Bill Hayden reportedly claimed to be a SEAL. Retired Navy SEAL says, “Nope!”
Bill Hayden, Sussex County Commissioner, stated that he was leaving the Republican Party. This comes in the aftermath of four of his fellow Republicans voting to censure him for misconduct. The censure also included allegations of stolen valor. Hayden claimed to be a Navy SEAL and he also claimed to be a Marine. The article mentions a veteran who claims that Hayden did not serve in the U.S. Armed forces.
From the New Jersey Globe:
In response to a Freedom of Information Act request obtained by the New Jersey Globe, the U.S. Nav [sic] said they were “unable to identify Mr. Hayden as a member or former member of the U.S. Marine Corps or Marine Corps Reserve. His name does not appear in the SEAL Database.
“William J. Hayden never completed SEAL training, and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL or a Navy Underwater Demolition Team member,” a retired Navy SEAL who investigates people who make false claims of military service.
Other statements obtained by the New Jersey Globe state that Hayden had told them he was a Navy SEAL, suggesting that he was involved in the killing of drug cartel boss Pablo Escobar and that he was shot multiple times.
“He told me that he didn’t have a Purple Heart because it was a secret mission, and he doesn’t appear on the Internet because of what he did was a secret,” a former girlfriend said in a statement “He told me he was afraid of Escobar’s son, so he liked to keep a low profile.”
His stepson said he and his wife “heard Bill mention on numerous occasions his time in the military. He has mentioned on numerous occasions his time in the SEALS.”
Hayden claimed to have been wounded in combat and said he served during the Operation Gothic Serpent in Mogadishu, a onetime friend said.
A veteran who knows Hayden confirmed that the county commissioner told him stories of his exploits as a SEAL team member.
“I have been informed that Bill was never in the Navy or any other armed force of the United States,” the veteran said. “If this is true, he should be ashamed of himself for his stolen valor. If true, the general public should be made aware of these lies, and he should suffer the public shame and humiliation of his wrongdoing.”
The New Jersey Globe is withholding names to protect individuals who came forward from retaliation.
Records show that Hayden took a veterans exemption on his taxes.
The New Jersey Globe provides additional details.

Is the fact that he’s an affirmed valor thief and all-around scumbag his reason for leaving the Republican Party? If so, I say, “Adios, shitbag! You certainly won’t be missed!”
What’s more shocking is that the Democrats won’t take him.
Are ya sure about that? I mean are ya really sure about that?
Chief Don Shipley Strikes Again!
a former girlfriend said in a statement “He told me he was afraid of Escobar’s son, so he liked to keep a low profile.”
Whenever I am trying to keep a low profile I run for public office just like Nicky Haley.
If you want to keep a low profile, just start a proud but humble woman owned business that sells Red Hat Software to the Federal Government. There is a web design company in the National Capital Region who have been looking for Psul to pay his $8000 for close to 9 years now.
…But not so low profile that he wouldn’t tell every woman he met or picked up in bars or nightclubs. Or at work with random co-workers.
When I had my “throwaway” Facebook account, I contacted the women on the phony’s/embellishers friends list and asked them if the stolen valor article “was true.” Having the very folks, that one tried to impress, question their phony persona tended to get sock puppets to this site. Unfortunately, that throwaway account is still inactive pending verification.
The sock puppets are what I miss the most from this site. They were glorious.
Jonn frequently exposed them as using the same IP address as the POSer. This may have deterred some of them from using the sock puppet ploy. They were fun to chew on.
I missed this on the first go round, but he claimed to be involved in the shooting of Pablo Escobar? He was killed by the Search Bloc and Los Pepes, and NOT some random wannabe SEAL.
If I remember, escobar was capped on the roof after he went out the window and the American involved shot him as he was lying prone on the roof.
He must have watched the early 1990s movie, “Sniper.” These phonies like to spin tales of their secret ninja missions on movies and novels related to special operations.
Looks to me like a pretty wide profile and I doubt he could
run at all.
Never passed a fridge he didn’t open….
And stay out of fast-food restaurants. If they were looking for him, keeping an eye out on places where people could eat a lot could cut down on search time.
Senior Chief, according to Wikipedia:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Shipley_(Navy_SEAL)
We’re all quite familiar with Don “The Hair” Shipley. This asshat has far more reason to fear the Shipleys than any of the Escobar family.
We all enjoyed Don’s videos exposing the SEAL fakers before he put his content behind a paywall. The Shipleys were responsible for putting our beloved Bernasty behind bars.
“….” a retired Navy SEAL who investigates people who make false claims of military service.”
I was wondering if that was Chief “The Hair” Shipley.
The Hair makes things happen!
Turd.
With apologies to Don and Phil Everly, honorably discharged Marine veterans:
He’s a Turd Dog!
💩 🐕
Or a huge, steaming pile of Phil Monkress.
Nothing says ‘low profile’ like running for public office.
I thought the same…if you’re worried about retaliation from a cartel, appearing on the news while campaigning seems an interesting way of hiding in plain sight.
“I can no longer be a member of the evil opressive RethugliKKKan party because integrity is racist and discriminatory against morally challenged persons.”
Facebook is open but I was blocked as soon as I posted links to the article.

