Blue Falcon Stefan Cook

| July 29, 2009

So Blue Falcon (the first word is “Buddy”) Stefan Cook has accomplished that which we here at TAH figured. He screwed two of his fellow Engineer officers according to the Stars and Stripes;

Lt. Col. Holly Silkman, a spokeswoman for SOCCENT, said the Army couldn’t let Cook’s critical engineer billet be hijacked by further legal wrangling. Cook was scheduled to deploy on July 15, and his position cannot sit empty.

The officer Cook was supposed to replace “is going to have to remain in Afghanistan a while longer,” Silkman said, noting the Army is seeking a replacement. “No one has been identified yet, but it is a priority fill, so we’re working on it and expect to fill it soon. Engineers are in high demand.”

One major is screwed because he/she has to remain in theater longer and the other is screwed because he’s/she’s got to deploy on short notice. Does that faze Cook’s dentist/real estate agent/lawyer, Oily Titz?

The military has shown its cards “and they have nothing to play with,” Taitz said. “By revoking the orders, it’s clear to anybody. Think reasonably: Why would the military undermine itself by revoking its orders?”

Her conclusion: The Army let Cook out of his orders because officials couldn’t prove in court that Obama was born in the United States and is therefore the legitimate commander in chief.

Even if the lawsuit was allowed to go forward, those same two majors would’ve been screwed by Cook. Ya know, two good majors that do what they’re ordered to do.

Cook has lost his second attempt at filing a lawsuit against his employer for stuffing his ass. The implications of the whole new phase of numbnuttery from the experts on numbnuttery at World Net Daily;

Given the number of sea and barracks lawyers in the various branches of the U.S. military, it seems unlikely that it will take very long for servicemen who are disinclined to accept an unpalatable or dangerous order to figure out how to best make use of this useful little veto. If even a small number of soldiers elect to do so, the effect on military discipline could rapidly become catastrophic.

So you yardbirds who think you’re doing the country a favor, how about stopping for a moment, taking a deep breath and think about the consequences of your supposedly “patriotic” actions.

Hat tip to Bouhammer for the S&S article.

The internet lawyer was on the Colbert Report the other day. Her position is that even if Obama were born in the United States, she would reject his Presidency. She believes that both parents are required to have been citizens, and that Obama is disqualified if he had dual citizenship with Kenya or some other country at some point in time.

I have a cool little iPhone app for the U.S. Constitution. Here is what it says:

“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”

There is absolutely nothing saying both parents had to have been citizens. It simply says the person needs to him/herself be a “natural born citizen.” There is absolutely nothing there talking about dual-citizenship.

This woman is nuts. She doesn’t like Obama and doesn’t want him to be President, so she’s making shit up.

“Oily Titz”! Now, that right there is funny. I don’t care who you are!

Watchman on the wall

Cook is not only a disgrace to all who serve or have served he is most certainly a disgrace to the Engineer corps and tarnishes the proud history of Combat Engineers everywhere!
We have always been proud to be known as the “Damned Engineers” because of our history of serving and accomplishing impossible tasks against impossible odds, and always serving with Honor.Thanks to a$$holes like him and a few others,I’m afraid that “Damned Engineers” might take on a whole new meaning! Please don’t judge us all by these assclowns!

Will someone formally declare war for cripes sake and then take these shitbirds out back and hang em or put a few rounds through their chest? I’m usually a pretty forgiving person but people like this Cook scumbag demean the very service they volunteered to serve. You sign up, you put your hand in the air and you take an oath and that oath isn’t to the POTUS, its to your country, the people you serve and God. Strip this coward of his rank and then MAKE him fulfill his service contract burning the crap of honorable men and women.

It’s funny how these topics always bring a crapload of idiots. It’s like they google “birther” every day and hit sites to post at.

CRassi: I got a good laugh out of that. She seemed incredibly dumb.

“He screwed two of his fellow Engineer officers”

Sorry bud, the politicos being useless idjits doesn’t justify you skipping out on your comrades and causing them to pick up your slack.

I find Bush & Obamma to be equaly useless, but nobody put a gun to my head & say the oath. Stefan Cook, your big boy pants are around your ankles and your azz is showing.

OldTrooper

J AG: Well put.

At what point does this nutbag of a crappy lawyer/dentist/realtor just look in the mirror and say to herself, “Ya know, maybe it ISN’T about me after all.” This attention whore has done herself no favors. I wouldn’t hire her to get me out of a jaywalking ticket, and I suspect anyone else with an IQ above their shoe size shares that sentiment.

As for the “Major” (and how I loathe calling him by his rank when he certainly doesn’t deserve it), you should have manned up and done the job you volunteered for, instead of also making yourself look like a commissioned version of a shitheel. We had guys like you when I served–going out on a deployment, there was always that one or two who tried to get out of it SOMEHOW. You brought up this red herring of an arguement and screwed over TWO of your brothers in the sake of pushing a strawman. Hope you’re proud of yourself. I usually hate Colbert and Stewart, but in this case they have a point–Oily Titz and Cook deserve each other. I just wish they didn’t taint the rest of us with their stench.
