Two up, two down
Doesn’t pay to fuck around.
If it works, I guess it’s OK if it’s fugly as all hell. “…it could serve well as a lightweight, compact varmint-hunting rig.” No indication in today’s FGS if the KelTec was used to take out the two (2) two (2) legged oxygen stealing parasitic varmints that were featured in today’s twofer. Wouldn’t mind having two of them meself for…reasons. Anyone else feel the same way too?
It is absurd that we are allowing all of the atrocities from the grubermint to be committed.
Curiosity question……..
Has the 5.7 been around long enough for avid shooters to start reloading?
From that; do the 5.7 and the 5.56 use the same diameter bullets? Or are they two non-interchangeable diameters?
Been around a while,a 5.7 is what Hassan used at Ft. Hood. .223 bullets are used, it’s one of those marketing plots to call it a 5.7…after all, 5.56 is already taken. Reloading is done (especially when the ammo hit $1 a round!) – it is relatively straightforward EXCEPT due to the funky magazines of many of the 5.7s there is a shellac-type coating on the cartridge case which has to be touched up occasionally to make feeding reliable. Had a buddy who reloaded it 10 years ago.
“Bring up a youth in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it”
Well, if he’s brought up dead, he’ll never try to rob someone at gunpoint, will he?
I rather like the Joseph Heller line from Catch-22: “Well, he died. You don’t get any older than that.”
Very true. I know many men and women who are far older than I despite spending many fewer years in this mortal coil.
