The “victim” bled out in the front yard before the Po-Po could arrive. That’s just sad.
Caution.
Thanks as usual to our Gun Bunny and Old Tanker for today’s links.
Pocket Pistol for ya, Tox.

So much goodness in today’s posting.
Continuing with the petite pocket pistol theme, but bringing it into he 20th century, and with a design by Saint JMB, HBHN. What’s not to like?
The top video asks a good question, instead of down-scaling a 1911 from 45ACP to 9mm, why doesn’t someone up-scale a 1903 32ACP /1908 380 to 9mm? Might be interesting to see if there’s any difference between the two end products.
As for Hickock45 and his 30-30 “pocket revolver”…..I guess some people’s definition of a “pocket” is different from others.
And to round things up, that lovely auburn tressed Ms Thang, with her green dress and matching accessory 1911…..hand me a towel..
Kaitin Bennett again, I see: How My Graduation Photo Changed My Life – Kaitlin Bennett’s Story – AR15.COM…
It’s wise not to say too much without an attorney being present, but I would think that one group cooperating with authorities, so long as their stories line up, would help investigators side with them over an uncooperative group that seems to have been the aggressors. After all, the “victim” approached the shooter’s residence and confronted him with a gun, to which the shooter reacted and proved more willing and/or capable of eliminating the threat.
Home invasion scenarios are scary. You never know the mindset or intent of the person violently seeking to gain access. This is why I generally like having a few options spread around the house, from the rusty old Rossi .38 in the garage, with loose ammo hidden nearby, to various handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Once I have it checked out and buy ammo for it, even the old 1892 may go on the wall as an unthreatening looking antique that can still pack a punch.
I personally don’t consider them practical EDC pistols, but the Browning 1911-380s are nice and tiny. I could see something like this 1911-380 Medallion Stainless Engraved/Compact (browning.com) tucked away in a man’s or woman’s formalwear. It would be more aesthetic than carrying a Glock or SIG, while still offering a means of defense.

“…victim…” *sigh* I do believe that Danica mis-spelled “‘hood rat”. I’m sure that all the ones involved in this fracas were in the Choir Loft this morning.
When seconds count, the popo are only multiple minutes away. BZ Citizen.
Flu-ruh-duh man (and woman) strike again. The female driver (store clerk) was in cahoots with the robber/shooter.
“A JOHN BROWNING MASTERPIECE” EVERYTHING designed by HMS JMB (HBHN) is a Masterpiece…Just as is the Masterpiece God designed in the Drop Dead Gorgeous Ms Thang Kaitin Bennett. No doubt at all that Our Very Own Beloved AW1Ed lubs his Gun Bunny and wants to make him happy. ‘Ed had made mention that I would like today’s Gunz Girl “a lot”. Kid Squid (ht2 Poe) knows me too well. Full disclosure…The Gun Bunny is head over heels in lust with her and would repeal the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, just to become her personal Man Servant. He would build Churches in her wake, just so he could worship the ground that she walks on. The epitome of a cause of Global Warming being as she is SO very HOT! HONEY HUSH! Would cause any real man to go from a pocket rocket pistol to a trouser cannon…and make any woman pea green with envy that they were not constructed as well. The 1911 is cute, too.
speaking of Browning masterpieces, I believe he designed both the .380 and .25 rounds.
Yes, you are correct, he did.
The “victim” bled out on the lawn. Not a problem, blood makes the grass grow.