He has your comment hidden, it looks like he’d do that to the rest of us. He wants your post to have “a low profile.”
Here ya are Bill. Just fill in your name and today’s date…
And a little musical interlude to celebrate this achievement:

Obviously a member of Meal Team Six. Lead the assault on the Buffet Bar at the Golden Corral.
Lying POS, standing on the bodies and in the blood of True Warriors.
PHUQUE HEEEM!
All the fat-assed phonies served in Meal Team 6. It also appears he never served which begs the question: who’s worse? The phonies that never served a day, or those that did and should fucking know better?
All lying turds fall ‘fore the mighty blade of TAH’s sword.
That being said, my vote is those that should know better, like Anthony John Benardello here.
Heck, even dudes who spend a whopping 36 days in basic! (forgot that MFer’s name…)
I forgot about that loser.
The loser that Roh-Dog cited is Robert Danny (Maggot) Hay of Helena, MT. He spent a grand total of 36 days (7 Oct 70 – 13 Nov 70) in the Marines before getting kicked out with just an NDSM.
The Brotherhood weeps.
Yep.
He is a loser as well.
Not even close to the vaunted Gunga Dan Rather line of 110 days.
What’s the record for the fewest number of days in boot camp for a phony? Anyone know?
16 days.
That’s more time than what Blowfish spent sitting in the National Guard waiting to be kicked out.
The shortest stint on active duty was rung up by Ron Etzig. He had 16 days total elapsed time (04 May 2009 – 20 May 2009) in the Army.
A close second was Sam Samford with 19 days in the Navy (22 Nov 78 – 11 Dec 78).
This is why you have “TAH job ‘security'”, Keeper of All Things Data.
Ron Etzig
Same dude?

