
Investigators say a 26-year-old man heard glass break from the parking lot. That man found the suspect believed to be between the age of 18 – 25 sitting inside of his car. SAPD confirmed the suspect was breaking into cars.
The car owner fired one round at the suspect hitting him in the side of his chest.

CONROE, Texas — An investigation is underway after Conroe police shot and killed an assault suspect late Monday night, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Brett Ligon.This happened just before midnight at a home in the Chapel Run subdivision. Conroe police said officers were responding to a call of a domestic disturbance.
When officers arrived at the scene, they said they could hear a woman screaming inside the home. They went into the home and said they found a man armed with a gun holding a woman in a headlock.
Officials said officers tried to de-escalate the situation and that’s when the man allegedly pointed his gun at them. Both officers shot at the suspect.

Actually, Tox, we have a trifecta of DRTs counting the dumbass in the video. Makes it all the more sweeter. Cops seem to cop (c what I did there) an attitude when they’re fired upon…Cops also love them some mag dumps. “Keep shooting til he knows he’s dead.” Heh heh Kudos to the student that put one (1) round center mass and got the job done. One has to wonder if the lad was using God’s Holy Caliber or just happened to hit the sweet spot.
