Imagine the surprise had he not succumbed to that fatal wound. Thanks again for the links, Gun Bunny.
Political tags – such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth – are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire.

Some will get this.
Good one!
Had to explain it to the wife!
Once upon a long ago, I and other “practical” shooters were at supper after a match. Some yoots walked in, Hoodies up. Dark glasses, baggy pants. Hands in Hoodie pocket.
It’s Florida summer. 95/95.
They are looking around nervously.
As they nod collectively, some wag called out “STAND BY!”
They immediately left.
We never did figure out who said it. Everyone claimed to hear it. From “someone else”.
Since the yoots were approximately surrounded, a beeping watch could have made news history.
Missed opportunity.

“Maldonado is a nickname used to indicate an individual who was ugly or ignorant, from the Spanish mal donado meaning “ill favored,” from mal, meaning “badly,” plus donado, meaning “given, endowed.” He also has “poor victim selection skilz”. Stoned, stoopid, ugly, and nekkid is no way to go thru life.
A young, gud boi, who dindu nuffin, has his criminal career cut short when he decides to fornicate about and he discovers. Bless his heart.
Beware the day that those of us that just wanted to be left alone decide to separate from the human race those that want to control us.
A classic frame depicted today. Smooth lines, well built, properly accessorized, and just the right size. The rifle’s nice too.
My neck of the woods, almost, for the first story. Incidentally, my first AR-15 since my AWB-era Bushmaster XM177E2S is the AR-556 MPR. Decent rifle, and I’m thinking of getting a similar-looking SFAR. I put a SIG Romeo 7 red dot on the 5.56 but will probably put something with a little more reach on the SFAR. Mags have dropped so much since I owned the Bushmaster. During the oh-so-effective AWB (thanks, Joe!), I was paying upwards of $40 for NATO STANAG (issued USGI) mags. I think we sell the Magpul variety starting at $13, depending on features (Gen 3, Gen 4, windows, etc.). I never used Magpul while serving, but now I figure I’ll spend my money on them. Not like I’ve got 100+ USGI mags or anything.
That’s a very pretty woman shooting an AR with both eyes open