(Scroll down)
Yep. Same guy. Full name is Ronald Thomas Etzig.
Once again, shitbirds in basic continue as shitbirds and fraudsters/and or criminals in civilian life.
Special kind of losers they are….
16 days of Active Duty? They must have started the separation package as soon as he stepped off of the bus. Hack Stone will defer to those who did their time on the Drill Field, but it probably takes at least ten working days to do an entry level separation package. Let’s send this post to the booth for review.
I need to make a small correction to my statement above about Ron Etzig being the shortest stint on active duty record holder, as there is a co-record holder. Her name was Julee Johns and she also spent 16 days in Marine Boot Camp (06 Jan 97 – 21 Jan 97) before being shit-canned.
Mea Culpa
Did you check out that link to the news article where his fellow council members censured him? He showed up, ate a McDonalds meal, then beat flat feet out of there “due to a medical emergency”. He must have run out of Sweet & Sour dip for his Chicken McNuggets.
He is pulling his shit in North Jersey, he should head on down the Turnpike to Burlington County and hook up with Gunny Highway. They can drive “medical paint” around South Jersey.
(Last time Hack checked Gunny Driveway’s LinkedIn profile, he had a job driving “medical paint to their appointments.)
He ate meal team six.
Any time spent away from “home” or any other periods of unknown whereabouts probably means he was incarcerated somewhere.
This has been a common theme among these posers. Instead of simply admitting that they were serving time, they come up with this “secret service, secret special operations,” nonsense. When trying to impress a woman, this becomes more of a motivator. This is an example of what Jonn meant by stolen valor being the rancid cherry on top of the poop sundae. Poor judgment calls that shortened their military service if they served, and the poor judgment calls that they made throughout life, put them in position to where they have to point to a “noble” cause that explains their “less than stellar” current status.
Now THIS case definitely has the potential to attract a Sock Puppet or two.
From your mouth to God’s ears.
Let us pray.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.
Obligatory post:
Fucking bad ass!
Some enterprising band really needs to do a metal version of that.
OH, HELL YEAH!!!!
“Pray for their souls as we destroy their bodies…a chicken could not live on that field when we open on it.” BG (CSA) Edward Porter Alexander statement during the Battle of Fredericksburg from Marye’s Heights.
To serve the guns…Artillery…The King of Battle! “Bringing dignity to what would be otherwise considered a vulgar brawl.”
I’ve been lucky in this life, doubly so to spend a good amount of time in F-burg.
Looking out from Chatham Manor you can still see the blackpowder smoke hanging in air.
May We never tread those roads once’gain.
“May we never tread those roads once’gain.” Testify!
This time…We ride together!
During one of my history presentations, a number of years back, I was asked if we would see another “Civil War”. My answer was that we probably wouldn’t see another WBTS, but there was a good chance that a number of Americans would rise up against DC politicians and their imported terrorists and restore our Republic. And here we are…it’s coming.
Received another shipment of seeds from Sam’s Garden Accessories in the Sooner State this past week.
Prepare
I just read an article, in a veteran magazine, detailing how urban warfare had to be conducted during the Mexican-American war. It wasn’t just the cannon balls bouncing off the houses that convinced them that they needed to clear house by house.
Our founding fathers saw themselves as Englishmen, even after the shot heard around the world. The saying about the tree of liberty needed to be watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants from time to time, as well as the preference to living a dangerous liberty than to have peaceful slavery, references their own history. Civil wars were fought in England, and what would later be known as the American Revolution was initially thought to be one of these series of civil wars. The founding fathers understood that the people had a right to peacefully assemble and present grievances with the expectation that the government would address those grievances to their satisfaction.
If someone finds his personal Facebook profile, then reaches out to the women on his friends list, that might happen. This is how I helped get sock puppets to this site when Jonn was still around. Unfortunately, my throwaway Facebook account is inactive pending verification.
Another thing that we did to get sock puppets to this site was to keep mentioning things like, Bill Hayden, phony SEAL, phony Marine, for Google hits. This site quickly topped the list when their names were searched.
Who knew that shemaghs were to hold multiple chins in place.
That looks more like a tablecloth from Shakey’s Pizza.
He left the Republican Party alright, to head to greener pastures at All-Points Logistics.
He must be the brother to meal team six
This fat, ugly motherfucker got no love on Valentine’s Day but he did have some Mickey D burgers!

” As described by two members of the five-member board: “He was here, ate his McDonald’s, then walked out.”
So the board meets at McDonalds?
Was Chris Christie there? Seems Hayden should cozy up to him.
Budget cuts.
Bill Hayden’s (phony SEAL/phony Marine) explanation afterwards: I came, I ate, I left.
Lying rat bastard, I suspect Republicans are breathing a sigh of relief at the fact this fat fucktard has decided he’s too good for the party…
Seems like taking material items meant for veterans smells like fraud to some degree, perhaps some DA will be able to address this deception with the same vigor this turd told his tall tales of derring didn’t…
One of the major differences between democrats and republicans is that republicans tend to quickly purge the party of their crooks and frauds, while the democrats tend to re-elect theirs. This only my unscientific observation, and is not 100% accurate. Your milage may vary, subject to state and local regulations.
Your unscientific observation is not only matched by our nonscientific observations, but is also matched by books written on media bias that pulled up instances where crime and corruption related to Democrats were swept under the rug, not reported, put aside by distracting stories, etc. In those instances where they held their noses and reported a Democrat politician involved with corruption, they left out the “D” at the end of the name where they gladly left the “R” next to a Republican in the same situation… And they wonder why they hemorrhaged viewers.
Any indications that there may be a motorcycle and a snazzy leather vest adorned with POSer bling involved anywhere in all of this epic dumbassery?
There is a good shot of him on a poor horse on his book of fake. The animal looks like he is about to collapse any second.
5JC,
The Three Stooges are on it.
They asked for a horse, and got this.
Back in the late 1990s, I remember watching a documentary about the Spanish-American War. Veterans from both sides of the Civil War returned to fight this war. They showed one of the Civil War veteran officers, about to deploy to Cuba, sitting on his horse. He was obese and seemed out of proportion to the horse he was on. The horse in your image came to my mind when seeing that photo.
The calls for the resignation of Bill Hayden, phony SEAL, phony Marine, (google hit), are coming in:
https://newjerseyglobe.com/local/sussex-gop-leaders-lawmakers-want-hayden-to-resign/
Hmm, perhaps “Escobar’s son” is code for low calorie diet.
Cocksucker.
Let’s see Mr. BigDog Bill Hayden match up with the Missouri hay-moving state trooper!

