Wanted person shot by bondsmen in Commerce City
A wanted person was taken to the hospital after they were shot by bail bondsmen Friday night, Commerce City Police said.

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Commerce City Police are investigating a shooting involving multiple bail bondsmen that injured a wanted person Friday night.Police said officers responded around 9:25 p.m. to the 5100 block of Quebec Street for a report of gunshots fired.
Investigators determined the bondsmen attempted to contact the wanted person, which resulted in the bondsmen’s vehicle being rammed by another vehicle, according to police.
The bondsmen fired multiple gunshots at the person, who was hit once and taken to the hospital for treatment, police said.

The Tallahassee Police Department said in a press release Friday that it is a “stand your ground” case, but State Attorney Jack Campbell told WCTV later in the day that it is too early to make that determination.TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A day after a double shooting sent customers scrambling at a McDonald’s on West Pensacola Street and killed two men, the Tallahassee Police Department said a 16-year-old boy is now facing a gun charge.
In a release posted to social media, TPD said an argument broke out on the basketball courts adjacent to the Palmer Munroe Teen Center. Police said the argument carried on to the McDonald’s parking lot.
According to TPD, a man they identify as 21-year-old Trenton Tompkins pulled out a gun and shot an unidentified man who died at the scene. Police said Tompkins reportedly then turned toward a teen, and the teen shot him in alleged self-defense before running from the scene.

When I was kid there was bail bondsman’s office downtown.
They also sold auto insurance.
Every little ‘burg with a jail has one and from what I’ve seen in my travels, many of them sell insurance of some type or another. And…wink wink nod nod…many are in cahoots with lawers, judges, and some LEOs.
My FIRST (heh heh) thought was that the bondsmen needed some range time, but upon reflection thought that a DRT might mean a forfeiture of the bond. Josh Randall had no comment.

Yeah, I hear you. Didn’t watch any of the new Star Wars movies in theaters and held off of all the new Pixar, animated, and live action Disney remake films.
One of my favorite memories as a kid was going to see The Last Crusade in theaters with my dad. Going to do the same for this one with my son and dad again.
If James Mangold does a great job despite Kathleen Kennedy, then awesome. If KK’s woke direction is pretty apparent in the film and it bombs, well then, at least this should be the last straw and KK should hopefully be gone.
Hopefully, whenever Disney finally gets this woke garbage cleaned out of the executive positions (money is eventually going to have an influence), Chris Pratt will still be fairly young and ready to take on the role in the future.
