Biden Jab Mandate for Feds Blocked

Back in November of ’21, Federal Employees with natural COVID immunity filed a class action lawsuit against Joe’s Executive Order (EO) requiring all feds to get the jab. Fauci and other members of the so-called Safer Federal Workforce Task Force were included in the lawsuit.
The suit contended that the vaccine mandate violates employees’ constitutional rights to bodily integrity and to decline medical treatment, and their statutory right to withhold informed consent. This finds an individual can only legally consent to something, an occurrence or act, if that person has been informed of and understands facts such as risks, benefits, and alternatives.
The case further contends that the mandatory vaccine condition of their employment is medically unnecessary, as proven by the plaintiff’s SARS-CoV-2 antibody test results.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the plaintiffs.

President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal employees was blocked Thursday in federal appeals court.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans reversed a ruling by a three-judge panel of the same court that had upheld the vaccination requirement. At a rare en banc rehearing, the full court rejected the government’s argument that courts don’t have jurisdiction over pre-enforcement challenges to Biden’s vaccine mandate.
The effect of the court’s decision is to uphold a preliminary injunction issued by a federal judge in January 2022 that blocked the mandate. At the time, the Biden administration said nearly 98% of covered employees had already been vaccinated.

The full 5th Circuit concluded that federal employees could take their case to court because they were challenging Biden’s authority on constitutional grounds. The court upheld the preliminary injunction blocking the vaccine mandate and now the federal employees’ case will proceed in district court.
Add the Federal Jab Mandate to the ever-growing list of Biden legal losses. Mandatory jabs for private employers and healthcare workers have already been blocked in various Federal courts. Other diktats been found legally wanting or are in the system including the bizarre eviction moratorium and student loan forgiveness.
I don’t think this is the end of Biden’s legal woes.

I bet you a trillion dollars it doesn’t happen. Look at it this way, if I’m right, beer will be about a trillion each after the economic collapse and hyper inflation. If you are right piles of money will be laying around everywhere worthless.
My father in law is a conspiracy kook and has been running out to buy gold and silver recently. Has been pestering me to do the same thing. I told him gold/silver is only valuable if people BELIEVE it’s valuable. If/when society collapses, we wont go to a precious metal currency….it’ll be barter/trade like it was years and years ago. “Ill give you a dozen eggs for 2 loaves of bread.”
That is the startup mode, and the strictly local mode. However, folks trade more than that, as somedude decides he can get a better deal from further away.
Bread travels badly, and is bulky. Silver fits in your pocket and is itself useful to make stuff.
For ten thousand years, metals get used for trade. Worked flint arrowheads were another serious “coin” when still in demand. Bronze was the metal of kings at one point, due to the relative lack of tin, and lack of knowledge of iron smelting. Gunflints were excellent trade goods in that era.
But silver and gold keep popping up as coinage standards. Because humans seem wired to hang shiny bling on themselves and their homes, like magpies.
Pretty much what I did. I work for the local county government. The ‘guidance’ came down in late 2020/early 2021 that all employees had to get the jab due to BIDEN DECREE. Some went out and got it, some went with trying to file for religious exemptions. I didn’t do anything. I told them back then, “It won’t stand up in court….”, and sure enough….it didn’t
Now…can one use this precedence to sue private employers who threatened livelihoods when they said “get jabbed or get fired”?
Does anyone else see this as the potential tipping point? Of course it will be appealed, and it won’t matter to the millions already jabbed. For those wrongfully terminated…
This could cripple municipalities, companies, etc., in wrongful termination case settlements. I believe most will claim, or be allowed to claim, “We were just following orders”.

I stood up to the mandate and all I got out of it was my name getting slapped on a Government Watchlist. Outstanding.
Kept telling coworkers he didn’t have the authority, but they buckled.
I didn’t, and most of the people I work with didn’t. I think we had less than 60% at my job vaxxed, even when the mandate was looming. I laughed my ass off when the backdoor mandate was struck down.
