Horrifying gunz seizures in Indiana!
Ah, the Web is abuzz with Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) announcement that they have seized TEN SHIPMENTS of scary gun parts used to build gunz! from overseas shippers which were sent to private individuals instead of a licensed importer. The star of the show is apparently as pictured above.
There were 10 shipments from Israel and Spain, containing 56 types of gun parts and accessories including grips, sights, swivels, slings, rifle stocks and conversion kits, according to the agency.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulates and restricts firearms and ammunition. Importation of weapons or ammunition must be made by a licensed importer, dealer, or manufacturer. Both shipments were manifested as conversion kits. Additionally, the importer does not appear to be a federal firearms licensed firearms manufacturer or dealer therefore no registration of being an importer exists. The items were seized on behalf of ATF for not having the required permits, and because these import permit requirements were not met, the gun parts were seized.
“Grips, sights, swivels, slings, rifle stocks and conversion kits”. One small problem with this – none of these are firearms. They are PARTS, available over the counter at most any local gun store. Not even scary high-capacity magazines (they would probably come from Italy.) That scary looking gun in the picture above? That’s a folding buttstock, which without the other gun bits and bobs is probably less dangerous than one of those mini-bats they used to sell at baseball parks. The rest are simply gun accessories. Prove it to yourself – try sticking up the local bank with a swivel. Unless you’re a pretty girl and that swivel is in your hips, brother, you ain’t getting anywhere. (I just know Jeff LPH is flashing back to ‘Chantilly Lace’ about now.) Or try knocking off the local liquor store with a sling.
Remember when the ATF under Trump classified gun PARTS as possibly being guns in the bump-stock decision? Well, now you are seeing the results, and in a regulatory-happy bureaucracy, it ain’t gonna get any better. Some sorry SOB no doubt thought he could bypass the middle man and order straight from a manufacturer overseas instead of locally. Be interesting to see what the eventual charges are.

That’s why I love my Mini-14…nowhere near as scary looking as that orthopedic appliance so it must be harmless😁😊🙄
Same holds true for my M1A. It only looks scary when I
put the bayonet on it. And its genuine wood except for the thing
that goes up in the back.
Mmm, you haven’t seen MY mini-14. This is pretty close.
You’ve obviously converted your mini-14 into a scary black assault rifle with a 30 magazine clip and an 8 bullet round. Now if you had the thing in the back that goes up, ATF would be serving a 0200 no-knock warrant. How dare you.
Yep! Ed best get his puppers a vest and flash grenade-proof any baby cribs.
They raiding eb’reeboty up in here!
Man, fuck the ATF. Most useless agency in a bureaucratic sea of useless agencies. If I were ever in charge, I’d fire EVERYONE on day 1.
Don’t forget the flash processor, the thing where the knife hooks on, and the automatic bullets that go in that scary clip.
Those things only work at night and night
hunting is illegal in most states.
Not sure about automatic bullets in my state.
All I know is you can’t hunt with that thing because 223 military bullets spoil meat; you don’t need 30 bullets to hunt with, it’s only good for killing people and therefore you don’t need it.
If they’d like to ‘ban 223 military bullets’, I’d parlay that with having this overturned.
Then I’m going hunting with my M-134.
Or just a .22, maybe like this one

Ask ’em what a muzzle brake is and watch the fun.
Gotta ban those and magazineclips that will, overtime, get shot up.
Only for those semi fully automatic guns.
I just read your comment and remember when my co worker and I were in an elevator after making a jewelry delivery and a passenger in there with us asked what was the thing on my duty belt which was a speed loader for my S&W Mod. 10 .38 wheelgun, so I pulled it out and told the guy that it was a miniature grenade launcher that you attached on the front of the barrel. Someone help me out and tell me what key is printing the slanted words and how do I get out of it.
Or you could ask your Friendly Moderator to help. He’s not here so I fixed it.

… at least on a Mac. Dunno bout Windows.
The future is looking bleaker.
I remember after the Vegas false flag that among the medias ever changing stories and lies, they showed a cart full of rifles at the scene and not a single one had a bump-stock on it. Odd that they never mention that the girlfriend of Paddock, who they immediately let leave the country, was an employee of the FBI. I wonder if she’s still on the payroll?
Israel has been a hotbed for illegal weapons for sometime:
Its time we sanction them. I want 375 pounds of IMI 77 grain 5.56 and 2 IDF H0tt1e-10s* as reparations for their egregious acts!
*see below for requested type, will also accept 9s + 6s down to 7s + (1)/5ths.
So many journalists, so few facts….
It’s increasingly disappointing to see the lack of integrity in the pursuit of simple facts by so many who write for the “news” these days.
Fuck the truth and go full turbo on the hype, their obvious modus operandi.
Also, these well-compensated traitors never explore how ‘shall not be infringed’ can be compatible with an import ban on sling swivels, let alone Arms.
Is it me or is it getting a lil revolution-y out there?
Geo Washington was a Rebel…so was Sam Adams, John Hancock, Paul Revere, and the list goes on. Odd how many damyankys were Rebels in 1776, isn’t it?
Pay no attention to the 10s of Ks of illegal invaders or the dope coming thru our borders. We have stopped a box of pieces and parts that could be bought at just about any hardware store a few years back. Did the quick and mad boys have an export licence back in the day, or were they opearting on the vocal orders of the JEF?
Then, there is this. A U.S. attorney named Mark Totten says that a “switch”, attached to a Glock pistol, will turn it into a machine gun, “capable of firing 1000rpm”. I’m sure it may allow automatic operation, but I highly doubt there is any Glock capable of 1000 rounds per minute.
And if you check the names of the arrestees, it’s obvious that the Amish are taking over crime in Benton Harlem, er Harbor.

Hey, they were just T&Ding dealer samples while their ATF Form 5630.7 was pending!
It happens to everyone once, right?
Don’t raid me AFT, it’s a joke!
I think they mean one of these…and yes it could fire 1,000 rounds in 60 seconds (one minute) if it had a magazine that could feed 1,000 rounds.

Not sure about the Amish…we don’t seem to have an issue with them down here is South Kakalaky
Amish around here are into self storage units.
Still horse and buggy but they have market cornered.
If a Glock fired 1000 rounds in a minute, I think most of the gun below the slide would melt all over the shooter’s hand.
Bureaucrats believe, or know, they can arrest anybody for anything and hold a “suspect” who can ask “What did do?” until they are ready to answer or let him go with no explanation and certainly no apology. “Reason? We don’t need no stinkin’ reason.”
These people keep using the lamest excuses they can find to keep provoking flyover America.
One day, they are going to wake up the sleeping giant.
The hills are alive…
Is the answer “all of the squares?”
Dunno. The only way to FO is to FA (see the graph for the FO risk output of function FA)
It’s a linear function as it should be.
On this part of the range. Rumor has it once out of this constraint there’s A LOT more cowbell.