WOW!
Ok, what the hell is this exemption yall talk about?
“Records show that Hayden took a veterans exemption on his taxes.”
Is this a State Tax thing? I never seen a statement about it on my Federal Returns. And they just take your word for it without proof?
I’m in Florida so no state taxes for me. So a little uneducated here if it’s a State Tax thing.
Mike

Arizona doesn’t tax military retirement pay, that’s the only “veteran’s exemption” I’m aware of.
Found this for New Jersey. See link at end for more information.
“You are eligible for a $6,000 exemption on your New Jersey Income Tax return if you are a military veteran who was honorably discharged or released under honorable circumstances from active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States on or any time before the last day of the tax year.”
Once you certify the first time with applicable supporting documents, you are basically grandfathered. DD214, ID Card etc.
Which begs the question that if he applied for and got the exemption what did he use as his proof? Plus if as the article states he had never served in the military, then
A) He had to have had a document showing he was honorably discharged,
B) If no military service a forged/fake document or did they just take his word?
C) He lied on a government document.
Lots of questions that’s for sure, and the more I think about it, the more pissed off I get.

Mike B,
The same phony turds that eek out an illegal LICENSE PLATE
from their state DOTs….
can certainly pull the same phony doc shit
to eek out an illegal tax exemption.
I’ll guess the NJ tax office
will act on this much more effectively (now)
than the NJ DOT license plate desk.
NOTE – Photo NOT from New Jersey, but rather,
Phony Purple Heart Thomas Cole from Indiana.
True MarineDad61.
Just fucking ridiculous how many politicians seem to be getting caught/accused of Stolen Valor as of lately. They need to make the punishment more severe and start throwing the book at these people.
Hell Florida says that to get a free vehicle registration with the Disabled Veterans Tag, property tax exemption, free driver’s license, free hunting and fishing license you must provide one of the following DD-214 showing disabled, or retirement orders showing disabled, or VA letter showing disabled. Locally they will only accept the VA letter with no explanation as to why, and will verify it with the VA. But other counties in Florida seem to make it easier, thus making it easier for these thieves.
Had the first two, but hadn’t done my VA paperwork at the time. So off to the VA to get a rating and letter saying “Hey you are 100% permanently broken, no need to come back”.
Yet these ass hats churn out fake documents and letters with no issues and get benefits that the rest of us have to jump through hoops to get.
Rant over, time to chill out with the fur monsters (Female Siberian Husky and Male Alaskan Malamute-Siberian Husky mix). They’ll calm me down with their goofy antics…..!

If he killed Pablo Escobar and the missions were so secret that there is no record of it, doesn’t that mean he is violating disclosure laws by telling people? Maybe we should charge him with spillage of clad information and watch him provide evidence that he was nothing to prove his innocence!
Speaking of SEALs and being nothing…
UPDATE – More details…. including from the estranged wifey.
(Paste) Fantasia said that as Hayden’s stories seemed to get wilder,
some began doubting them.
“People began asking questions, especially when he began telling us he was part of the mission that took out Pablo Escobar,” she said.
“Then, one day, his (soon-to-be) ex-wife told me he had never served in the military, and I suddenly realized why he never touted the fact he was a veteran while running for office.”
Wife grows suspicious
Hayden’s estranged wife, Jocelyn, said her suspicions grew and eventually she contacted Donald Shipley, a retired Navy SEAL who makes a living exposing cases of stolen valor, when people falsely claiming military awards or medals they did not earn or service they did not perform.
“I was stunned to find out he had been lying to me for so long,” she said. “He even had scars on his body he told me were bullet wounds. For years, he told me had served in SEAL Team Six. It was always SEAL Team Six.”
Paul Breslin, who has been working on tax returns for three decades in his Montague office, said anyone claiming veteran status, as Hayden did on more than one return, is making it clear that they served in the military.
“Anyone who claims veterans exemption is telling the state of New Jersey that they are a veteran and their taxable income should be reduced by that veterans exemption as far as calculating the taxable income,” he said.
(BONUS) – In response to inquiries about his client’s service and income tax returns, Hayden’s attorney, Robert Kovic, said Hayden never claimed to have served in the Navy and that
“he doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone.”

UPDATE – Phony Navy SEAL Bill Hayden is SUING.

At the start of the Feb. 28 commissioners meeting,
Hayden had threatened to sue anyone
who spoke out against him during the public session.
Among the complaints are of “stolen valor,”
claims that he has falsely bragged of being a Navy SEAL
and even claimed veterans exemption on his state income tax return.
